A worried expression crosses her face. "Uh, no thanks Thorm. I think I'd like to keep all my fingers." Chuckling, Cinna heads off to the marketplace. A short time later, she returns with no new items from the marketplace. "Well the good news is that a magic shop has opened up in the marketplace, the bad news is that I can't afford any new spells. I'm ready to continue on our quest."

"I think I will go have a look at the marketplace, but I'm sure the hall is too busy for me to stop by. Though on second though, I do love free food."

"Ouch!" Cinna looks for a way to securely close and store her bag of mysterious powder until such time as she can have an alchemist identify it.

"Thanks Tomas. Benji, do you think I should taste this powder?" she laughs, but pinches a small amount of powder out of the basket, a bit nervously. Taking it away from the basket, she takes a closer look at it in the light. She smells it to find out if it has a scent but is very careful to not inhale the powder. "Anyone seen a powder like this before?"

Thanks for clearing that up Hinckley, I was so confused. Also to all you guys/girls who play multiple games here, host games, share news, post mocs, comment on mocs, and even moderate....How do you do it?! Oh my goodness, just being in Mafia School and one Heroica quest at the same time was nearly too much for me.

Thank you everyone for the kind comments. This isn't the scene I had originally intended, but I really like the way it turned out. Of course my original idea was 'science lab with two women' so some could argue that it did turn out as intended Was a lot of fun to use the new brickforge elements and I think the most difficult part was coming up with a decent but small display for the hazmat suits. In the end the real helmets were just too darn big and I didn't want to redesign the whole scene so I gave them fully clear helmets instead.

Thanks for passing me even though I made that mistake in the beginning, which I actually learned from really quickly. That mistake made it really hard for me to continue playing and I hoped I would get killed that day , but I survived and then it seemed like everyone else was posting the same question the C&D thread so I didn't feel as bad for messing up. If any Mafia School takes students that have passed before, I would like to do it again. I don't think I feel ready to play a full-blown game yet, I could probably do it but it would be very stressful and I think that the stress takes away some of the fun. It's just a game and I think everything should be fun, not making me worry or get people actually hating each other on the rest of the forum. Thanks Badboy and Hink for herding us cats and for a fun game after I recovered my senses from the embarrassment of night one.

Well I think badboy knows that myself and the small group I was working with were suspecting Fred before any of the mess with DN started, we were just beginning to suspect him. We had also been suspecting Eiker and Griggs that same day that we voted Eiker off and Griggs was killed. K-Nut was offline for that day I think so he only came on to vote but Etzel and I were talking a lot about what Nightschroud was sending us and we were not sure to trust him but not wanting to be killing a townie (though we still ended up killing a townie that day ) As far as the killing of Fred, and thus the last of the scum - at least for me it was really tough because I was strongly beginning to suspect Bricksandparts and even mentioned in a message to Nightschroud that I thought either Bricksandparts or Fred was the last scum or they both were. That's I think where it came up the question about if we kill the last scum will the game end or will there still be a night action (since I think neither of us wanted an innocent to get killed at night if we voted out the last scum). I don't know but we could make all the private PMs public if that's what people need to see. I have no idea how to do that except copy/paste though and it is 7 pages of conversations. DN was wrong about the cop, since I was the cop.

I"m really sad if this mess with DN is negating our victory in the minds of so many people. I think we all did the best we could and I don't feel like any of us cheated, though that whiteboard post does seem like DN took the whole penalty vote thing really hard and could have used it in a more constructive move like the other scum were suggesting.

I'm pretty sure the "void" thing means any info you hadn't shared before you died. It wouldn't make sense that we would have to forget things shared by a character when they were alive.

That's not cool at all. Just an FYI that I did not receive any notes from the dead. But I guess my plan worked since nobody could pinpoint if I was town or scum enough to vote me out over other people they were more sure of (but usually wrong).

Hey, I helped. If it wasn't for myself and my small alliance, it would not have been happy ending for town I think. Though, how a town would win without a good vigilante character...I have no idea. All those other more complex roles frighten me too. Like a cop who is sometimes wrong or always gets "scum" vibe from everyone.

Yeah I think vigilante did a great job, just the one mistake. All us other townies made many mistakes.

I was going to and then somehow I forgot. I didn't mean to not tell him after I investigated him (which is why I investigated him)...but somehow losing you upset me too much. I'm so glad Norbert didn't kill me! I was working under the assumption you knew I was the cop, I don't have any idea why I was thinkking that way though. Obviously I didn't tell you and nobody else would have. It was my first time, gimme a break.
