  1. I have already seen the image and parts list but it does not help me. Thats why I asked the question?
  2. Love the colour. Reminds me of ASB Bank's in New Zealand who use bright yellow as their corporate colour.
  3. Does anyone have instructions or LDD file for the ice cream cone. Thanks.
  4. I used 4 trucks. 2 for the mast sections (1 already raised by the crane) 1 for the turbine and 1 for the blades. I doubled the mast height to make them more realistic.
  5. A major toy store chain in New Zealand sells the large sets. I bought 3 Grand Emporioums, a Hotel and a Fire Brigade from them. This year they will have: 10214 Tower Bridge October $NZ 399.99 10216 Winter Village Bakery October $NZ 99.99 10218 Pet Shop August $NZ 299.99 plus other exclusives.
  6. I really like this set. Picked up 6 from KMart in New Zealand for $80 each when they first came out. Bought extra tower pieces on BrinkLink to double the height. Motorised 2 so far with red micromotors and train controllers to get a slow spin speed.
  7. Maybe characters in the second Adventures of Clutch Powers movie

  18. New Zealand has it. I bought mine about a month ago.
  19. Welcome from another Kiwi. You will enjoy it here. A friendly and helpful forum. LEGO is addictive, I started over 25 years ago when my children were infants, now they are working adults. Started as a collector (link) but now also MOC [build My Own Creations](link) and do public displays .
  20. I love the Cars movie and will be getting all the Cars sets except the Ultimate Build one. On closer inspection of the Mack photo I can see that the trailer is 7 studs wide.
  21. Found in Huw's news archive: London Toy Fair report: Start saving! New set news Posted by Huw, Jan 27 2011 11:42AM •Alien Conquest looked aboslutely superb. It features aliens and humans and abduction/autopsy seems to be the main theme. The aliens, of which I counted something like 4 variants, have lime green heads and look great. The humans have legs/torsoes made with a new shade of blue. One set featured an archetypal circular UFO with light underneath and a very clever mechanism to abduct any humans it swoops down on. I could tell Mark Stafford had designed some of these: his trademark style was evident all over :-)

  24. I wash my hands often while building to stop oil and fingerprints getting on the bricks (especially the black bricks). Also very fussy about sticker placement, can take ages to get them in the right position, nice and square.
  25. Moore Wilsons have 7 Toy Story trains at the above mentioned price
