Erm.. Yeah, forgot to mention... :$ Actually a canopy is the only part the minis are missing.... So I took the freedom of taking one from another set ;) (HERE you can see an example of a part made cockpit, not transparent though...)

Here is my latest MOC: Heavy Armored Spacecraft 1 - "Polaris" This one was made only from parts of the Star Wars Minis (multiples of the first wave and the Ep.3 Minis, second and third wave each set once). It was inspired by this sketch found at the CS concept gallery. Honestly, this baby was a work that damaged my nerves permanently! It is a big SNOT construction and (maybe besides the cockpit) I can't even tell which part of that thing is the base with SOT (studs ON top ;)). It kept falling and falling apart... |-/ BUT I finished it and made pictures and now everything is just fine! ;) But now I let the pictures talk themselves! ;) | | | | Gallery after Moderation Comments as always welcome!!!

I wouldn't delete any old stuff unless its picture quality is absolutely bad. In my opinion it shows nicely how someone developed his own skills and a BS gallery with creations of all skill levels shows this developement really nicely! ;)

I used standard white copy paper to replace some sails from small pirate boats some time ago and it worked perfectly. At least for the optical aspects...

We tried to use yellow feet, but somehow it didn't came out as good as expected... :/

Wow, some nice ideas in here! :oo Maybe some words why the groups have been changed: The general idea behind the new groups wasn't to indicate who posts the mosts but it was developed to give those WHO are active around here some "home feelings". Actually the steps between the group levels are a bit bigger than most of you might think, this way it won't become too easy for trolls to "quickpost" themselves into better positions. Also the new ranks are meant as some kind of honor to those who get them, if someone is patient enough to post more than 1000 times here he surely isn't a troll because NO troll has enough patience to post that much. About the "point idea": This sounds really great, but I can also see some problems there, the very first is that I'm not sure if we can use any computer system for this, finally we will have to put the points one get down manually which isn't the savest system... ;) BUT we surely will think and talk about this idea, simply because the general thought behind it really appeals to me! (If we introduce it you, SuvieD, surely will get some points for the idea! ;))

I have seen some boxes where they covered the hole with transparent tape. Nice because the fig can't go another way than the set itself and also the energy cell is save, but otherwise the box is ruined... I haven't seen any damaged boxes / stolen LULS here in Germany, but here aren't many toy stores left that have many Star Wars sets in there shelves...
