  1. I'm still keeping my hopes down, but what if Clayface is brick built in the sense of the most recent Sandman, a minifig standing on bricks? I know I said the same thing about Shazam but it feels like Clayface's figure from the game was a real design, and all the other villains we've seen only have a few things off from being exactly from that game.
  2. Ah, that’s what I get for staying up so late. Agreed, we don’t have many options that would look right as Lockwood’s torso.
  3. Personally I think Ernie would make a better Hammond while Lor San Tekka is spot on for Lockwood.
  4. That hydro man set would be nice to combine with the Indiana Jones Venice set. Mysterios in every one of these, so that’s good.
  5. No idea about 76120, but the leaked Shazam figure definitely looks real, especially since its comic based like the set he's apparently going to come in.
  6. I want to stop being so critical, but that better be a Nicholson Joker in the "original Batman movie" set or I'm going to riot lol.
  7. I like that so far every villain is based on an actual comic design, yet Joker is still generic. At least this time the torso looks nice, but I’ve really disliked that head since 2012.
  8. Bad head, good torso. BTAS truly would be the next best one they could make. Now you can actually make the worst Riddler with this new head, the grey hat, and that weird 2014 two-face suit.
  9. As long as the neck and legs made it look tall, I' be ok with a new body mold the same size as the T. Rex's and reuses the tail. My only issue is how they'd make the neck work, maybe something similar to dragons?
  10. Well the superheroes theme was once considered an evergreen theme, yet it wasn't among the top sellers last report. Surely the drop in sales should mean something to Lego, though it's unknown if that's the case or if the other themes simply sold much higher. I personally think the only bad things this wave are the vehicles in the compound, the bike, and grey Thanos. Though Hawkeye is the only one I think who shouldn't have worn one, the white suits are definitely a way to save money.
  11. The name is probably going to be Batman and Robin: Mr. Freeze Batltle. This is a leaked list of set names usually, which usually aren’t grammatically correct, like how Batman and Riddler heist doesn’t make sense either.
  12. Plus I think Lego and Universal would love to go all out but Lego has budgets (of which this theme lost a bit to Harry Potter), so Universal probably had to choose promoting their current JW brand and probably long planned show, over movies from 20 years ago. A theme to do with dinosaurs requires a lot of new molds if we want to be satisfied, so I'm guessing this also counts as a sort of "safe" wave for the means to raise profits that will justify an even larger budget next time. The Baryonyx head, young Dilophosaurus, both of their movable jaws, and possibly the revival of the rumored broken Triceratops mold is where the money went for this wave. Given the TV show's Hammond design, I think its highly likely the D2C will be JP based in order to have one classic set like in the FK wave. If this theme succeeds again, I think they'll definitely dive into making even more JP content. Maybe eventually Universal would want to expand to the vehicle centric TLW, and maybe something from JP3 if they really want to.
  13. I’ve had a theory that in the movie he’ll lose the gold thorlike armor at some point to reveal his more iconic green patterning once it becomes clear that he’s actually a villain. I’ve compared it to the still from the trailer and it looks accurate, as if the gold part was just taken off, which I’d prefer anyway.
  14. I hyped myself way too much for that dlc design, it just looked a lot like a figure that’d be released. Very hopeful thinking, it’d be cool to get two Shazam themed sets but I’m not so optimistic about that. It’s only disappointing to hear we’re supposedly getting two Joker and two Riddler sets.
  15. I’m a fool, all these years I thought Sandy had her own helmet mold. Definitely would need to be opaque though, maybe even glow in the dark.
  16. Agreed, at this point it’s best if leaks just go unannounced. As for Mysterio, I know that dark tan globe that’s made of two pieces is sometimes placed around a minifig head, so I’m wondering if that’d do well on a minifigure in a transparent or opaque color.
  17. I don’t think LEGO is reluctant so much as Universal is pushing its brand further with the newer films. I do think the d2c has to be based on the first film though, to keep the older crowd interested for sure.
  18. Now that they brought back the Triceratops, I think it’s body should be reused for Sinoceratops and Apatosaurus in the future.
  19. The entire baby raptor squad, with GRAY Blue, gives me hope for their adult rereleases someday. Great to see the return of Triceratops but it seems to have stolen Stegosaur’s colors. These were very unexpected, and at first disappointing but this makes up for 2015’s wave that had no park builds whatsoever. The return of Masrani and Hoskins makes me hopeful we’ll also see Barry, and finally Lowery once they fire Nedry’s relative in the show.
  20. For a subtitle that doesn’t spoil anything it’s harmless but dumb, though I thought it was part of LEGO’s weird branding for superheroes this year. Its cool to see they finally gave out two of many of the most wanted helmets. The list says the armor room and compound are separate, always good to see more location based sets.
  21. I certainly hope the rumored Two Face isn’t his Batman Forever version, but the sets sound like a return to 2006. I hope we finally get actual Keaton and Nicholson figures, a fully burton based set would be great. All that we’d need left from that world would be Pfeiffer’s Catwoman.
  22. I was hoping for dual mold arms and legs but oh well, maybe someday we'll see a full on classic Iron-Man.
  23. I don’t know if you guys know more about pricing than I do, but I can see at least one raptor being included as well as a baby raptor if there were to be a hatchery room. Besides Rexy, no other dinosaurs have scenes in the visitor center anyway.
  24. Since Stygimoloch Breakout is at a similar price, I’d love if the $30 set was a building from the abandoned worker village of TLW with a tiger raptor, Kelly, and either Ian or Sarah.
  25. It’s alright! So five sets total huh? I remember when it was three at first, I’m very happy about this.
