Yeah it's much better than 40$ set. I just surprised that Lego choose Snowspeeder instead of FO TIE. I wanted that pilot for cheap.

I know that, but still kinda dissapointing. All DC ones have already been released before, so no point in them. And Marvel ones besides Green Goblin aren't that great either. Hope final versions will be better.

Just saw Mighty Micros pics and I am really dissapointed, really expected something better. Green Goblin is the only one that stands out as in interesting minifig of them all. Also Captain America has 2012 Avengers torso and head? Might just buy his set, since I missed out on 2012 Avengers sets.

Yeah it won't happen. This year we expected Deathstroke to have helmet and look how that turned out. I think Lego isn't keen on making new molds for characters that they won't be reusing. So I expect Deadshot to have printed head.

Maybe so, but when you compare spinjitsu spinners and Airjitsu flyers , the spinners are obviously better playsets. Airjitsu was a great idea that really didn't work. Also spinners were being released for 2 straight years, any Airjitsu just seems to disappear from shops because people weren't buying them enough. So Airjitsu was kinda a failure as a playset. Make sense for Lego to not releas new ones next year.

Wow FO Snowspeeder microfighter looks a lot better than normal sized one! I am buying it now along with Ghost to get Hera.

You mean another golden ninja minifigure? Might be a cool idea, but Airjitsu flyers aren't even coming out in new wave, so it's safe to assume their sales failed, and Lego probably won't be making anymore of those any time soon.

Just saw Avenjet set pic and I don't like build at all! Looks so lame and weird, but minifigs are nice: Iron Man Mk 39, Thanos, Hyperion. Captain Marvel is not that great in my opinion, would have preferred her to use Miss Marvel costume which is much better( it was in Lego Marvel Superheroes videogame). While Capt. America is just awful! Again reuses 2014 torso. I just hope Lego will compensate us for 2 horrible captains in AA sets with great CW versions ( maybe even double-molded legs). Overall this set is only good for minifigures, the rest of the set I might not even build and use as spare parts for MOCs.

What about Possesion wave? Kai was in 50$ as a cheapest way to get him, while Cole was in 20$(as always cheapest set of wave). Also to add to your thoughts, Zane has recently became the most expensive ninja of them all(especially in possession wave). Seriously Kai is the most wanted minifigure? Wow, and I thought I was one of a few people who liked Kai as a character. Usually it's Lloyd who is the most wanted minifigure of the wave. Strangely enough while Kai is my favorite character, I don't like his new minifigure as much as I like new Lloyd.

Captain Marvel certainly looks nice, but not great. Both faces look weird, especially maskless one. Also I would have preferred her to have long hairpiece, like the one Supergirl used in Brainiac Attack set. So not that great minifigure after all

This version of Iron Man is great! White is quite unusual color scheme for his armor, but given its Starbooster it totally makes sense! It seems that Avengers Assemble set that look horrible will at least give something good in new versions of Iron Man, which some of us have been waiting for a long time.

Actually you don't need Jays Dragon set. You can get Jay in Misfortune Keep too, with new face. So only 3 sets are needed to complete collection : Command Zeppelin ( Zane), Tiger Widow Island(Cole, Nya), Misfortune Keep(Jay, Kay, Lloyd). Just 3 sets to get all ninja! Wow I think it's a first time we can complete ninja costume collection in such cheap way!

Just noticed a few details on new pictures. Sensei Wu is the same version as ghost wave one( not retirement robes), every ninja but Zane has 2 minifigures of him, all pirates except for one are exclusive to one set. Also very curious why ninja in Misfortune Keep set are mask less? I mean I understand desire to show that Jay has eyepatch( hairpiece instead of a mask), but Lloyd, I am confused why he has a hairpiece. I think I am the only person on this forum who doesn't care about Jays dragon. But Command Zeppelin is definitely my favorite set of this wave.

Had 2 issue ls with SW set this year. Also Millennium Falcon : Rey's head is stuck to the body , can't be removed no matter how hard I try. Same happened with Emperor from Death Star Final Duel set. Never seen that many quality issues with Lego sets before.

Can someone tell me if official images have been released yet? Because I don't understand what are you discussing if they weren't revealed. Oh just seen boxes for new sets and I love them! Jay is finally getting some attention in the story. Sets are pretty much the same as preliminary pics . Love the Command Zeppelin set its first purchase on my list, Tiger widow island is second, love the Dogshank bigfig and Ghost Cole( still can't see if it's Nya or Kai in that set). The Misfortune Keep is a must buy as well at least to get Nadakhan minifigure. Overall I love this new wave!

I think it's magna staff , which were used by General Grievous personal bodyguards, just updated a bit. It was last included in 2014 set.

I think it's the only set that comes with samurai pirate guy. He is one good looking minifigure.

no way Rey is included in that set! We already have 2 ways to get her minifigure, different price categories too. But only one way to get Finn(really expensive). More likely another minifigure will be a random pirate or a Stormtrooper.

I think it's the same one, just has chain instead of a regular stud. I completely agree with you. This set is my favorite of the wave with Tiger Widow Island close second. If you've seen prelim picture of Zeppelin set you would notice it's really small build. From drawing earlier in September I thought it was a lot bigger and would cost 50-60$.

leaked prices from Canadian Toys r us suggest that Command Zeppelin set will cost around 25-35 usd.

I think that CW Cap will have double molded legs in most expensive set. So that CW sets would seem like flagship sub theme of Marvel Superheroes, when compared to Avengers Assemble. I don't expect anything great from AA sets, but I expect a lot from CW sets and minifigures.

I think Luke will either be May 4th promo, or will be in a summer set.

I think earlier in this thread j2good said that it's either 30 or 50$. Given its ep7 set Lego will surely raise price to 50 even if it has 300-400 pieces.

You didn't miss much. It's pretty bad looking spaceship. AoU based Quinjet is way better looking.
