  1. OMG I LOVE HER She reminds me of my friend's daughter, the year she wanted to be a bat for Halloween so I made her costume.
  2. Oh, that's VERY creepy. What Digger said, the turquoise and red together really pop.
  3. Oh look it's me!
  4. The colors really sell this one!
  5. LEGO isn't alone; hardly anyone ever portrays werewolves as female. (Two exceptions from fantasy literature: Discworld and the Dresden Files.) I assume it's because most people are made uneasy by the thought of a strong, violent, hairy woman. Nuts to them, I say! Equal rights for lycanthropes! Anyway, I love her! That ribcage accessory is just the right amount of grim!
  6. The FNAF influence shows in the teddy bear, obviously, but the minifig's expression is very reminiscent of the animatronic characters, with the droopy eyelid and the TEETH.
  7. I like the grayscale look. Is it because he's from an old black and white movie or does he just dress Like That?
  8. That one would be a chaser for sure, for the accessories if nothing else!
  9. D,GKAFKGAFJGKA,FGJNLKA,FGMNALF,GMA IT'S MY BOY FLATWOODS!!!!!!!!!
  10. I can see this still working if the pirate was so used to the pegleg that he just thought of it as his leg, and then his ghost reflects that self-image while his zombie reflects the physical reality.
  11. Very nice!
  12. I love her so much! Victoria Frankenstein!
  13. Ha! Here's one I definitely did not expect!
  14. Erik is one of my TOP PICKS for a literary minifig! What a great design! So dapper!
  15. I'm not and never have been, so.... Anyway, the Mutant Woman is adorable! I love her biohazard slushie!
  16. Not my favorite type of Halloween monster, but a classic!
  17. Oh, yessssssss, she is perfect!
  18. Sort of. The main difference, I think, is that the Ghost Riders are not portrayed as a threat to those they encounter. In the song "Ghost Riders in the Sky" (the first line of which I quoted in my last post above), the protagonist witnesses the Riders chasing down a herd of ghostly cattle, and it's implied he might be in danger of being trampled by the cattle, but the Riders just ignore him. Whereas the Wild Hunt consists of Odin/Herne/Oberon/etc. with his hunting party and dogs, and if you cross their path they might well decide to hunt you.
  19. An old cowpoke went riding out one dark and windy day...
  20. How they gonna snap with those clip hands? What a cute idea! I love the detail in Grandmama's hair!
  21. Oh, I LIKE him! A Haunted Old West theme would be great for an entire line of sets!
  22. I've never seen the movie, but she's cute!
  23. Delightful! The black rats are a nice touch too.
  24. I have a confession to make. The other day I was all set to dash out a Halloween-themed minifig series for this thread when I remembered that this was happening. So I opted not to step on your toes, Robert. Sure enough, the Igor-archetype would have been there!
  25. We are off to a great start!
