Well, I did a small well for Brickworld 2008: It uses 1x2´s and 1x1 round bricks. Doesn´t look as good as your 1x3 but gets the diameter down. More pics here. And here´s a big pic from Legoworld in Oslo 2008: CopMike

Hi!I haven´t found it either but you can use the one we made for the Eurobricks event 2008 in Billund for most of it. Just notice that it´s made before the official release, done by reverse building the set, so the color on the headlight bricks is wrong and the end also, but you´ll fix that easy enough. Check it out on this page. Good luck ! CopMike

Yes, by using LUGNET as reference like a lot of other sites did, read it here & here.CopMike -
Here´s to how the release works this time: It was revealed today at BrickCon and in the UK A couple of sites/blogs had the exclusivity to post official high-reslution pictures from TLG at 4pm GMT The rest (who have been given the pics also from TLC in advance) can post them at 8pm GMT Any other pictures taken by people and posted where ever is fine (my own decision) So enjoy what you see and know - more will come at 8pm GMT . TLG wants your ideas & suggestions for City themes
CopMike replied to CopMike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
This topic will be closed now because: The special request about input ideas for City had a before date which has been passed with marginal LEGO has gotten all your ideas New ideas will go in the What New Themes or Sets would you like TLG to make?-thread that will be opened soon again When/if a new such request comes along I will open a new thread about that specific one CopMike -
What New Themes or Sets would you like TLG to make?
CopMike replied to CopMike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
This thread is for serious suggestions/ideas about themes & sets. Not a chatroom where you call each other names etc. And preferable you should have some knowledge in what are the base & "moral" that LEGO uses, like weapons, nudity etc. For now there seem to be a lack of that among certain people, not all. But this will make me close this thread for a while, during this time: People will calm down I will read all suggestions and make that into a list that LEGO gets I will place that list in post #1 in the tread so people can see what´s been suggested already and NOT do it again Stay tuned. 7979 available in US! for a limited time only
CopMike replied to I Scream Clone's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Quote from Steve Witt over at the Ambassadors site: This wasn't us doing this by planning to just give something to North American AFOLs because we could. We stomped on a mistaken shipment before it was either sent back to Europe or destroyed. The precedent you should really be taking from this is that we will keep our eyes open for every opportunity to make good things happen for the community. Please do not take the lesson from this of "LEGO should make things available because they did it for the US." The truth is, my colleague's and I saw an opportunity to turn a mistake into something positive for the Community. Please let the lesson be that "certain groups of people in the LEGO Company are watching out for AFOLs." In that sense know that if an opportunity presents itself Jan, Tormod and I will always do everything we can to make it something positive for the community. So it was NOT some caving in because "some US Lego fans cried" - instead a initiative made by a opportunity that presented itself. CopMike -
