If the figure on the left uses the face of Wuher, I'm not so sure it's suposed to be Rufus Scrimgeour. The face they use has a stubble, while Rufus Scringeour is clean shaven in all of his scenes

Just use the 2018 hairpiece from Dumbledore on the Michael Gambon version and there you go hahaha. But yeah, I did not count the younger versions of Dumbledore

I think, with the new sets, we have basicly every outfit he's ever been in
-
I'm pretty sure the torso and legs are a new print. The colour is also more of an orange than a dark red and I think I know which outfit this is. It's what he wears in quite some scenes in COS, which is fitting of course. (Also, this is the outfit in the Chamber of Secrets set)

No he was not from that bonus level, those were gold cards. He was a bronze card which you (together with the silver cards) collected in the story levels, different parts of Hogwarts or even trade with other students.

OMG! Did anyone here notice there is a Hengist of Woodcroft (founder of Hogsmeade village) reference inside the Three Broomsticks?! There is a portrait of him hanging right from the door on the inside. And they very clearly used the design of his chocolate frog card from the first two video games instead of the Universal park version. Absolutely LOVE that detail, especially because it's from the old games.

Yep, it was Monica. The outfit matches perfectly.

After seeing golden Ron, golden Harry is exactly as i expected, which is good :) And I really like getting all those hairpieces in gold. Would be great for things like statues.

That is indeed her flying lesson outfit instead of the quidditch match one and I love it. The hairpiece also works quite well I think and it’s the first time we're getting it in light grey :D

To me, the Hogsmeade set doesn't really seem to be an anniversary set. The Hogwarts sets really remind me of the PS and COS sets back in the days. As it looks like these are also stackable.

Too bad I've missed the pictures :(

Where did you find the picture with Dean Thomas?
-
Yeah I think they should do that as well. It could be very interesting if they did.
-
Hahaha probably not, because I have absolutely no idea how to do that. Yeah I realised that as well when I was finished. Probably had that image somewhere in the back of my mind while making this. But thanks anyway. Thank you! I really like the pink and yellow as well. I tried to pick some colours we haven't seen that much on the official buildings.

If I had one . But thanks

Hi everyone, I present to you my very first modular moc . For this little project I mainly focused on the outside as that is where most of the appeal of a modular building is (for me at least ). For the outside I wanted to try and make someting that you could see here in The Netherlands and my main inspirations where the buildings in Amsterdam. I did want the outside to be colourful tho, as to make it fit with the official modular sets. As the inside so small I didn't know what to with it for a long time. As an art gallery is mostly decorated on the walls, I thought it would fit well. Also because it's an art gallery, I wanted to make it look like the building has been expanded on the backside and thus make it feel more "modern". You can see the full album on my Flickr. Hope you all like it!

Castle Igniscia "The castle where the sun rises"

Thanks! I used a Nikon 50mm f/1.8 for the cinematic shots. Thank you so much. I indeed wanted to use some 'weird' pieces for the throne to make it a little more special. As for the lichting, I just used a simple single desk lamp and my tv for the background image. -

I still have to watch that series some time. Thanks! I like to do more photography like that for my lego creation. Also, what does the green star icon mean in the title of a post? -

Thanks! I like to make our characters as minifigs to use on the maps of our DM, cuz we don't have those small D&D figs. -

That is exactly what it's supposed to be -
Hi everyone, This is the first time I'm sharing a historic themed moc. I present you a very small part of Castle Igniscia "The castle where the sun rises". This is the throne room where many ceremonies are held. My friend made a Dungeons and Dragons campaign which this castle is part of. I asked him how he imagined the throne room and so I took some inspiration and started building. I think it came out realy well and I love the two extra cinematic photos above . And as an extra I also made minifig versions of our D&D party, the queen and the so called 'Hero' of Falenzia. (My character is the third from the left, with the potion bottle ) If you want to see the photos in more detail you can find my Flickr album here. I hope you all like it.

Oh that's a very good idea. Will do that as well

We have new minifigures here in the Netherlands and I got them today. I love them so much. It's hard to choose a favourite.
