about skeletons, I used to think that when a person died, he immediatly became a skeleton... It actually feels good walking barefoot on a baseplate... (like lying on those beds with iron nails...) stupid is... pressing lego bricks so hard you cant move your thumbs anymore. TT

here is a cure I have to prevent myself (15 now) to get in dark ages: 1) I went into a AFOL club where we build things for legoworld and so 2) because of this, I sometimes make awesome MOCs, if youre friends say its toys, you can rub it in their face (ok, overreacted :D ) with that MOC, they'll say: "Wow..." 3) combine hobbies! Are you interested in military history (like me), when you learn something new, build a minifig about it! TT

hehe, had to do that :p saw these on bricklink too, if it was in Europe, it wasn't in Belgium... The only lego promotions I remember are: 1) small city sets with chocolat with nuts around christmas (only once) 2) ghost cheese snacks with wich you could save for a small spiderman set 3) small plastic bag when you buy an amount of Solo (I got the skater with starwars torso and green helmet) 4) mcdonalds bionicle crap 5) nesquik knights kingdom plastic figures (those large figures) Thats it... TT

this has happened to me the last days... sorting minifig parts in little plastic boxes, and when I wake up, I accidently push them over! aahhhh! sorted a big box with minifig accesoires, and it turned over! *sing* *sing* aaah! of course stepping in legos, biting and nail marks on legos (I'm gonna get me 2 brick seperators) and super battle droid legs arent supposed to be removed once they are attached :p TT

now that will be the biggest lego set ever! Remembers me when I made a ship 3 quarters of this ones length (only 12 then), with ALL my pirate minifigs fighting eachother... it was under Napoleon's control (aka imperial soldiers)... too bad it was in all different colours :p Great ship! I'd love to see it progress! TT

well, this hat has a bird mouth (dont know the word) on it, and is the closest thing to a bird mask. For the jaguar, I'm going to make a black jaguar costume, using the cat woman mask. TT

I'll play this thing all august I think... finally a game wich lets you fire with a musket and recharges as it should be... (do you also need 15 secs or more to reload your musket?) How about us classic-pirates imperial fans start a french/english clan? This will be great... TT

why? think again: the minifig hand fits better on the new ones, because it goes with its 2 fingers (:p) into the cut out triangle, instead of a less strong connection with the older type of musket. I have to check these myself, although I'm sure about those black star wars muskets. I saw 11 imperial soldiers on bricklink from germany once for 4$ or something, and thought: "I have to buy these before Bonaparte does". Now my french army counts 33 men... And a cuirassier without armour, head or helmet :p BTW, I have way more muskets than soldiers :D TT

Well, I dont have any real imperial armada minifigs (except the one (x2) from that little set with a skeleton on a small island), but I do have 4 helmets. I always prefer historical correct over stereotype. I got inspired from the post on the general pirates forum about pirate parts in non-pirate sets (the torso from knights kingdom for conquistadores). The very special thing about this period, is that there is a "change" going on in the armies. With the gunpowder being introduced, yet its still inaccurate. I'll post more pics when I got some new stuff. Gaetano TT
