Well, other themes did well with fairly plain rooms, but LEGO is starting to embellish them more and more, raising the cost. I'd be fine with more plain rooms.

Well, it's in the top 20 at Brickset for a number of reasons. The platework is great, the guns are great, and the suspension rules. It's also very sturdy.

I don't think he had that in mind at the time, and I don't think anyone's going to edit him just for being an egotist. ;)

Sure it does not but it looks really bare with a unfinished touch. Its just a matter of putting several pieces all around to have it more complete. Just like the Catamaran, I guess I'm a purist on those details Well the catamaran looks very unfinished in the midsection, but I think the Turbo Tank looks pretty damn good.
