Sorry for the delay, I've been busy lately, but recently downloaded Picasa (which conveniently interacts with Gmail, Google, Google Desktop, and Google Talk - go Google!) which allowed an absolutely amazing service - batch resizing. Expect picture reviews to be longer, more detailed, and faster in the future because of it! :-D Hope that helps.

It looks like an elite Shadow Knight except for the face (looks smiling, the ones in Vladek's Dark Fortress had his face) and the axe (which appears to be a 7L metallic silver pole with two axe heads - cool!). It would be odd (to say the least) if the two themes interacted. I don't know if I'd really support that... if it's a new enemy, though, awesome!

Well, word on the grapevine is that there's some really cool stuff on the slate for 2006 (besides this, I mean). Don't lose faith yet... ;)

On the black/red one, there are designs on weird sloped pieces, which they normally don't do, so I'm guessing either those are prototypes and the designs will be removed or they'll be printed.

No problem, guys. ;) I'd like to direct your attention to the new helmet present in 7703... it looks sort of like the UFO alien helmet. Cool! In black, it might work for a shadowtrooper...

I uploaded Exo-Force, Ferrari, Racers, Football, Designer, X-Pod, and City into my Brickshelf, should be up sometime tomorrow.

Check out the trailer here. Basic plot: Keira Knightley as Domino Harvey, a Ford model turned bounty hunter. She teams up with Ed (played by Mickey Rourke, 'Marv' in Sin City - fantastic actor), a legendary bounty hunter. My thoughts: Keira Knightley is hot. :oo Mickey Rourke is awesome. :-D Bounty hunters rule. ;) I'm really looking forward to this!

We don't really have a topic for rules. Basically, don't be a jerk, don't spam, don't swear (well, you can, but the bad ones filter into 'megablock'), and don't post inappropriate stuff. Pretty easy. ;)

The anime hair really makes me a little sick... maybe in tan, not green... the lit bricks sound cool, though.

Bionicle: it's, uh... Bionicle? Belville: maybe some interesting chrome pieces... City: FANTASTIC! Except for those airplanes... those are Jack Stone all the way. Too bad. Duplo: n/a Creator: yes. BLACK 1X1 SLOPES. FANTASTIC. Everything here is great! Exo-Force: this line confuses me. I mean, cool concept, but... anime hair? It's like Alpha Team meets Designer minus all the non-<insert that tiresome argument> pieces... still, lighting bricks, and it looks like 7702 has mottled black/dark red pieces. Hot. Ferrari: very cool, that whole competition scene is definitely on my to-buy list. Football: awful. KK2 Bigfigs: dear god no. Racers: passable, the first two are pretty useful. SW: already commented on it. Technic: not a big fan. This batch confuses me... I'm holding out for Vikings II and a few more HP sets, myself. Not to mention some more Star Wars sets... ;) Still, I'll pick up all those Creator sets, some Ferrari, and probably Exo-Force (I'm a sucker for new lines).
