I would certainly love a new Batman theme but I am not 100% certain what they can do with it. Maybe remake the 2012 first Super Heroes wave? That wave was mostly a remake from the 2006 sets and given that these new sets would come out in late 2018/early 2019 time wise it would fit. Getting a new Two-Face Batmobile set and new Catwoman chase set for example would also make sense given their designs from the game. I guess we'll have to be patient and wait what Lego has got in store for us.

I suppose a big thing is knowing the lore behind the figure. For example we've gotten a ton of different Batman figures but each version represents a different era of his character through the years. That is the appeal of these variations; we have gotten a classic comic book Vulture and now we are getting the Ultimate Universe Vulture which while being the same character has a totally different story attached to him.

Personally I am hoping for some new characters from the DC villains game. Some of the designs are an exact match for the print style Lego is currently using (thus a bit simplified and no arm/leg printing) these include; Two-Face, Catwoman and the Riddler. Especially a new Two-Face figure is long overdue.

Wow, that sounds very good. Is this the only remaining DC set for 2019 or will there be another?

Honestly I really like these figures a lot. I completely understand that a lot of people are disappointed that there are no new villains especially given that some unique ones are currently missing but I really like that they gave us the classic suits in a previous wave and that in this wave we'll be getting the same characters in their modern costumes.

Very nice work on both vehicles. The AAT is truly a masterpiece and so much better then what Lego has given us in the past. I love that you even managed to find the space to fit an interior that can hold several droids. The DDT is equally impressive. I especially like how the turret came out so it definitely was worth the trouble. Do you have plans for creating these in physical form because I'd love to see that.

No, that rumor got started somewhere by someone and people just went with it probably because so many would love it to be true (myself included) but we never got any confirmation/leaks even hinting at something like this coming along.

The orange is because it is his Ultimate variation, that one also has orange.

Honestly a few people getting excited on a forum will not damage Lego in any way.

This carnage is definitely based on the Ultimate version rather than the classic version which the previous figure was based on. Seems like this new wave will be more Ultimate Universe based so Ultimate Green Goblin, Vulture etc.

I believe the figure is dark blue the bad lighting just makes it hard to tell.

To me the other torso looks like the Vulture.

That piece does not exist in physical form yet.

I understand but the question was IF there are going to be any MM's next year not what MM's are we getting next year. I know the difference is subtle but for all we know there won't even be any MM's next year and someone that does not follow this thread actively can get easily misled and take the answer as confirmation that there will be MM's. I really don't want to be mean or anything just trying to prevent confusion/misinformation as that will only lead to disappointment.

I know that you are relatively new here so it is an easy mistake to make but talk like this will only cause confusion. The only correct answer to the question of there being MM's next year is that we currently do not know. So lets wait until we have confirmation that there will be MM's before we start speculating as to what characters they might contain.
