Wow, this is really great! Love the mixing of the two themes. The design of the ship still feels very Star Destroyer-like, and the TIE-wings are an excellent touch! Regards, Mitch

Huh, still a lot of love for the Republic Gunship, apparently! Personally I'm very happy with the system scale version that came out six or seven years ago and I have no more room for any UCS's, so I voted the Nebulon B Frigate, figuring that's what most of the LSW fans would like. In addition, I chose a Nien Nunb figure for that same reason. It's fantastic to see LEGO letting us vote like this. Let's hope they will do it more often! Regards, Mitch -

Black Widow looks good, too bad she doesn't have the white suit, though. Yelena will have it, but that's with a green vest, so.. Anyhoo, can't say much about Taskmaster yet. His face is concealed by the hood (so, technically; job well done ) but the lower half looks interesting so far. Torso and legs look kinda... bright? Not at all fitting with the black hood anyway. Well, here's hoping their accessories are good Regards, Mitch -
Marvel Superheroes 2020 - Rumors & Discussion
CF Mitch replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
If I understand correctly, this was confirmed in the usual place a few hours ago by a reputable informant (not sure if it's okay to mention names, or if they'd themselves would want that) According to said informant the Yelena figure will have a new torso, representing Natasha's green. jacket. So that's not a reuse of the torso from the IW sets at least Regards, Mitch EDIT: Oh, and apparently her legs will be printed -

Haha, yeah that'd be very cool! I'd like some of those guard droids as well (the walking ones) Regards, Mitch -
Yay, another great episode! I loved the unexpected little plot twists, regarding what the group really planned with him and how he got his payback. Especially the last one, at the space station The new droids (the walking kind) were a cool little addition, they kinda reminded me of the Old Republic's HK droids. The OT-reference was also a really nice surprise! Regards, Mitch

Me too, regarding favoring the figures over the builds in general, the past years. However, the Avengers Truck does look rather cool to me. Too bad LEGO didn't make it a S.H.I.E.L.D. truck though, that would've made a bit more sense to me. Maybe I'll try to get a stickersheet with some S.H.I.E.L.D. logos from BL and change that Regards, Mitch -
Good question. I never really wanted to have a lot of, or big, armies to display. For me it's primarily the Clone Troopers (phase 1 and 2) and the Imperial Stormtroopers, Sandtroopers & Snowtroopers. Of all versions I took the styles I thought are most accurate, which for the clones are the most recent ones and the stormtroopers the kind that was first released (I believe) with the Star Destroyer in 2014. Those are the ones that are actually displayed in formation, pretty much. I still own and display older versions of stormtroopers, but they're more spread out, like battle scenes and such. And maybe a bit less in sight Hope I've answered your question the way you intended! Regards, Mitch

It's been a long while since I've seen Frozen, but this immediately brings back memories. It's a very impressive little build, everything is instantly recognizable to me, great job! I especially love Arendelle Castle, very well done Regards, Mitch

So far it seems they're called 'Mandalorian Warriors', so generic naming. But that's only confirmed for one character, though I kind of assume it will be the case for all four. Regards, Mitch -

Hot damn, that is one terrific battlepack! Definitely not directly related to the show, but great nonetheless. It's nice to see these colorful, slightly damaged variants like this. I love that little hover scooter as well Regards, Mitch -

Interesting news about the formation of the Mandalorian Battlepack. Guess we'll have to wait for actual pictures to get a proper idea about it. About the Ninth Sister, I suppose you're all right (those who replied), it was a bit of a stretch. Would be cool to get a TIE Reaper in her style, though Regards, Mitch -

Ooh! Why didn't I think of that.. Very nice! Also, the possibility of chrome pieces for a minifig sounds intruiging as well About the possibility of Fallen Order sets, how probable do you guys think a big figure Ninth Sister will be? Just curious... Regards, Mitch -

Couldn't agree more, haha. I think Purge Trooper are the likeliest additions to an SWJ:FO set, aside from Cal & BD-1 of course. BD probably being a brick-built thingy, but still. I guess it all depends on how big the set will be. Personally, the Mantis isn't a must-have for me, but I can't think of anything else for a good build. And, generally speaking, the Mantis does makes sense a lot of course. If the set is 'that' big, Second Sister is definitely probable as well. Oh, God. I just thought of something. But it's probably wishful thinking a Bracca-inspired set with a piece of Venator wreckage Regards, Mitch -

Good point, regarding The Child. Knew it was too much to hope Regards, Mitch -
Is it necessary to put actual plot things in spoiler tags? 'cause it already warns about spoilers in the topic title? Anyway, all in all this is an excellent series so far. I love seeing more of the Mandalorian culture, such as the actual forging of armor and such Can't wait for the next one! Which would be next friday, yes? Regards, Mitch

Cool, they based Thanos on me (I have four fingers on my right hand as well ) . I find the new sets interesting. The Iron Man and Thanos Mech aren't that bad, really, it's just they have small heads in comparison. The Spidey sets are nicely done, if you ask me, but I never really get what the heck Spider-Man needs all those vehicles or mechs for. He can swing, people Also, it seems a lot of banks are being robbed by Spidey villains Regards, Mitch -

Nice to finally pictures of the 202o sets, including better ones of those already revealed! They all seem very great, though I have little personal interest in most I am thinking about getting the Skyhopper vs. Bantha Microfighters, that Bantha looks rather cute. The Mustafar duel is a pleasant surprise. It's larger than the Starkiller Duel set, and the figures are fantastic! Definitely still want Obi-Wan's Hut, in spite of it's relatively high price. But it's always nice to have a building like this, and his has such great features/elements in it Regards, Mitch -

There's another set of pictures out of all the CMF's, and on Flash's, the helmet seems to be more... pearl grey? I can't say for sure. It looks shinier than LBG but less shiny than metallic silver However, the jacket outline does seem more defined than in previous pictures Nice to see Ms. Vale is included in the D2C! A very lovely surprise! Regards, Mitch -

There's a new, clearer picture of Jay Garrick up (at least, it's new to me). It looks a lot better now, actually. You can see a very subtle outline of a jacket, instead of a plain red torso, so that's nice. The legs are pretty good too, and that helmet is definitely a win, albeit perhaps a tad oversized. To be completely honest, the only thing I find weird about the AIM soldier is the fact that his head is yellow, it really doesn't make it feel a Marvel fig at all. And I can't find any pictures of any AIM soldier that shows yellow arms and head with yellow visor... Maybe I'm not looking in the right place, but still Guess at least the arms are easy enough to MOC, though. Regards, Mitch -

Rebirth Superman looks great! Not at all a fan of the suit design in general but the minifig itself is really cool. The muscle printing is a very nice touch and Supes' eyes are nicely done as well. I'm still not sure what to think of Jay Garrick, perhaps when there's a better picture out. Right now he seems really plain, which I get because so was his original design of course, but, meh... I don't really care for Bat-Mite and Joker, but overall they seem like nice minifigures too. Regards, Mitch
