    Well the upper part doesn't necessarily change much regarding the official set, but as of the lower part includes of course some kind of round plate like part with weird angles... You may try using different round corner parts to replicate that. Regarding the mecanism behind the opening, some simple clip technique could get you there I think. Good luck

    Hi everyone, I hope you're doing great on this glorious day. Let me introduce today my latest build : a replica of the third battle of Kamino, that takes place in season 3, episode 2. Really fun to make, but also quite challenging, with a few techniques I have never tested in the past, especially regarding the roof generator, the sliding beds, the Aqua Droids, and such. I hope you'll like it, feel free to tell me everything that comes to your mind that might help in the future.     You can try out light blueish gray around the cockpit, mixing both light and dark blueish gray as you progress towards the wings, and finish the wings off with black and dark blueish gray (the latter will replace the blue parts). Good luck

    I hope this will voted to be released as a set, but in my humble opinion, if it does, the creatures won't be made out of spare parts like you outstandingly did, but their body part will be more likely molded to fit one part.

    Building in vacation is great, I often go like 3 hours a day. At that speed, it probably took me 1 whole month at least.

    As far as I know, BrickLink refuses other bands but accept custom minifigs / parts / sets with a whooping 30 million items all over the globe

    Your go-to solutions are Brickforge and Arealight customs in my opinion. Regarding clones if you want some Clone Wars era stuff, head to minifigmaker or clonearmycustom.

    You're the first one trying this one out I guess, and what a try oO The structure must really be strong to support those large wings. Need the real set now :D
