Parts that just can't be taken apart without swearing loudly
Piranha replied to Fugazi's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I don't seem to have problems anymore after I bought my 2nd brick separator as shown above The 1x1 mentioned in the first post are pretty tough, funny that if the 1x1 round was on top it is much easier than the opposite. There are situations usually when I am taking apart a set that I encounter parts that are a pain to take apart. But I don't remember any ones in particular. Oh how about removing the chain from a key chain? That is hard -
These a truly awesome Excellent work here, I love how you made the hulls brick built they look very sleek. My favorite is the largest with the sun bather

Thanks alot Svelte now you have made me want this set Great all around review, nice commentary and great pictures.

Me too! I found this very interesting, I know of unreleased sets but not unreleased themes. This has given me a great idea, Seatron contest anyone?
-
At Target here, they had the Star Wars ones for $3.50 each and the City ones were $3.00 They didn't look very interesting nor would their resale value be high, so I didn't buy any

Thanks guys I asked because I was interested in the bar code scanner app, knowing that it uses the camera function. Disappointing howere that the ipod touch lacks a camera, which means you can not use the barcode scanner . However I suspect that they will probably make the next model with a camera.

Is there a difference between ipod touch apps and iphone apps?

I thought everyone would appreciate this here if you haven't seen it, but over in the Sci-forum we are officially discussing the unreleased underwater theme (where the Monorail is from) and here is a post by member Nabii that showed even more insight.
-
I noticed that later and was amazed At first I thought the whole Monorail was underwater. But the track merging to blue means it comes up out of the water. Which is truly awesome! I want to recreate this but don't got merging color track That part does exist though and I would love to get my hands on it  Thank you so much for this extra info You sound mad in the beginning however, is there anything I can do? I could edit the first post and give credit? I just saw the pic posted in another topic and followed the BS Gallery. Had no idea about anything you said.

Set 7183, found on a google search, fake or not?
Piranha replied to Big Cam's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Such a cool find and such a sweet story behind it The box is amazing work, my first thought was MOC for sure because that didn't look like LEGO's building style -
Nice you are very lucky I also like this interesting review of the set. Maybe in the future we all will be doing video reviews Thanks!

This topic had given me such hope after the Seatron and Best Monorail I had been discussing lately, appropriately timed However then Hinckley crushed my dream But it could very well be a possibility and maybe these hints are meaningful after all EDIT: LOL just realized this was a bumped topic

Aw, I miss his eccentric posts already

Hey everyone, Over in Train Tech we have been discussing which monorail was the best and members Brickraider General and Davey brought up a never released sea monorail. I found this quite interesting. After some searching I found the same user galley had more stuff. Sea Monorail Apparently called "Seatron" Has anyone else heard of this? And what do you think? Pictures courtesy of: Brick Journal, Joe Meno and Nabii

This is my favorite post so far! I had no idea there was a Monorail that never made it! And thanks a ton Davey for that pic and further insight I am a Monorail Fanatic and this stuff I find highly interesting Now I am sad however that they did not make it

You sound anxious to get everyone to sleep, even thought you directly said you were not inferring that. We have done as much investigating as possible and have not gotten much more info, maybe a Provost Guard can be of help here? As it is there job to figure out who these deserters might be? I have some suspicions of some, but don't want to get the wrong people executed and end up with having a camp or traitors!
