    Hunkan goes to the questboard to see what the fuss earlier was about. He sees a job offer with an already filled name list, and reads it. "Framed... trial... investigation?" The reward isn't much, but he doesn't have much better to do and likely won't get picked anyway. Hunkan shrugs and signs up for quest #151.

    Hunkan is left confused by the stranger who dropped a wooden sword into his arms before leaving. "What do I do with this? It doesn't look very sharp." Are there any statistics I should know about? WP and such?

    Hunkan takes the ebony dagger and leaves 40 gold and his longsword in its place. He examines the dagger. "I think I'm going to enjoy this. Thanks, wizard."

    Hunkan removes his Longsword (WP: 3). "How about 40 gold and one barely used sword?"

    Hunkan raises his glass as well, having moved to a seat closer to the mage. He nonchalantly sips his drink. "So about that dagger. How much gold do you want for it? I might just be interested."

    Hunkan walks into the hall, buys himself a drink, and sits at an empty table. He hears Ezeran's laughter and becomes curious. "What's so funny?"

    Hunkan leaves the laboratory without saying goodbye. While walking through the hallway he stops, pulls out his new goggles, and looks at them. "That wasn't so bad." He smiles, puts them back in his pocket, and exits the guild hall.

    "They knocked us out and fled through the portal. We would have been able to stop them if somebody hadn't deserted us." Hunkan briefly glares at Petaldan and Tim. "But at least the device is working again, so it wasn't a complete failure. Also, you can keep those gloves if you want."

    "Aye. I'm sure it's been a rough day for all of us. Do you guys want these back?" Hunkan takes off his goggles and unstraps Daugslyr.

    Hunkan scratches his head, trying to recall the events of the past few hours. "I think we also found your assistant. His skeleton was inside a blob monster that was living in there."

    "You... are coming with us... or else." Hunkan attacks Volatio from the front row.

    Hunkan continues attacking Marco from the front row.

    "Ugh..." Hunkan is too ill to say anything. He repeats his attack.

    "Wait, genies are immune to toxins, aren't they? Damn..." Hunkan attacks Marco from the back row.

    "They also threatened to sabotage the Guild's tonic production. In a few minutes the doctor will pull us out of here, and if his device still doesn't work, we'll have failed in our mission. And if we let them go, how do we know they won't keep coming back for more?"

    "Heroes or not, we have a job to do, and our job is to fix whatever is wrong with this device. These people don't belong here, so we need to fix that." Hunkan applies Venom on his sword. "Now would be a good time to use this."

    "Less talk, more fight. You'd better come with us or else." Hunkan also prepares for battle.

    "I'm not sure if we can trust them yet. We should hand them to the Guild and let them sort this out. Maybe they'll give us a bonus."

    "I'm sorry about our trigger happy friend here." Hunkan turns to Kid, annoyed. "Are you always this violent or did you have too much to drink back at the hall?"

    "Are the crystals the only part of your research, or does it involve anything else? Like, say, a salamander?" Hunkan eyes the duo suspiciously, but does not reach for his sword.

    "These must be the pointy hats the lizard was talking about. Who are you and what is your business here?"

    Hunkan begins to realize that he will not get along well with Ezeran. "What, am I the only one who makes mistakes around here? It wasn't my fault that he began defending the wisp. Anyways..." "The Cuppelation Furnace seems to be the only place we haven't explored yet. Should we have a look there?"

    "Let's all just fight instead of singing terrible songs. Petaldan, stop getting in the way!" Hunkan steps back and does nothing.

    "Well, this seems to be going pretty well..." Hunkan mutters as he sneaks up and attacks from the front row.

    Hunkan tries to stay focused amidst the chaos around him. He quietly runs forward and repeats his attack. He retreats to the back row and waits for the next round.
