  1. really nice build, I love the ninja on the roof
  2. Don't forget balins tomb in the LOTR Mines set, I am sure they will build a something along those lines.
  3. I like the design it looks like a nice little fort, one question where did you get that tricorn from, it looks really cool
  4. This is a nice build, it looks like it could give the Imperial Flagship a run for its money
  5. Fantastic Review, really nice to see older sets in such detail. Thank you
  6. its looking good so far, I'm not the biggest fan of grey for a mast but I'm sure it will all work out in the end. I do however love the colour scheme on the hull
  7. yeah I was wondering that, will the pieces be ok? if so I will definatly be doing this with some of my pirates
  8. thats a good price, when it come it england and america you guys get the lego cheaper anyway though you could be right about the slight overestimation I'll change it. Eldorado = £120 - £80 ITP = £100 - £80 Enchanted Island = £50 - £30
  9. very true, but a man can dream though, a man can dream
  10. I don't mind what we get as long as it contains violence in some form and possibly pirates. Steampunk would be the way forward for me, victorian sets with a healthy dose of steam power (hang on that might be half of Monster Fights)
  11. Really nice build, I love the air bags they look sturdy, steampunk stuff is always so interesting and this in no exception
  12. foaming at the mouth is fine as long as your don't start getting the urge to sink your teeth in people rather than LEGO, I too will definatly be getting this if it comes out (which I think it will), it just looks too cool and like something I have not seen them build before.
  13. This sounds like a lot of work, if you want advice on a few sets sure but to determin the fair cost of all, that will take time. Here is a couple of sets and the prices I would pay Eldorado Fortress = £150 - £100 Enchanted Island = £60 - £40 Imperial Trading Post = £140 - £80 Good luck with it all
  14. definaatly deserved the blog, really great work, I love everything about it, the quality and detail of it all is amazing, words of praise don't seem enought, I am in awe
  15. My father always said never trust a druid, now I know why great little scene, you sir have talent
  16. I like the use of radios as claws, its an interesting build, well done
  17. this is a really nice way to make a wall both interesing and good looking, brillaint build
  18. wonderful builds all of them, I wish LEGO would do a retro range (revamp old sets) they could use your build as insperation.
  19. the old ninja was 1000 times better than this blasted ninjago (though I would say that as im an old man with a nostalga complex), count my vote though I doubt it will do any good.
  20. very nice news indeed, sadly there are no LEGO stores in Sheffield, Shakos as well thats just too good to be true
  21. this is really nice, I love the way the paintings feel so alive and 3d a really clever idea done well
  22. nice build, it feels very Time Crusader inspired mixed with a little Monster Fights
  23. I agree that it can get messy but somethimes a gem or two can be found, for example i got the cannon cove set for £5 on ebay and I got the black falcons catapult for £8. It takes alot of effort but occasionally you can get a decent deal (but not always). and as Im from the UK bricklink is lacking occasionaly and export costs can be quite alot (for example I won't even look at sets to buy from the US or Canada)
  24. I shall mourn Kingdoms passing, I got every set and I was looking forward to more, LOTR will fill the hole but I was hopeing to build up my Dragon Knight army the easy way and possibly get a castle for them ohh well Onward to Bricklink.
  25. Thanks for putting them up, I hadn't seen the royal hall picture before (and I love it)
