  11. Probabley not it most likely be the same size as the 42042 and possibly have a m motor l motor or xl motor with battery box included

Lego technic is not trying to make their sets more with panels look at the small sets of 2015 there is not many lift arms in those they are just trying to aim for a younger audience so that their parents can afford them, But with the bigger sets eg 42043 42042 there are more lift arms because they are aiming for a older audience because they can afford them.

I have used rubber bands for the steering mechanism and you missed the panel at the back attach a liftarm to the middle of the steering pin and attach a 3l half liftarm to the end of the axle and attach a Pin with axle at one end and a ball at the other the the end of the 3l half liftarm and attach rubber bands from that pin to the steering pin and there's your steering mechanism
