LEGO Collectable Minifgures Series 8 Rumours & Discussion
Piranha replied to Piranha's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Thanks for that picture! I was also expecting to get a pirate fig in a series soon. That one looks great, the sword and hook will probably be metallic or pearl gold, but I am hoping for chrome. -
These are amazing! I really like the Stealth suit! I am going to use the green suit as an underwater one or something, algae/seaweed camouflage.

I could potentially see War Machine using a recolored Iron Man helmet with some sort of mold/backpack attachment for his cannon/armor. I also wonder if TLG has the license to do past Marvel Universe films (as sets). That way, if we get Iron Man 3 sets, we could also see some sets based off the previous films.

Well, thanks for letting me play Masked Builder & K-nut! The password I got for the writeboard doesn't work though.
-
He could also possibly appear in a set like Wonder Woman did in the Superman set.
-
If that proves to be true, that is very exciting. I would agree with that assessment, I am also hoping for The Flash to make an appearance in the next wave.

Jedi Temple Mafia - Day Six

I have full trust in the Role Cop's result. Vote: Shaak Ti (Flare) -
This is looking absolutely incredible ACPin! I can't wait to see the finished model all together. I myself enjoy the building technique used for the balcony.

3rd one is Admiral Croissant, the Pirate Regulator.
-
I think that one is Bonaparte.

Jedi Temple Mafia - Day Six

So it looks like the scum Janitor is at work again with Volviff. Loosing Master Obi-Wan and Nahdar is not good. But there is good news for today, Shaak Ti is the scum Janitor. I fully trust that the Town Role Cop is correct in this result. Nice try scum, your janitoring of C-3PO and Volviff to confuse us didn't work. Coryn isn't a scum, and nice try to lump me in with him because I pointed out your flawed logic and suspected you the previous day. You are correct though that nothing makes sense from your arguments yesterday, that is because you are a Sith. Excellent work by the Town Role Cop! I was 90% percent sure Shaak Ti was a scum yesterday and this is just confirmation. Yeah, I am not buying any of that. I had previously known of the existence of the Role Cop on Day 2 , however we decided not to reveal that role until we got something substantial to lynch a Sith. It is better to keep the Sith in the dark as regards to the existence of specific power roles so they can assume they got one or didn't, without ever truly knowing. -
Congratulations. Wait, so there are people who aren't excited for Friends? Well, we know what to do with them.

Custom LEGO Avengers Minifigures
Piranha replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
KDM you're back! Those are some nice customs, excellent work. -
I am thinking, like with POTC 4, where we got the Black Pearl when the DVD came out, maybe we will see a large Avengers set (featuring Nick Fury) when the Avengers comes out on DVD in the Fall sometime. I am also hoping, next month at the 2012 SDCC we get news on the next wave and maybe a few cool promos or so.

This is a very nice creation M<0><0<DSWIM.

I have always enjoyed seeing your creations BaronSat!
-
Yeah, it looks like there are 10 bonus characters, hopefully we get Green Arrow, Red Hood and Nightwing at least.

Hey, wait a minute now, I just logged in 20 minutes ago. I lost track of the time left in the day due to time zones unfortunately.

Is this the TV commercial?

Jedi Temple Mafia - Day Five
Piranha replied to Masked Builder's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
The problem we have is how did Master Ssiht know that the color of lightsaber blades determined allegiance? There were two options: 1: C-3PO was a Sith and told his fellow Sith buddies 2. Master Ssiht was the Sith Framer and his role said something about that Let us assume that Master Ssiht was the Sith Framer, then he couldn't have framed C-3PO on Night 3 could he? It would also mean that the Sith have a Janitor, and why would the Sith janitor a Town? All of the evidence compiled as far as I am concerned is that C-3PO was a Sith. Apply the logic above. Coryn helped us get two confirmed Sith, that would be pretty ridiculous for a Sith to do to his fellow Sith for a weak position that could easily be turned on him should the helpful Town disappear. I was pointing the finger at you because you never explained the post I quoted, which I found awfully scummy. I don't see any strong reason in your argument on page two, his use of emoticons? Your other theories are less likely and more likely C-3PO was a Sith. The more and more I read from your posts, I get the feeling you are trying to confuse us and distract us. -
The set looks pretty good, it has the all characters you would expect and the model is fairly decent. It is nice to get some new non CW figs and I really like that new Anakin fig.

Jedi Temple Mafia - Day Five
Piranha replied to Masked Builder's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
That is fine with me, I got nothing to hide. I was not prying by mentioning one other possibility between your and Vebb's conversation, but I also don't think you are a power role and that somewhere along the line R2 or Vebb confused it or whatever. I just wanted to put that option out there becuase sometimes it does happen where a power role will make up a code name when it is them. In other words I don't think you are scum and I was trying to point to the fact that your and Vebb's conversation doesn't make one of you scum. Does that make any sense? One thing worries me though, your last line about me not worrying about losing a good Jedi, I am, I was just saying Euna was not very helpful when she was around. -
I think this is better suited for the BSTF, so I will move it there.

Euna was a good Jedi?? I have to say, she did not do anything to convince anyone that she wasn't a Sith. However the only thing was, that she did give up early and that is usually a sign of pro town, the Sith don't give up because they always have someone backing them up, Town have no one. R2-D2 is a harsh loss, it is possible if you look at his last post, he was trying to propose some theories and maybe he was truly onto something. Lunimara is also a bad loss for the Town, the SK was probably converted to Sith when Vos died because they couldn't be cured. I still think C-3PO was a scum who was janitored, to throw us into confusion. Let us not forget your scummy behavior that flew under the radar on Day Three, if you remember the discussion was clearly leading to a C-3PO lynch, so if he is scum you probably are too. FoS: (Shaak Ti - Flare) Coryn I still think is Town because he was instrumental in getting two confirmed Sith lynched, why would a scum do that to his fellow scum?? It is also possible Obi-Wan did make a role claim and that he is a PR but he is denying it so the scum don't get him in the night. -
Not regret getting, but regret not keeping, namely 7782, 7783, 7884 and missing out on 7888. The first three Batman sets I got on clearance for a combined total of less than a $100. Unfortunately back then, I was with most other people in thinking the line wasn't popular or very good/interesting so I sold them shortly afterward for the same price. Instead of getting 7888 for $30 on clearance, I got the large Speed Racer set. Those are my worst LEGO regrets, the only hope/chance I have is that LEGO gives us a fantastic TDKR set this summer to make up for it.
