I was eight when the first Peter Jackson film came out. I read the books after I saw the films and know that the books are way better. But, I am and always will be a Star Wars fan first and foremost. And the reason I like the CW is because I am the type of SW fan who loves everything created by George Lucas. But this is off topic... I also would like to see sets based on Avatar, as mentioned above. I guess the legs thing wouldn't work for LOTR, but it would be a great way to create the Na'vi (I thik that is what they are called). I could see one set being Jake in his Avatar form fighting Quaritch in his big mech suit. Also, this theme could bring wheelchairs into the LEGO world.

I have a feeling that this season will have more action than last season because I don't think they are going to make as many prequel and sequel episodes that interconnect with the other seasons. I think this season will stand alone, with only the Savage Oppress story to tie up, and Ventress to revisit. I think that Ahsoka should die in the final season, while Rex should die earlier. possibly in the season finale for this season. He could get killed by Either Ventress or Oppress. I also hope that they won't have Ackbar in the series... but who knows...

I am a Tolkien fan. My avatar is flippin Smeagol! I think if they made LOTR sets, they would need to print on the small legs little feet and toes. Without it it wouldn't really look right. Another thing they could do would be use the tall legs from Toy Story for the human size characters, normal LEGO legs for Dwarves, and the small legs for Hobbits. Just an idea...

I think it just makes you feel sick to have those brands! But it probably is just that, well, with MB, they seem to use a lot more rubbery pieces that hard plastic. Even their harder parts are still more soft than LEGO pieces. Maybe it's the rubbery bits you have an allergy to... or it could be something else...

Ok, I never knew about MB being Canadian! That makes me feel On the other hand, when I was younger I got a bunch of the Dragons MB stuff. I thought t was cool then, but now I see it is just plain crapola. I also got a bunch of the POTC MB stuff. I actually went a bit crazy (two Black Pearls and one Dutchman, along with most of the rest ). I am SO happy LEGO has got the license, 'cause that is what I wanted back then, but I had to settle for MB

Is there a list of the prices anywhere? I just would like to know how I should budget my money when these sets come out, and I can't find the CAD prices anywhere... can someone help?

It is Dwarves, actually... If they got a license for the new Hobbit movie, why not do the same thing they did with the Indy line: release a few sets based on the previous films (in this case, LOTR), and then at the time of release for the new film (Hobbit) release the new sets based just on that film. I thought that the way TLG released the Indy line was their best release tactic, because it didn't give anything away from the film until the movie came out. As for the case of the new POTC line, I think that with them releasing On Stranger Tides sets a month before the film is out, it gives away too many spoilers. I would have preferred a less number of sets, but all based on the first three films, released in April, and then a bunch more based on the new one released with the film in May. But, this is getting off topic...

How about the Maelstrom from At World's End! It would be big, and more than one person would have to contribute (unless someone has enough water bits). Also, it would be best if it had the Black Pearl set and the Flying Dutchman (if it gets made). It would be intense! EDIT: Just thought of another: Davy Jones' Locker.

Are you seriously complaining about there being more of those great gold bars! I'm just upset that on the box for Isla de Muerta the bars are shown as chrome but are actually just pearl gold. As for that new hairpiece on Syrena, it is my favourite female hairpiece ever, and I don't even have it!

Where did you pre-order it from? Did it have all the sets? Was is available in Canada?

I already saw your reviews of this set, Ilsa de Muerta and Cannibal Escape on the other website. It's nice to be able to read it. I am just curious, do you have all of the sets and are you planning to post reviews for all of them?

It will be out! I am sooooooooooooo excited about this! I am constantly looking at the sets on LEGO.com in the pOTC section, and it is just a huge tease!

Anyone else think that some of the Prince of Persia figs (ostrich jockey, Seso, and market seller in particular) would make great pirate crewman for the Black Pearl? Also, hope Davy Jones comes with the Black Pearl, and the jar of dirt.

I think you are right on that one! This scene is cool because it has all of these bounty hunters, but other than that, it is pretty boring. Also, I hope TLG doesn't release the new Fett in any other set than his Slave 1 (minus magnets and keychains) and same for Bossk because then their exclusivity remains. And I am afraid that we will probably never see Zuckuss or 4-LOM. Heck, they're so unimportant they are at the end of the line!

I sure hope there is no missile at the underside of the new Naboo ship.

Possibly. I've always wanted one since the first LEGO SW video game in 2005. But, It isn't an iconic or action packed scene, so they probably wouldn't.

Hmmm... strange. Well, at least it will be cheaper, but hopefully it won't be too small. I really hope we get some figs other than the normal group (Jack, Will, Elizabeth, Gibbs, and so on...) I hope we get Cotton and Cotton's parrot (it'll be someone to talk to )

I was just on Brickipedia, and I know that they are not always the most reliable, but it said that a Black Pearl, costing $149.99 ($30 more than QAR), and it is to be released in November. I hope they are right, and by the sounds of it, it will be bigger than QAR!

Well, the Besalisk could be done in a simple and effective way. It would have to be a new mold, but they could do something similar to the Samukai skeleston from the Ninjago theme. He had a normal skelie torso, but then his head also had shoulders attached where two more arms go. The could do something along the lines of this. I restricts playability on the fig a bit, but it would still look awesome.

Exactly! The Mon Calamarians will probably get a small set for themselves, possibly with a shirtless Fisto to fight along side with them. Then the new clones will be put into BPsfor sure, and as for that Z-95-like starfighter, I believe that those two ships are just ARC-170s, or are you refering to the ship in between them that can't really be identified?
