Very nice ship you have there. It sort of reminds me of the ships from the game Wipeout. Great shape and the colours really suit it too. Well done.

Hi Guss. Are you talking about the engines on the end of each wing? because the round 4x4 bricks in this picture are the main engines: Thanks.

Hi Hollander. Yeah i didn't actually have enough of the black plates to do it all but i tried to make do with what i have. Thanks. Hi Daniel's Dad. Yeah it took me ages to get the ramp hinges right so the ramp would come down in the right place and it would look good. I managed to get it working properly but it could look better. I just couldn't think of how to make them look any better and working as good. Thanks.

Hi lightningtiger. No it's not armed. I thought about it but i decided on just making it without. It's mainly a aircraft but it could be used in space too. Thanks.

Hello all. This is my latest moc that i've been building for a while now. The AP17X is a sort of a upgrade of a old moc i made quite a few years ago now. The original was called the AP17 Aries so i thought seeing as this is a upgraded version i'd call it the AP17X Super Aries. It's mainly used as either a transport plane or a personnel transport plane. It's a VTOL aircraft so it can land just about anywhere, The ramp at the back can go up and down, It has retractable landing gear and it also uses skids instead of wheels. Mainly because i don't have the right sized wheels. It uses two engines on the end of either wing for going up and down as well as one at the back to stabilise it. It also has two main engines built into the body. C&C is welcome as i always want to learn. There is more pictures here: https://picasaweb.google.com/apemax18/AP17X?authuser=0&feat=directlink I hope you like it. Finally here's the pictures:

Big Toe
apemax replied to LegOscar's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Awesome truck. I like the way the body is one big piece so you can just take it off. Thats what i try to do with my car mocs. Well done. -
What a great moc Bayou. I love all the little details you've put in to this. Well done.
-
Very good muscle car de-marco. That colour goes very well with the design of the car. Well done.

What a brilliant space ship Rufus. I always try to put retractable landing gear in my mocs too. The lighting and damage make this really unique. Very well done.

MOC: Nebulon B frigate rendered in POV-Ray WIP. (C&C Welcome)
apemax replied to apemax's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thanks all for the comments. Thanks. Yeah i do plan on building this with all the proper colours in real bricks as soon as i can afford to buy the right pieces. -
Hello all. Well i've been working on this for a while now and i thought i would post some WIP shots now. This is the Nebulon B frigate i built a while ago made in MLCad and rendered in POV-Ray. This is how far i've gotten. As you can see i've got most of the basic structure done so i've still got to do most the the detail to do. More pictures of earlier versions here: https://picasaweb.google.com/apemax18/NBF?feat=directlink C&C welcome. Link to the "real" model here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=48437&st=0&p=852969&fromsearch=1entry852969

Very nice ship Cy-Gor. Well done.

Hello all. This was a test for a building technique i was trying out. Sorry about the colours but it was all i had as most of my pieces in another model. So on with the pictures. And finally a picture of the internal structure which is fairly simple really. Now some renders of it. And thats it. hope you liked it. C&C Welcome.

Very cool Speeder. Well done.

I'm speechless. There are no words to describe how brilliant this MOC is. How you managed to get it moving at that speed when it weights 20kgs i'll never know. This is one of the best if not the best Star Wars MOC i've ever seen. Well done.

A truly outstanding moc. I can't say more than that. Well done.
