Well I got one today from a dude i Stockholm that just have his own private lego store and he told me that he just got a bunch of the generals on post from lego, that he had not actually requested them, but as a seller one can always request for promos and lego will send them, but one have torewuest for promos well in advance

In which store and country is that? Not like it will help me since I'm in Uganda and lego stores are not really abundant here...

I'm planning the same, however, will one get one promotion figure for every 75 euros spent or just one per set over that amount? Or maybe it's negotiable? I've been getting SW promo polybags in stockholm when spending less than the official limit and not even sw sets... sometimes it helps just to be nice and ask

I bought it just for the crates basically which could be useful in a lot of sw setting, however neither the bike or minifigs are especially dear to me, the combat driver I sold off straight, didn't think he belonged to the setting at all, would have been better with an imperial officer, rebel version hondo ohnaka or someone else more fun...

Oh so not very likely then =( well most likely it will be a episode VII figure, however not a central one that will come in a set later anyway, I would go for Bazine Netal, Bala-Tik or a yet unintroduced lego charachter or relative importance, would be boring, but if you look at the last few promofigures, I would make sense

But where does the rumour of San Hill as the fourth may figure come from, that would be fantastic since I have a hard time seeing him ever be created if TLG does not make a large separatist council set, which I doubt they will do, unless part of a USC genosian set, due to the little action in a board meeting and the thus lack of popularity among kids

How does it work with the force friday polybag figure? Does one have to buy the hoth USC to get it or any other set above the usual amount in a lego brand store?

For me it's quite opposite a chrome phasma woulw really wasted, i dont like to get tons of different versions of some figures when there are so many not represented at all, so a san hill in imo would be a move in the right direction

It's just irritating that they have a price for boy and girl toys... I want my daugther to play with anything she feels like without any labling... I don't want her to know there is anything as made for girls or boys...

If that is the price in US, I don't wanna dream about the price in Sweden and for just two exclusive minifigures? I'll will wait until any of my friends will go overseas or buy it sale...

I just hope lego will soon stop wasting precious set quantity on making buildable figures... of course I could be wrong here, but I don't know anybody who buys them, of course I'm sure there is one, but I'm also pretty sure that most people would prefer that they would make traditional sets instead

I don't undertand why they have to be new though, you find them essentially cheaper used. According to my experience, you actually get cheaper stuff on bricklink than you do on ebay, especially considerig shipment cot if you buy many the same time. You can find some really cheap figures, usually used but also new ones on some of the Eastern European bricklink store. When I check my wanted list on BL, I always check Russian and Baltic BL stores even if they are not top 20 of the ones how have the majority of my items considering how much cheaper you can get some of the stuff

I do agree... so far the only set for 2016 I want to buy is the Battle of Takadona, but I won't buy it until I get one second hand or at a discount... paying like 80 euros for that in Sweden... no thank you... But I also agree that some years, especially 2013 was the gold year for SW lego according to me... was really above expectations and 2012, 2014 and 2015 was not too bad either, so I assume it can't last forever Even the new movie was really bad according to me after my expectations, my only comfort was the new Tarantino movie, there is at least someone that never disappoints you

There are two sets next year I decided I will definitely get, it's battle of Takodana (both for the minifigs and the acutall set, which is pretty rare for me that I'm satisfied with both) and Kanan Jarrus speeder (just for the creates =) ) Then I will buy just the Ugnaught figure from the carbon freezer, I think the construction is kind of cool, but I wouldn't buy it if it's just one minifig that I appreciate, I'm tired of Bobbas and carbon freezed Han's By the way, they didn't release a single new jedi charachter from the previous movies last year, it would be a shame if they don't do it this year (hope for Oppo Rancisis and Yarael Poof

Except that lego would try to do as many cantina aliens + jabba de hutt crew members as possible i would like to see that they complete the jedi council members, especially Oppo Rancisis, Coleman Kcaj and Yarael Poof, but also Depa Bilaba and Yaddle would be great. If not making some not so central movie charachters like Sora bulq or expanded universe jedi like Tyvokka. Even Jocasta Nuh, Cin Drallig and Adi Gallia would be nice but not as important since they are easier to create oneself by combining different lego parts (I have already made them myself) And of course bring da mf ruckus - bring zuckuss!

I think a new podrace this soon is very unlikely but if they actually d pretty sure that if lego actually launched a new podrace, they would make it a bit larger set, but only add one additional podrace driver? not a chance and include Aurra sing? come on, that would be toooo stupid...
