Bariss was a part of the ROTS, and SW universe before the TV show. She was on felucia when order 66 hit.

I'm 1383 weird, 4 collectible minifigs are nearly the same as the ones coming in those sets

Sorry to revive a topic thats been gone this long, but rather thatn creating a whole new topic I wanted to put it here instead. What do people think about the battle of geonosis, and the battle of Naboo being listed in the classic section? The paragraph above that section reads: "Recreate the adventures that launched Star Wars™ into the stratosphere. With LEGO® Star Wars Classic, you can build intricately detailed fighters, enter the heart of the Death Star™, do battle with Darth Vader™ and more. Whether you’re an avid collector of classic Star Wars toys or you’re just getting started, our authentic buildable models and Star Wars minifigure action figures will bring the stories of Princess Leia™, Han Solo™ and Luke Skywalker™ to life." So what do you think OT fans? CW fans? is CW invading your OT only section? or are you Ok with it?

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
BrickArtist replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
My guess is they'll use the one they have, except fill the whole with plastic and print the T-visor on. That's what I'm hoping for. -
Injured luke is a perfect example of a figure that would come in the LSW visual dictionaries...... He could tell you but he'd have to kill block you.... I would imagine info comes from people who would like to remain anonymous, who if were exposed as the source would no longer be able provide info...

The part counts are a result of tons and tons of new figs. We have to choose between reasonable part-counts or awesome figs. I personally would prefer a little of both. That escape pod actually is accurate.

There's always brickforge pauldrons. I see what you mean TT, if you are willing to get some BF stuff, those might be a good solution
-
We should be getting that one soon, though. It was on vote for the 10th anniversary set, along with slave I, and the home one. That would be a nice set. My big wish is some phase 2 Commanders. What would really be amazing is if TLG scrapped the big CW eyes, replaced them with normal ones, and made the amour switch.

Hilarious! Great inter-theme comic! good job
-
"Brickdoctorean genius" along with some pomus sounding brickdoctorean self-promotion. Nice comics everyone! Lego-nater, yours are getting very funny!
-
Fantastic, wonderful job. Your goofy star-wars MOCs always make my day, great job.
-
Yeah, I would scrap those trans 1x1s... As for the MOC, fantastic job! looks so nice, smooth, and detailed. Will we see more DS Mocs from you?
-
Thats what meant by saying 'reintroduced', yeah Lego has only done ships with figs fo SW, I doubt it will change.
-
I always thought 'star destroyer' wasn't all that creative. Some names of OT are awesome, like the MF, but OT had the advantage of naming half their ships by the shape of their wing, and/or using an acronym (TIE fighter) I like some of the additions they have added to the SW universe, but I dislike it when they change stuff up. Can somebody clarify this disk set thing? What is it?

Fantastic, stunning broken glass, perfect detail, and a feel of action. Amazing!
-
Ouch...Come a long way, huh? And I mean a long way... The reason I am such an accuracy stickler, is you and brickdoctor. I probably never would've gotten into that perfectionist style of MOCing/critisizing otherwise.
-
Oky: Have you tried using the clip, faing from the inside so the outside is the clip, and that bendy clear piece? Then to cover up/ keep it from popping out, one of these with a white 3x1 inverting plate showing on the outside?
-
Thanks fallenangel Yet you will chuckle at the sight of V.1, when I go on my posting rampage (8 Mocs are done) and I'll unveil UT-AT V.2 along with the other 7. Anyways, sorry BlackKnight we're Kind of pounding you with criticisms/ and suggestions. I'm not sure if your goal it to as accurate as possible. If so I would consider going bigger, and incorporating more detail, only accomplish-able at a larger scale. This shows some some serious potential. That better be the lighting....
-
That depends on you method of attachment, strait on they're too wide. Those hands are just waiting to snap off, and fly across the room. It depends if Blackknight wants to use those techniques, or stick with conventional ones.
-
It's called a remake, It's to improve/reissue sets they feel need to be reintroduced, or improved. It won't happen with everything, only a couple sets. Lego has upped their standards, so I think they'll leave their recent designs untouched for a while.

I was just kiddin with ya!
-
You ruined the surprise! Yep, as BD said, I am considering doing a venator of that size.
-
A place to share a reasonable amount, of thought out, plausible ideas. It's becoming just every episode of TCW as a set. Pretty much, this thread has mentioned every, vehicle, scene, and location from TCW. There's no point in saying, if we repackaged this, we'd get this! Why would TLG repackage produced sets, together, in one set?
-
Very nice, a fine droideka indeed. At this point, all you can do is scale down, think of as replacements for currently attached pieces that would be smaller, and/or (preferably both) more accurate. Of the top of my head-CW commander pistols, instead of antennas. Stuff like that. Good luck on this, can't wait to see where you go with this. P.s.-I love the rolling technique, beautiful .

Yes the exact core would, I recommended that general design, yet making it a lot longer and slightly wider. The design on the interior of 8099 is a fantastic technique, I suggested making the entire thing bigger, while using the same method of attachment as 8099. This would only work if the designer were willing to enlarge their design. If I buy the midi-ISD, I'll show you what I'm talking about.
