Can you take a picture of this? I was wondering exactly what you did? Does this part fit on the PF motor? Or does only this part fit on the PF motor? I was wondering about that since only new bley side pieces exist and not old grey and thus wouldn't match the Super Chief. So as I read you got a 9V motor and you have it working with the PF Battery Box and IR receiver? How did you do this (and what parts are needed) ? Is there a topic on this??? Thanks!

How about a Highway or Freeway set? Such as this commands a very high price only for 300 parts. Freeway: $30-50 250+ parts I think some new elevated road plates that can align with the current road plates would be good. Also could come with a new designed road plate that has a designated on/off ramp? (single lanes divided in the middle? Curves? At least 1-2 of the incline and decline ramps. The elevated road plates included could be 2+? The bricks to build the supports of course. Now for some vehicles could be anything, cars, trucks, motorcyles etc. Also some nice printed freeway signs would be nice and printed street signs as well. Maybe a new cypress tree aswell? Minifigs 3+

Thanks for the review B! This set has some great parts, Roadplate, baseplate, straight track and a a tree! It looks really good and is one of the nicer trackside structures that adds to the diversity of a layout. When it came out I always thought it should have had a civilian car or so. The new level crossing for $20 I think is a good replacement, and coupled with the 2010 Train Station (w/pad bridge) is nice and similar to this set aswell. However I wish the 2010 Cargo Train came with a small level crossing like the 2006 one for the Transport Truck. Unfortunately the price today is astronomical and not worth it on the aftermarket IMO I can (will) build one of these myself for a fraction of the cost. And update it to the Plastic Rail era too

Yes +1 to rolling stock or passenger Cars, or even separate Engines like 10020 or 10157. 3677 is very similar to 4512, the Engine, Ballast & Wagon are very similar. I particularly like the Track Repair wagon in the back though, and yes the color mix is funky but I don't mind since most cargo is mismatched anyway in real life. I hope we see some nice cargo though like in the 03 one such as gold bars

I am working on a LDD File of the Gear Box PF Mod done by FeliciaRS I still need to clean up a few things (e.g. battery box, lights, chairs etc) , but the main gear design is there. Also I can't tell but the mod seems to be not level and the front two cars seem to be higher up than the middle car (because of wheels) ? I still need to build it in person to test this myself and it might need some tweaking, in LDD I can't really tell, as I can't set it on any track for some reason?? Tram PF Gear Box Mod LDD LXF File also please note it is missing 6 of these because LDD didn't have them.

Not sure if this is where it goes but: How do I move the wire on a power Functions motor? (is it flexible ?) (is there an official LDD Q/A topic btw? )

Very nice work here, I like this better than the MMV Tavern All the details are really nice. I also like the elf, but not for being an elf, great torso and leg print and equipment.

A very nice review, thank you! Nonetheless I voted "Above Average". This set is very high priced compared to the rest of the line, I find Kingdoms to get a very good price to part ratio. However this set makes up for it in several ways, we get a very nice carriage, 4 large wheels, 2 new printed horses (plus the extra parts to make them in a stable or so), the new printed King which is good because the Prince and the King had the same torso last year, the other 3 figs pretty good aswell, the return of the gold toothed face is greatly appreciated, and that is a new scared face it looks like on the Lion Knight?? The little forest scene is just as good with a bonus fish and glass (rum) bottle. But I suppose we will call it grog. The giant hammer and flick fire missile are terrible, but that is for playability and is fine. Overall a nice change of pace set and adds to the current Kingdoms line. (I do hope we get a new Forestmen Faction btw)

Thanks for a great review! I voted "Average" for this set. The price tag is high for what you get, $60-75 would be better. The boat is alot smaller than the 07 one. The comparison pictures of the 07 Harbor and the past great ones leave me wanting more. For the next harbor set hopefully we will see a bigger ship, better dock with office, truck, forklift, pilot boat and crane all for a reasonable price I am saving this for one of those sale days.

I really like your Safari theme ideas and the whole idea of an animal pack as well.
