[WIP] Mini 42070
Jurss replied to Jurss's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I think I found a solution for steering It will have limited steering agle, as it needs to cope also with crankshaft and some other things. Anyway, as I still not figured out how to connect engine crankshaft axle to differential, everything still can change. -
[MOC] Rába 250 Tractor
Jurss replied to kodlovag's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I like it, especially because of someow minimalistic (just necessary) body, just like it should be for technic set. Also functionality is just enough for good MOC. -

What's the point to name ir Control+? used electronics won't change the real output, I suppose, but will limit contestant count for shure. -

Trying to fit steering This is some 3 attempt. Then ai realised, that somewhere there should be crankshaft for fake engine, so that engine is not too high. Some view from bottom -

Yea, but because of all differentials original was not usable on offrod at all. So, I'm trying to correct this mistake :) -

Technic 2021 Set Discussion

Maybe, as they recently showd that big one built from bricks. -
Was thinking what to do with small tractor tyres (OK, I started some time agos also mini xerion, but still can't find best solution), and then this started Most probably, it will be fully manual. At the moment suspension has the same setup as on orginal - front fixed, rear axles are swinging. No differentials on axles, maybe there will be that middle differential, if will find really space for it, as front axle is really close to it. With differentionals on axles there would be bad clearence. Cabin won't be in that specific blues color, as I don't have panels in that color. Hasn't desided yet which color I will use.

Sliding Gear PRND Gearbox

Gearbox pretty compact, but again, everything ruined then by switching mechanism, which will need lot of space. -

Just think, which lenght more fits in Your moc, also, steering speed will depend on that steering lever lenght which conects to wheel hub. Of course, it will affect also precision of steering.- 5,507 replies
