  1. Yeah I'm hoping for this as well, but only because it would make room for the dungeons with the slytherin common room and potion class but also for the Chamber of Secrets. Maybe even a kitchen under the Great Hall with a house-elf. That last one would probably be too much, but I can definitely see the other 3 happen.
  2. I agree, nothing screams batman when you see the figure. You can't even see the bat symbol because of the helmet. They did a way better job with the spacesuit in the green Lantern set from a few years ago. If I didn't know better I would have thought it was just a random astronaut.
  3. How could I miss that xD. But he looks kinda bland without the goggles. Btw, does he has 2 different eye colors, blue and red, like those 3d glasses? Or is that just the shading playing tricks on me?
  4. They might be done with TLBM, but definitely not with Batman. Gaslight Batman isn't from the movie so his appearance wouldn't be influenced by it. But I don't expect him anywhere besides as a comic con exclusive. I wouldn't count on it. While a Batman Beyond suited figure has higher chances than ever to appear since he was actually in the movie, gaslight batman his chances are as good as zero. So pretty much the same reason why we won't see characters like Mad Hatter. There are also still plenty of suits to be made that appeared in the movie, suits that most likely never see the light of day since it was confirmed that only a few suits will appear in series 2.
  5. Tbh that would disappoint me. I rather have a variant to the 2010 set with more rooms and just a little bit bigger overall. In my opinion a castle that looks like the movies that's somewhat smaller, but complete is better than a big, overly detailed section that wouldn't even fit in with the other sets. It would only work if LEGO keeps giving us d2c sections to the castle every year, but only Star Wars is guaranteed to get at least 1 d2c set almost every year. Harry Potter, sadly, doesn't even come close to that level.
  6. I was wondering, 71043 is a cmf number right? Does that mean we will only get the d2c set and not an entire new wave? Because every d2c set that uses such a number only has a supporting cmf line (except for potc which had nothing, unless you count it as Disney) we've seen this happening with both the simpsons and Disney. But d2c sets that have both a supporting cmf line and a wave of regular sets use the number of the wave instead of a cmf number, like what happened with the Lego movie, ninjago movie and batman movie. This would mean the d2c set might be the only Magical World of Harry Potter set we'll get next to the rumored cmf series (they better make it really good), so sadly no entire wave of regular sets... It could also mean that the d2c number isn't even Harry Potter related, which kinda ruins the chances of a d2c HP/FB set happening, at least for 2018. I don't know which one is better/worse. But let's just hope I'm wrong about this.
  7. If this indeed turns out to be for the magical world of Harry Potter it's highly likely to be Hogwarts. They would be finally able to get the castle right (and include both books and movies). They better include all 4 houses and a (sizeable) potions classroom for a chance (besides the obvious great Hall, random classroom (which the last one didn't even have (not counting the extra bridge set), come on it's a school) and Dumbledore's office).
  8. Maleficent looks adorable .
  9. I'll have to disagree with you guys. The LEGO Group was going for a movie accurate figure and that's what we got (or will get). While I would love to see a Reggae hairpiece, it shouldn't take the spot of the Reggae batcowl. I know lego is all about creating your own things and being creative, and this piece will indeed be pretty much useless for any non batman setting (well perhaps a Jamaican nerd/cosplayer) but the same could be said for many other licensed pieces or even prints (not counting the ones that appear in countless sets). But isn't that were the licensed themes are all about? Most of us (probably mostly the kids) buy it to get a particular character or build. They'll buy it because it's batman and not because they might be able to use a hairpiece in their creations. If someone is really all about making their own creations, licensed themes might not be for them. Luckily their are still the unlicensed sets, although they might have to wait a long time to get a particular piece. I don't know about everyone else, but I can't wait to get my hands on this figure.
  10. In my opinion there is way too much Frozen and Cinderella stuff. Way too little love for Snow White, Mulan, Pocahontas and Princess and the Frog. Now Mulan finally gets a set, but it's just as small as the one Snow White got. And what's even worse is that she isn't even in the outfit most of us remember her in. Such a shame. And the new Cinderella and Frozen sets aren't even creative, just a rehash of what we already got. We got also many Little Mermaid sets but at least we get something new with every new set. I wouldn't even mind the Frozen and Cinderella sets if they gave us the villains for both movies and the mise for Cinderella, but no, just another castle and whatever the Frozen one is supposed to be. A real waste of sets.
  11. I wasn't sure if I could count them either, but Lego dimensions did so I just put them on the list. But for the open spot I would choose either Flim Flam (but does someone really want him?) or Hot Dog Water since they were both part of Mystery Inc. at one point in time. Although Angel Dynamite is also an interesting character... Too many to choose from
  12. Let's give it a go. I tried to include as many eras as possible and I think I succeeded. About 50% of them are good guys, just because there are many interesting characters in the shows. But we can call Red Herring a villain, he's our #1 suspect at least. 1. Scooby Doo in disguise (one of the female ones) 2. Shaggy in disguise (no particular one) 3. Emile Mondavarious with Scrappy-Doo 4. Fred (what's new Scooby-Doo outfit) 5. Daphne in swimsuit (because I want a fleshy swimsuit piece that isn't slave Leia) + daphne puppet 6. Velma in archeologist outfit with at least a non-glasses face and a new variant with glasses. 7. Witch Doctor 8. Redbeard's Ghost 9. Charlie the Funland Robot 10. Creeper 11. Crybaby Clown or Ghost Clown 12. Mr. E with Professor Pericles 13. Sheriff Bronson Stone 14. Mayor Fred Jones Sr. 15. Red Herring (as an adult) 16. Thorn 17. Dusk 18. Luna 19. Vincent Van Ghoul 20. Obliteratrix or Scooby Dum
  13. I only just noticed the extremely long cape on Nightwing. I love it.
  14. Called it! It's also by far my favorite section of the set. It includes 3 secret entrances to the batcave, how cool is that? I wonder if the set would be easy to rebuild, by the looks of it it isn't, but after seeing it I'm not sure if I want to change it. I also love the paintings. The only minor problem I have is the lack of a bedroom, or is the bathroom the bedroom? If so I'm missing a bathroom xD. Oh well, that will be easy to fix. It appears the jokerized inside takes a lot of inspiration from Jokerland, which I like. The build also fits really well next to Arkham. Can't wait to get my hands on it.
  15. I love those games. That room is as iconic to me as the great Hall in the movies. I can already see the battle between Harry and Draco happening.
  16. I would buy a regular Wayne Manor in a heartbeat and I would probably redesign a jokerized mansion back to a regular version. I just really want all the iconic Gotham sightings. Up till now we only got Arkham and the Batcave. I might also include an amusement park and the lazarus pit to that list since many version of them are present in different stories. We still need a GCPD building, Wayne Tower, the Iceberg Lounge and Wayne Manor which we only got a slight portion of in form of the 66 Batcave set. But a Jokerized version is still welcome. They could do something similar to the Lego Knights Kingdom Castle of Morcia set, in which you can adjust the building in just a few steps.
  17. From which set/minifigure are the red/yellow legs of the flash? They look amazing on him.
  18. Hey I just build the Two-Face double demolition set and I couldn't help but wonder what this variant will look like with the black/white Two-Face hairpiece. Has anyone tried this out yet and made a picture of it? I'm really curious.
  19. I love all the leaked figures so far. I can't wait for this wave. I wonder how Gentleman Ghost will turn out, especially since he's officially a Hawkman and Hawkgirl villain. He was shown with a little bit of hair underneath his tophat in the leaked catalog which is strange since he didn't had any hair in the movie.
  20. It has been posted on the previous page.
  21. All the more reason why the very few batsuits we'll get shouldn't be repeats.
  22. I think the animation is really nice. The transformation from hammer to stud shooter could have been a little smoother, but besides that it looks amazing. Keep up the good work!
  23. While I've nothing against an easy way to get promotional figures, I rather want them to stay exclusives instead of becoming CMFs. While it's a shame not everyone would be able to get those figures if they won't become CMFs, they would also take the spot of (in this case) 4 other figures which now no one would be able to get. Think about it, 4 new batsuits that everyone can get, or 8 new batsuits, 4 of which a bit harder to get your hands on (but still able to do so). I know what I would choose anyway.
  24. My minifigure pack came in today. They are truly amazing figures. The only disappointing things are the capes and the clutch power on wizbat but that doesn't bother me too much.
