  1. Thanks for the review Kernow! I´m looking forward to check out mine, I have the softcover one already but this looks great! Now you need to go and register your # online: http://workfromtheheart.atspace.com/guide.html CopMike
  2. Hi all! Jan Beyer from TLG has reminded us of the LEGO event in Skærbæk Denmark the last weekend in September. It´s organized by some members of the Danish LEGO club Byggepladen in cooperation with him. Jan also writes: You can find all information and also the registration form here. Discuss it here. CopMike
  3. Nice one Dr S - especially like the smart use of round 1x1 for mines and the smile on the soldiers face when he sees the sheap going ballistic ! This kind of irony/"dark side" builds are a favorite use of LEGO imo ! Kepp´em coming! CopMike
  4. ! I´ve heard about that band, are they any good ? Excellent MOC there Hinckley - that one goes to BW2009! You´ve really nailed the feeling of a band on stage and especially James Hetfield: It´s scary how they resemble eachother! Now like Lt. Col. Thok said, we need groupies - any one comes to mind? CopMike
  5. Have a megagoodawesome B-day SirNadroj with extra everything ! Now go build some cool Moc or something! CopMike
  6. A couple of weeks ago I was able to lay my hands on (or more like Hinckley handed me) a very exclusive Fabuland set ! It´s the Don´t F--K with COPMIKE Limited Edition set ! Here´s a review: The front - shows me in an action pose ! The backside which opens up for some more action shots! The minifig with a great fourpack and a Swedish flag on the arm! The utensils including a gun & dumbbell weighting around 50 kg/110 pounds. Picture of the two CopMike´s at work, the Limited Edition one & the regular one with baseball bat ! Playability: 10/10 (The dumbbell can be used for both training and other stuff) Design: 9/10 (This design has set the new standard for Fabuland minifig packs, could have included a sixpack of donuts though) Price: 10/10 (The set was free) Overall: 9.5/10 CopMike
  7. Really nice one oo7 ! I´ve always loved lighthouses and I think yours to be very fine! Imo it doesn´t need railing! Keep up the excellent work ! CopMike
  8. Christmas card ? CopMike
  9. There´s only been one first hand batch that is known, it was somewhere around 60-80 pieces and from only one seller, they went for $2.50 originaly. CopMike
  10. Here´s my sig-fig again, the link was broken: CopMike
  11. Hi everyone! You have been great with all the questions and activity in the Embassy ! I have tons of Q for TLG but not so many answers. That depends on a couple of things: * It´s been (& still is!) vacation time * The amount of Q´s & requests coming in from a lot of people goes to a few who also need to find out information. So far this process isn´t really working. * One of the projects for the Ambassadors is to finetune this process. So what I´m saying is that all your input is highly appriciated, but it will take a while for the answers to get back to you. Please put up with this and don´t lose faith in all of the TLG people & Ambassadors in trying to do great things happen ! CopMike

  14. I think LEGO is LEGO and Playmobil is Playmobil - and they were NOT ment to be mixed! CopMike
  15. Nice interview guys and a warm welcome Nannan for your guest visit on EB ! I really enjoyed seeing your Black Fantasy IRL at Brickworld 2008 and I´m glad you won the price you did, well earned ! Keep up the good work with TBB and maybe we´ll see you here in the future! CopMike

  21. Thanks for the good review ! I can´t wait for mine to arrive! And just think how close PaulC was in his reverse building of this which turned into a Event Exclusive in Billund ! He was just wrong on the color of the headlight bricks (black instead of frown) and the rear bumper stuff which couldn´t be seen on the bag picture! Kudos PaulC! As for my badass patrol car and the SOP (standard operation procedure) of cavity searches there´s more to see here over at BrickZone - here´s a teaser: CopMike
  22. Welcome Justin ! That was quite a lot of series/themes you like - you won´t get bored anytime before the millenium. Enjoy your stay! CopMike
  23. Statue of Liberty !CopMike
  24. Pure love ! I´m so going to get at least one. I just love this stuff like Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty etc - big & beatiful ! The model itself looks well designed, here´s a comparison shot of the one made by Arthur Gugick that will be (destroyed ) in the movie Taj: If the price $299 is right it´s a bargain for 5922 pieces, could it be that white is a cheap color to produce?
