  1. I assume that's in store only, as it isn't on their website.
  2. I must say, that little one that goes under the Shakespeare bust drove me insane, as I kept getting it off-center. Got there eventually though. My favourite fig is Bats as well, and I'd have Ridder second and probably Alfred actually third. It's awesome to finally have an Alfred.
  3. Well, built the Batcave today. Here's my pros, and overall thoughts on the set. Pros: - Awesome figs. - I really like how the Batcave is set up with the three different sections and the little areas you build. - I REALLY like the Wayne Manor portion. The whole area is fantastic. - I love the vehicles. While the Batmobile is obviously the party piece here, I'm generating a real liking for the Bat-Copter. - I love all the nods to the series, like the Bat-Poles and Bat-Phone, and the Shakespeare Bust and sliding bookcase. - The build was incredibly fun. Cons: - I wish that LEGO made a way for the bat-poles that you can actually slide down to be all connected. In the set, behind the bookcase, it's this little pole thing, and below there's the bat-pole area where it does the works. I wish that was all one piece, so you can release Dick and Bruce, then it'll stop after a certain area, then knock Bats and Robin down in their place. - The price. It should've been lower, as a lot of the pieces were small, I saw the little 1x1 wedge appear A LOT. The price should've been £200 in my opinion. - There is an unholy amount of stickers. There's over thirty. For a set that I paid £230 for, I was expecting a lot more printed pieces. I think the only notable printed pieces in the set is the bat-symbol 1x1 studs on the Batmobile's wheels, the cowl-like thing on the Bat-copter and the wallpaper in the Wayne Manor portion. IIRC, the rest is all stickers. That disappointed me, especially as someone who is not exactly the master of sticker laying. - I wish Mr Freeze was included in the set. - It's quite fragile. I know with The Tumbler, it is fragile because there's a lot of pieces mounted onto a base, and a lot of them are held by clips and pins for example. However, some of the parts of the set are pretty fragile. Holding it in the wrong place can let a whole clump manage to clip out of place. - Some of the builds were quite repetitive. The atomic pile area is the prime suspect here, as it featured a lot of repetitive builds. Not a fault on LEGO's part, as it really had to look like the show, but I got kinda bored building that part. Overall: The set is overly positive, but the price is most definitely too high. A lot of the little pieces could've probably been left out, mainly the 1x1 wedge pieces, which would've made the price much more tolerable. There are a few nitpicks like I stated above, the stickers being the main complaint, but overall, this is a fantastic set, with cracking builds and minifigs. Hats off to the creative team at LEGO for this set, they really delivered here. EDIT: Oops, left out the rating: 8.5/10
  4. I like everything about that set, other than Robin's cape. I don't like that cape, it has too many points on it for me. Just a nitpick, but it, for me, severely detracts from the figure.
  5. I would've preferred it if they did one from the Arkham Series, likely the one from the Arkham City DLC. However, I'm glad they did a 60's set. However, I really would've liked the sets as a seperate wave. So you would have a mid-sized set with the Batmobile, a mid-sized set with the Batcopter, a big £130 Batcave and maybe the Bat-cycle thingy (name escapes me) as a polybag.
  6. Fun fact: Despite the Batcave having something like 700 more pieces than The Tumbler, they both have a box that is the same size. I assume the Batcave has more smaller pieces than the Tumbler.
  7. I took a look on the US page to see if they had the new sets up (saying 'coming soon' like on the UK page) and, though it didn't show the new sets, it showed 2 new keyrings coming tomorrow. Switch to the US DC Comics page on S@H and you should see them, second page.
  8. So, Rescue from Ra's is £35 here in the UK, so probably $40 in the US: http://shop.lego.com/en-GB/Batman-Rescue-from-Ra-s-al-Ghul-76056?fromListing=listing Also, looks like we'll be getting BvS keyrings of Bats and Supes tomorrow as well.
  9. Damn, that is probably the best fig I've seen in a while.
  10. Speaking of threads, when do you think we'll hear about the preliminary set names for Winter next year? I know we're talking about something half a year away, but with SDCC coming up in mid-July, I imagine we'll get some set names before the event where they'll show one of the sets off, right?
  11. I have no idea where I'll put it, my Tumbler and Asylum takes up nearly a whole shelf.
  12. The Scarecrow from Arkham Asylum was great... Other than the hat. Scarecrow looked kinda goofy with the hat on, but then a bit weird when you took it off. Wish they did something else with that.
  13. Well, I'm finally getting the Batcave on Tuesday. Can't wait!
  14. Well, don't give up hope just yet. Us guys in the UK couldn't get the BvS sets anywhere BUT S@H until March, while you had them everywhere in the US. It may be the case that we get all the sets available to retailers like Argos etc here in the UK, while you guys in the US are limited to S@H purchases for the sets. Until June 1st comes, don't give up hope.
  15. Do they preview the sets at London Comic-Con? It's just that I'm going tomorrow so I may get a look at the sets early.
  16. If it was the Bat-Tank vs the Scarecrow combine harvester, it'd be a great set.
  17. I'm loving Scarecrow's ride, it looks really cool with the trans-green stuff, and I really like the look of the kind of container thing on the back, bet that has a cool play feature.
  18. These figs are much better than I expected; not as good as the ones in the Croc set, but pretty damn cool.
  19. I think it's safe to say this fig I fake, which is clearly visible from his printing and colours. We had the same predicament last year with the Bats and Joker figs, and both have not been heard of since.
  20. Looks fake. The face kinda seems off as well, might just be me though.
  21. I'm still really salty that these cubes are a US exclusive. I get they aren't meant to be mass sold, but at least make them available elsewhere. I don't understand LEGO's logic these days, where they're selling these cubes in one of the 200 odd countries in the world.
  22. This has been a great year, figure wise. We haven't had many re-uses of variants other than Batman from 2015; actually, every single figure other than that Batman is new for this year. That's pretty cool, especially with the kind of figs they are. This and last year have really beefed up my minifig collection quite nicely.
  23. I nearly agree with you there, but the Batcave is one hell of a set, and both the figs and vehicles are spot on. The Clash of teh Heroes set is great as well, with 2 brilliant figs for a veyr cheap price, along with some pretty rare elements, like the Kryptonite piece and the new Bat-Symbol dish they made.
