    I'm pretty sure that's just a doofy picture with odd shadowing. The "holes" are just weirdly reflected edges of the second tentacles back. I think.

    If you like a polybag figure enough to open it, then odds are you will not be selling it anytime soon, and don't need the bag. I have quite a few random superhero polybags that I don't need in my collection, so I just keep them sealed until I can sell them for a good chunk of money, hopefully. All the opened polybags are now bagless.
