  1. Not sure how the bolded item is appropriate for kids ... mind you, they start em young these days
  2. Both Argos and Amazon have got at least 50% off the Mindstorms 2.0 NXT set at the moment ... don't forget to use the extra 15% off on the Argos one.
  3. Boots.com 3 for 2 started today ... but, they are sadly lacking in many of the new lines, especially Star Wars
  4. sorry, but this seller is taking the mick ... there is no way that this costs £4.62 to post within the UK.
  5. Yes you can both use the same code ...
  6. The TRU 20% off discount is happening again this weekend ... new voucher is here
  7. Link ?
  8. The Woolworths 20% discount code has expired ... it was a weekend only deal at the end of July.
  9. For some unknown reason, Asda has reduced the price of the following 3 Harry Potter sets by some rather large amounts 3862 Harry Potter Hogwarts Game ... RRP £24.99 ... Asda Sale Price £2.75 ... that's an 89% discount! 4736 Freeing Dobby ... RRP £10.49 ... Asda Sale Price £1.88 ... that's an 82% discount! 4737 Quidditch Match ... RRP £20.99 ... Asda Sale Price £5.99 ... that's a 71% discount! These prices are instore only and whilst stocks last. Get down there quick if you want to get any of these.
  10. Get 20% off almost everything at TRU this weekend, with this coupon.
  11. Woolworths.co.uk have 20% off Lego this weekend
  12. he is referring to all Tesco's. As for cheap Lego, this only happens in the UK when there's a sale ... and right now, there are none in particular on the high street.
  13. Maplin have some : http://www.maplin.co.uk/organizer-storage-cabinets-29163 but I would imagine stores like Wilkinsons, B&Q, Homebase etc would all have something similar.
  14. TRU are doing a 3 for 2 on Star Wars this weekend ... not sure if this is instore or online only. Worth checking out though.
  15. These are all store specific ... so you're at the mercy of local stock and pricing.
  16. they all have ages to run so won't stay cheap for long ...
  17. Cheaper on Amazon Link This is the problem with WHSmiths sales ... their base selling price is usually so inflated, they need to knock 50% off for the price to be even competitive.
  18. Grr ... I bought one of these on Monday when it was £10 more expensive! Mind you, all my local stores now say out of stock ... otherwise I'd go buy another and then return it with the original receipt to mean the one I keep is at the new lower price.
  19. Further reductions! 7929 Battle Of Naboo - RRP £25.99 - Asda Price £8 (my local store finally had some stock at this amazing price!) 7913 Clone Trooper Battle Pack - RRP £9.99 - Asda Price £6.97 7914 Mandalorian Battle Pack - RRP £9.99 - Asda Price £6.97 7915 Imperial V-Wing Starfighter - RRP £21.99 - Asda Price £14.97 8092 Luke's Landspeeder - RRP £25.99 - Asda Price £18.47
  20. there's been sporadic reports of them appearing at random Asda stores. Neither of my local stores has them.
  21. No such luck in my local Asda's ... they do seem to have 20% off Star Wars Lego (new BPs were £8 each and Imperial V Wing was £16) but no sign of the Naboo set at that price. I do wonder if it's a pricing error, because at £8, it's like a 70% discount, not 20%!
  22. Lucky you! I have my doubts as to whether this is nationwide. I'll check my local store tomorrow.
  23. Proof or it didn't happen ...
  24. 5487 Parts Box for £7.13 at Asda. 700 pieces, so that's pretty much 1p per piece. A whopping 67% discount. The shelf price may say £14.25, but the lower price will ring out at the till.
  25. I just explained that I wanted a full set and that was it and said there was a way to tell which was which, but it's more time consuming than the barcode method (which they were familiar with). I then explained that the packs I returned wouldn't be opened. Obviously, I had to pay for 60 initially, but they were happy for me to return the unopened ones, which I will do today.
