  1. Won't be passing on this one. Don't like red Nightwing, will be getting this one.
  2. Should have details on that soon then. And the Nightwing would fit, considering it is a Batman-centric movie it seems.
  3. Gotham Unleashed or something wasn't it?
  4. I so wish it wasn't. That 'man' is on there.
  5. I'm out of the loop here, people get hyped at people's profile pictures, like Sir Gareth's and Trajic Banjo's. What am I missing?
  6. <cough> Reverse Flash <cough>
  7. If it was to be anyone other than Bats, it'd be Arrow. Reverse Flash will not be coming in LEGO form :cry_sad: :cry_sad: :cry_sad: :cry_sad: :cry_sad: :cry_sad: :cry_sad:
  8. The torso isn't all that convincing, but it'd make sense for them to just re-do the torso in blue. However, the change of face is convincing. I could see this Nightwing being legit. Can't they just rescue Reverse Flash from Ra's?
  9. He's definitely not a variant I would've gone with, but he'll do.
  10. I feel your pain. Not a good year for Batman nerds who don't want their wallets to take a beating.
  11. This is the thing. My birthday is at the end of May, slap bang in the middle between the Christmases. I'll definitely be gaining money throughout the Easter and birthday periods, but I'm really stuck as to whether I should spend my money on the summer sets or keep going for the Batcave.
  12. Eh. Not what the store calendar I looked at in the LEGO Store at the weekend stated. Either way, the set qualifies for the poly, and therefore I'll buy it.Also, I'm looking for advice. I'm unsure on what to do. Currently, I'm putting any money I can aside for the Batcave. However, I REALLY want the two summer sets coming out. What should I do? Should I keep saving for the Batcave or save up for the Summer Sets and get both of those? I just felt how heavy the box was this weekend and just wanted to crack it open and build it, but I dunno if I can take waiting for the two Summer sets, especially the Croc set.
  13. I'll be picking mine up during the Freeze event next month. £50 on DC stuff here, and luckily the set is £55 here.
  14. Almost completely unrelated, but I managed to pick up the Easter fig in London at the LEGO Store. Really like the fig actually. I was there to get Kryptonite Interception, but had second thoughts due to the Batcave.
  15. I modified both Darkseid Invasion and Brainiac Attack to remove the super jumper features. The other five were okay, as their features weren't too annoying, but like PepperoniBricks said, that cannon fell out if you so much as touched it, and Darkseid would just flip back. I did find a temporary fix for it without changing the build, where I put the hands in front of the little panels which had the stickers on, but it was too fiddly.
  16. The Javelin was awesome, as was the hovercraft, but I didn't like that the hovercraft was made just for that crappy super jumper. It ruined it.
  17. Gotta say I dig the blue cowl. But the figure is meh to me.
  18. Hey, don't leave out the Music Meister.
  19. No. Apparently we're getting Raven sometime soon, so maybe the character being rescued (or being a rescuer) is Raven.
  20. LEGO 76053 Review: Minifigs - All the figs are great. The Batman isn't so impressive due to the quantity we've had of him now, but the Harley figure is tremendous. Definitely one of my favourite variants of the whole line so far. Deadshot is AMAZING, however his external builds are a real nuisance, and to get the best out of the fig I've removed them, as it just clogs everything up. Builds - I love these cycles. While they lack play features, they are both really fun to use, and I'm surprisingly happy with the Harley cycle. It was a fun build, and I even like the difference in wheel sizes. It's crazy, like her. The colour scheme is also impressive, as well as some pretty rare pieces like the gold pieces used for the exhausts. The Batcycle is tremendous, sleek and cool to roll around. Very well balanced actually, and looks really sweet on display, especially with the Bat-Pod kind of style. Overall and recommendations - Overall, this set gains a 9/10. My only complaints are the lack of play features and Deadshot's bulky extra builds. I strongly recommend getting this set if you're looking for a really fun build and some awesome figures. Definitely good value for money for £20
  21. I'm gonna get the Batwing set during the Mr Freeze promotion. Kill two birds with one stone there.
  22. Guess I'm in the minority here, but I'm not too keen on it. But I'll pick it up anyways, I love the VD's.
  23. Getting my Deadshot set today, will do a review tomorrow or later.
