  1. I'd buy that set in a heartbeat. Great work!
  2. I'm speechless, this is amazing!
  3. A modular house from Up was exactly what I had in mind! :) Being a Lego and a Disney geek, I would be all over such a Disney theme! I can just imagine all those gorgeous sets: the Casey Jr. circus train from Dumbo, the Up house, The Lion King's Pride Rock, Snow White's dwarfs in the mine,...
  4. I'd love to see these themes. I think there are possibilities for small as well as larger sets... and great minifigs! - Gladiator - Up! - Monty Python - Rocky And the kid in me would love to see a modular of the good old Full House home. :)
  5. While this is a great design, I doubt that this will pass the review stage because it is part of the Super Heroes theme. Remember what happened to the (excellent!) Modular Western Town project... Lego's feedback after the review was: "The Modular Western Town project conflicts with an ongoing project at the LEGO Group. As a result, the project does not meet the business case requirements and has not passed the LEGO Review." I'm afraid the Batman Tumbler will most likely suffer the same fate...
  6. That's a truly fantastic modular building! Congrats!
  7. From what I can tell, the one that's missing is S7 Swimming Champion. How random! Or maybe the person making this poster (accidentally) assumed that the minifig was part of the Team GB series?
  8. Oh wow, well spotted! So far there haven't been any reports of people finding the different color version, right? Instead of the whole Mr. Gold story, I think having such a variant in the series would have been much more interesting and fair. It certainly works for other mystery collections such as Disney's Vinylmations and Kidrobot's Dunnies.
  9. I'm currently near Paris for work and spent my day off looking for Series 10. I checked an Auchan supermarket, a Toys R Us, two Carrefour supermarkets, two Fnac stores and two La Grande Récré toy stores... Result: several stores still had plenty of Series 9 available and the TRU even had some Series 7 (!) bags laying around. But unfortunately Series 10 was nowhere to be seen.
  10. Lowered the price... or feel free to PM me with your offer
  11. I'm looking to sell these 2 sets for a fair price. European buyers only please. Average Bricklink Sales price is 33.95 EUR. They're yours for 30 EUR including S&H within Europe (or feel free to PM me with your offer). Please PM me if you're interested. Thanks so much! 3710 Peter Panda Takes a Bath 3787 Hannah Hippopotamus, Gardener
  12. Pictures of the second wave of Friends sets as well as the Advent Calendar: http://www.toyark.com/news/toy-fair-59/toy-fair-2012-lego-friends-images-5375/
  13. Congrats on all your achievements with this project, Yatkuu! I think it's great that it's getting media attention and that it's doing so well on CUUSOO. I look forward to seeing what Pixel Fox and you have in store for us.
  14. I picked up my 7189 Mill Village Raid and 4195 Queen Anne's Revenge orders today... They were 50% off and I had another coupon for 5% off, so Came home and immediately built MVR (lovely set) and I'm almost halfway with QAR. I'm a happy camper for sure!
  15. Hey this is a very clever idea! Well done! I also like the difference in height that you created on the sidewalk.
  16. Great MOCs, everyone! 4. Dix (Inn) - 2 14. Jameson42 (Log Cabin) - 2 24. sdrnet (Winter Church) - 1
  17. Exactly! I'm thrilled about the new parts, but unfortunately several dark blue and dark red bricks are now no longer there...
  18. Nice delivery from Lego Direct for my Cafe Corner project! Also: - 4695: Mini Harry Potter Knight Bus for 7 EUR - 4840: Harry Potter The Burrow for 35 EUR (enjoyed this build a lot)
  19. I'm also in the process of building Cafe Corner through BL and PAB purchases. For the dark red slopes, I went through Lego Direct (replacement parts service). I ordered 36 of them (so I wasn't the greedy one ordering more than a hundred at once ), which cost me approximately 15 EUR including shipping. So that's not too bad, considering the average BL selling price is 1.27 EUR per piece. I also used this service for a few other parts, like the dark blue 1x4 bricks and dark red headlight bricks. I'm still using BL for the majority of the parts though, since common parts are usually much cheaper there.
  20. Such lovely colors in this Brick Box! And the new torso is nice too. I usually don't buy Brick Boxes, but will probably get this one. Thanks to your review!
  21. Thanks for this review! I used to have this set before my Dark Ages so it brought back some great memories. The camper was one of my favorite Lego vehicles back then.
  22. I'm debating between Mill Village Raid (50 EUR) and the good old 6754 Family Home (found it at a local toy shop for 60 EUR). And in addition to that, I'm also trying to decide which one to get first: Pet Shop or the Volkswagen camper van. Decisions, decisions,... any advise would be so much appreciated!
  23. I'm in love with this new modular... and so happy that my modulars are displayed on a low cabinet. With the VIP only Mini Modulars in mind, here's an idea for the next VIP only set: a town square that you can place in front of this Town Hall. Then you could create something like this. I'd buy that in a heartbeat!
  24. Loving those pictures of the trunk / room filled with Lego sets! I don't buy that many "small" sets, I mostly buy the bigger sets, CMFs etc. Don't know the exact amount, but among my purchases were Diagon Alley, MMV, the Winter sets, minifig boxes and Green Grocer (which already set me back a couple hundred dollars). Now I still have to get the Volkswagen camper van, Pet Shop and the upcoming Town Hall, so my wallet is hating me already and 2012 has only just begun.
