  1. Yet they recycled enemies in the Day of the Departed, and while new, the Vermillion were once again snake-based. If you're gonna rehash an enemy, best it be the undead. Monstrox was a necromancer, how do you drop that bit of lore and then NOT do an undead wave? I will say LEGO needs to redesign the skeleton, at least figure out a way to get them some articulated wrists.
  2. True, but they didn't see fit to drop a named-character three pack in year one, and I don't see the trend changing. Could it happen? Sure, but I don't think it will. Arnoldi is just something LEGO does on occasion, a dropped minifigure ball.
  3. They've already done year 2's three-pack, and Nexo Knights doesn't seem to get named characters in them. Maybe we luck out and he sticks around for Season 3, and we get non-evil Jestro at the same time.
  4. In LEGO's defense, they did do some killer minifigures for the Summer wave. Knighton Castle would have been an almost perfect place for Arnoldi, as the Stone Army figures in that set are pretty weak. The Stone Army pack would have been a good place, too. Man, was that set a disappointment.
  5. Ugh, it seems like I've been waiting for this one for forever. I think they should have used a trio of 1x1 round plates for the corn, but I digress. It's a comfy little set.
  6. Ooh, '66 suit Alfred is a good one that I forgot.
  7. Look at that smug s.o.b. Perfect minifigure material. I suppose I could use the CMF S.8 Actor as an Arnoldi stand-in
  8. We could still see a normal Jestro in year 3. I more bummed about us not getting a Roberto Arnoldi minifigure.
  9. This man gets it. I imagine a CMF Flying Monkey would have a new face print, but it would do until more of the set versions get listed on BL.
  10. Walmart has the current wave on sale as well, hit up Brickseek to see what kind of deals you have locally. It's looking like $7 Lock n Rollers and Twin Jousters are the best thing going around me.
  11. Black Canary, Hugo Strange, Killer Moth, and Clock King are all "confirmed"* for TLBM CMF S.II FaF Joker is probably the top of my list, I suspect he's a shoe-in, and I'd be surprised if there wasn't at least a couple of FaF figures in the the CMF series. Dr. Phosphorous, though I suspect they're gonna dump him in a terribly uninteresting set with a high price tag. I'd be up for Bat-Lady and Soccer Mom Batgirl suits. I'd settle, albeit begrudgingly, for Lady-Bat. Gentleman Ghost. Same as Dr. P, destined to show up in an expensive set. Superman II General Zod. I want to say he and Jor-El have been hinted at, but getting him in the CMF line would be a coup. ¡El Murcielago! I think that's it for my wants. Stuff like Egg Head are pretty much confirmed in sets, so there's no point listing them here. I'm sure when the list hits I'll remember something else. I also expect a few of the more-obscure Justice League members to end up in the CMF line. * Reliable sources have hinted they are in it, however, that information is tentative and subject to change. Just sayin'
  12. The first wave of CMFs, hell, actual sets, were populated with designs that had fractions of a second of screen time.
  13. I believe casual L-loyd has arm printing that the set variant lacks as well.
  14. LEGO Ninjago Movie CMFs.
  15. Be interesting to see how, or if, they change her look. Can't wait to find out who the new antagonists are.
  16. Nice! Can't wait for the Bear next year. The rest of my Harpy figure came, and it makes me damn happy Nexo Knights is continuing into next year.
  17. His armor is relatively distinct. Could look for for the 6L bars as well.
  18. Have to agree. I'd be more likely to buy if they had cooked up a pair of stone Scurriers, though
  19. Krakenskull and his cape managed to arrive on the same day, all though they were shipped a day apart. I suspect the rest will trickle in throughout the week.
  20. Just want to confirm for any other Texas EBers that HEBs are a source for the CMFs currently. Just grabbed a few more. Shark Army Angler still proves elusive, though.
  21. I've heard they were seen in a Texas-based supermarket chain, but I haven't checked there yet. Actually, it sounds like Texas Targets are the only ones that have put them out early.
  22. They should have went with triple pin and axle connectors for the "heli" part. I think that would have helped the look.
  23. I reckon we'll be seeing that car and motorcycle on the shelves next year.
  24. Not really a fan. Definitely a step down from the Ghosts and Vermillion.
