  1. The thing with 12 figures for a licensed serie is also that we usually already lose at least 3 slots towards variants of the main trio, just to take HP for example. And realistically that might even be more considering there's also dumbledore and such. That might mean less then 6 new characters for a series. That sounds really disappointing. Oh? Never knew that. That's pretty interesting.
  2. Well I guess that new 12 figures a series rumor explains my half sized Harry Potter cmf 2 box. A real shame though. It's feeling kinda empty and ruins the surprise a little as there's way less (25%) surprises to get. I hope they won't cut it again after this.
  3. Bricklink is the only way I can think of. Maybe bricks and pieces but I'm not sure if it has non yellow faces. Personally I just buy random licensed cmf figures from other themes but that's not the cheapest route to go. Yeah now you mention it. Hadn't even noticed it. The entire existence of this box is a mystery to me altogether. And yet it is on my shelf xD
  4. Struggled too much with uploading the images so I put the into a Google docs document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kWNBqUubAsUPqwU6EOCWxsMUYjG-2SUXv4DmCm4L-IY/edit?usp=drivesdk Not ideal, but it works xD. As you can see the box is about half the size of a regular box.
  5. Sure, I can share it later today. Was really surprised about it myself xD.
  6. My Wallet the fifth just passed away. I wish I could say peacefully but I would be a liar. Either way the figures appear to be the following twenty-one: 1. Kardue'sai'malloc/labria = devil guy 2. Elis Helrot = next to devil guy 3. Dr Evazan 4. Ponda Baba 5. Kabe = the bat 6. Momaw Nadon = Hammerhead 7. Garindan = The spy with elephant face 8. Het Nkik? = Jawa 9. Wuher 10. Stormtrooper 11. Stormtrooper 12. Greedo 13. Han 14. Chewbacca 15. Luke 16. Obi Wan 17. C3po 18. R2D2 19. Bith 20. Bith 21. Bith Love the many random aliens, finally some live in the cantina. However I'm kinda missing Muftak and Wioslea. Muftak being the Talz partner in crime of Kabe. Muftak Kabe and Wiosla were the final characters I needed to complete my old Hasbro collection in Lego form. Oh well, I guess I just put Thi-Sen next to Kabe. And Wioslea was of course the one luke's landspeeder got sold to. Would've completed the scene imo. Still probably one of the best figure selections for Star Wars in years. Only Obi Wan and 3po are due for an update.
  7. I only just now noticed it also comes with a tail. That is gonna come in handy if I ever need to make a purified Tigger in case the real one dissapoints (if there even is one)
  8. Finally got my hands on the student accessory pack and a complete cmf series yesterday. Also got an empty box for display, but it was no regular cmf box but one half the size of one. Never seen that before, but it certainly makes a fine addition to my collection, actually like it better as it mixes stuff up and takes up less space. Also got the gwp polybag at Kruidvat for only 3 euro, so that was a nice surprise. And they seem to have plenty. Finally I found the Harry VS Draco box set with the pop up display card thingy. Was finally able to see the diagon alley on it and it's actually an illustration of the 2011 one, which was really weird to see with the new figures running around. I quite like it.
  9. True, but there were only four months between that and the avengers tower which came back shortly after the system tower. But I guess it's indeed unlikely.
  10. I'm still not sure if I should purchase the set already. Not too sold on the brickheadz. What are the chances of lego bringing back the micro diagon alley as a gwp like they did with the micro avengers tower last month?
  11. With the new BAM figures being revealed/leaked I can't help but wonder if they'll use the Cheetah hat piece for Tigger. The piece looks pretty accurate now that I've seen it on the tiger girl in the right colours. Add the scratchy tail piece and they're basically good to go. Not exactly what I hope for, but it now looks like a realistic possibility.
  12. I think I counted 9, maybe 10 as I'm not sure if "Harry's" box is part of the 9 I counted. Yeah I'll admit it, you were completely right. XD
  13. Wow. I love the second face on Lockhart, the figure is far better than I originally thought. Love the ways it can be displayed, looks way better back to back than expected. Way more wand boxes than I wished for. Just wow. Photographers face is also very useful. Still not completely sold on the choice to redo Ollivander and his new face, but it's okay. The extra Harry was a huge surprise. I think it's save to say that all my predictions toward this set have been wrong, and I'm glad they were as reality is far better (in your face Thanos ;p xD) Either way now I'm seriously considering buying the set right away. Anyway is the video already up where the actors build the set? I've seen the interview and them building the qr code but that's about it. Speaking of which, I haven't actually tried the code, but the ravenclaw one seems different from the others. It's maybe just missing pieces but it's curious.
  14. He's taller though, but not too tall as he's only a half giant.
  15. That baby Yoda build is actually really cute. Way better than Yoda.
  16. Yeah I have a similar experience with shop@home. I rather order anywhere else.
  17. Wait those aren't just the same voice clips from the movies? I should probably watch the trailer again, guess I was too hyped to notice. Thought they were doing the same thing lotr did. The new voices didn't bother me then at least, I guess xD.
  18. Not really. First of all the balloons on www are in the way to connect the two sides. Second of all, sure, both buildings are on a 16x32 baseplate (or something like that). However, a pretty big part of those 32 studs are used to create the knock turn alley entrance. Which would result into people looking at a gab leading to the inside of the daily prophet. Not to forget that the daily prophet is taller than the alley entrance. I really don't think that will look good at all. I think it's just that tall and wide to make both everything fit inside and make it look as accurate while doing so.
  19. They look great. I don't really buy non minifigure related sets, but in this case I might just make an exception to show Lego there's a market here. Besides they are great for display.
  20. I guess it's just been confirmed that Rogue One, Solo, Mandalorian and Bad Batch are dlc character packs, included within the deluxe edition. + there the pre order blue milk luke figure. Wonder what the two unconfirmed dlc character packs are. Hopefully Clone Wars and Rebels. Still, kinda hoped for dlc levels. Also, what about the pc version? Didn't see it between the consoles
  21. I'll probably put it right behind the knockturn alley entrance. That is until we either get a leaky cauldron or I build one myself, at which point it goes somewhere next to it. Or if Gringotts turns out to have another alley entrance next to it I will maybe even put it there. Either way the perfect set to finally display the tardis in something London. Isn't that only an issue when uploading straight from your own computer? I think most people just post the image first on an image sharing website
  22. Nah, I don't think so. They'll probably just reuse the old one. The big difference are probably the bat ears, but I don't think they can be done much thinner without them becoming fragile.
  23. I hope so. I mean it was announced in 2019. With all the delay it's having they might have decided to put more content in. Of course they could just have slapped it on the beginning of a new hope. It's a cool opening level and it would be a pretty sweet transition from 3 to 4. We'll see I guess. Also the blue milk Luke is very interesting now we've had this leak. Would be a fun little polybag for the game. (Rebel friend would've been the best though xD)
  24. The odd thing is the set numbers aren't the same as the ones from the leaked name list starting with 75 (which have since been reused for Harry Potter). But they are the same as the ones that Brickset used around April (basically the same, but starting with 76). So I wonder this. If they get cancelled and reuse the numbers for Harry Potter, why add new set numbers to them in the first place? They are similar but not the same. And this was way before the possible attention grabber on Instagram ran with it. So I assume the insta guy probably combined the two leaks. But that still doesn't explain the change in numbers. Am I missing something? Anyone knows what might have happened?
  25. It's gonna be inside the daily prophet for sure. They were on that sticker sheet and they make the most sense in there. I noticed the box inside had some tan tiles, could either be the daily prophet newspaper that's stored there or the stickers might even be used on some tiles (which would be great). But most likely they just hang on the wall of the office.
