Why? Because the people who put on the contest are the people who determine who qualifies for entry. They are also the people who supply the awesome generous prizes. If they want to disqualify someone, they will in their own time. Speaking out is not necessary in this situation. Like you, I think rules are in place for a reason and should be adhered to, but unlike you, I don't feel the need to point out other's trespasses. Oh boy! Everyone, let's revolt! My guess is that the minifigure series and sets will include most of the Batman variants. Just enough to make collectors go crazy about the fact that they didn't release all of them.

It might be too early. It might not. I'm inclined to think it's not, as Just2Good basically confirmed it in another thread. There's not much to talk about here besides useless speculation though. So, if the moderators don't want another thread like the Disney thread, then it's probably too early. I don't care one way or the other. I'm just responding as a source of procrastination from my responsibilities, at present. When there's more info I might have more to say.

I've recently been getting into the DC film universe fandom, and I really liked Batman Meets Superman.

Amen to this. I have been working a bit on a project, but there have been so many rule-changes, complaints and petty accusations about stuff that I think I might just not play this game at all. I don't want to subject myself to that! This is supposed to be fun (I thought).

I would not be surprised if next year was completely licensed stuff. Being like so: LEGO Batman Movie Disney 2 Ninjago Movie I've had a feeling for a while that series 17 might be a series filled with one of each of the figures from series 1-16. With a year-long gap, that would seem even more likely. Pure speculation, of course. I'm inclined to believe Just2Good's information, but it's still quite a ways away from now. So who knows?

I, for one, am cool with the ten model rule. If that's what the rule originally was, I see no reason for it to be changed.

Knowing me, I'm probably on the wrong website entirely at this point.
