Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
Unijob replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
Guess I'll have to resort to Bricklink if I want to purchase the new Darth Vader helmet piece. -
I must thank every Eurobricks member who voted - this was indeed a fun contest. I must also congratulate everyone who participated, you all did well! I've witnessed lots of talent in these builds, and the only thing left for me to say is: keep on building! It's always such a great feeling to come up with a Lego creation, isn't it? Let's hope we can all have fun again in the next contest. Cheers!

Two blind bags, same minifig, same bump code, same serial code.
-
Joachim Loew (the coach) is the easiest one to find (and the most sought one, if I might add) - he's the only minifig without a ball. Once you feel the 2x2 tile you'll know you have a Joachim in your hands.
-
These bump codes are kinda useless - Each batch has a different set of bump codes. That's what I believe, at least. Just bought two blind bags at Müller (the store had a ton of those blind bags in stock) and they had completely different bump codes.
-
I just hope they don't run out of minifigs before the 14th. Considering there are so many people selling complete boxes before the official launch date, it might be a legitimate concern. I just want to snag a Joachim Löw for a reasonable price.

I was happy that I finally found the code for the black cat from the CMF Witch (it's 22378), until I realized it's out of stock! Many pieces are out of stock, in fact. I have the impression the service seldom restocks. It feels bad that I found out about this service so late.

This is a very interesting topic to me, as I happen to own many torsos with little cracks on the side, and now I'm starting to believe some arm removals might have been the culprits. Is there any fool-proof way of removing arms, leaving no cracks at all? For some reason this sounds like it would apply a lot of stress in the torso somehow. Is it the best arm removal procedure?

Entry # 16: The Micro Classics Overview: Popular Lego characters from the 80s and 90s are back in this theme heavily inspired by the new MicroFighters and Mighty Micros themes. Just like Mighty Micros, each set would include two (deformed) vehicles with one (short) driver each. I made sure each vehicle would suit each character's own theme and personality. All vehicles draw inspiration from an actual classic set one way or another. Set 1: Red Astronaut VS Commander Cold Now that the researchers from Ice Planet have mastered the ultimate popsicle recipe, spacefarers across the galaxy can't have enough of the stuff. Races to the nearest ice scream parlor are slowly becoming a new sport! Loosely based on: 487 Space Cruiser & 6814 Ice Tunnelator Set 2: Johnny Thunder VS King Kahuka As soon as King Kahuka saw Johnny Thunder exploring the jungles nearby, he knew he had to hurry - He forgot to lock the door of his ancestor's Temple, which is full of treasure... and he forgot where he put the keys, too! Here's Johnny! But with a shovel this time. Loosely based on: 5918 Scorpion Tracker I had to include the front and back views for these, as I thought some of the details were pretty nifty. King Kahuka can't leave his house without his portable sacred scary stone statue! Loosely based on: 6262 King Kahuka's Throne Set 3: Captain Brickbeard VS Basil the Bat Lord Finally, Captain Brickbeard has found the location of the Fright Knights' lost treasure cache. But be careful, Captain! The Bat Lord never sleeps... during the night, at least. Loosely based on: 6285 Black Seas Barracuda & 2539 Batwing Flyer. Also, the boats from Spongebob. Unintentionally. Final Notes And that's all for now! I had a lot of fun building these. I intend to publish them soon on my Flickr account along with other renders. Also, you can download the LDD file of this project here.

I'm a bit confused about the image dimensions. The rules say "Max resolution of images is 1024x768 or equivalent", does this mean my images can be 1600x1200 pixels since that's the same proportion? I also couldn't help but notice that some contestants have been posting pictures with different resolutions/dimensions, so now I'm not really sure of what to do.

Disney Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Discussion

I'm guessing these aren't available in Europe yet, right?- 4,155 replies

Any clue on when Bricks & Pieces usually restocks? Does it restock at all? I have a feeling the new Vader's helmet won't be back on stock but I've love to be proven otherwise.

Sorry to bump this one year later, but I could really use some help. I'm working on a big project, and it would be really handy to know what a moustache + Dr. Octopus head combo would look like. Would the moustache cover the glasses or would it fit like a glove?I would try it myself if I could, but those old heads are quite expensive... I'd rather know how the combo looks like before buying one of those.Any help would be appreciated. Here, have another one for the collection:

Oh, I'd love some spare codes... Unfortunately I have nothing to give in return (yet at least), I still can't find Series 13 for sale around here... looking forward to play as Hot Dog Guy the most (don't ask, it feels like I was destined to control a walking hot dog in a videogame ) Thanks in advance! It's really cool how some people are nice enough to give away their codes.

Lego Baseplate Price increasing.
Unijob replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Can anyone explain why baseplates have been... so "expensive"? At least to me, I always found them to be too pricey for what they are. -
If I could find Series 13 Minifigs for sale around here, I'd definitely bought a ton of them for myself this Christmas

There's something fascinating about those stairs, I must say.

LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham (Video Game Discussion)
Unijob replied to The Joker1's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
I've heard Lego Batman 3 isn't open world, unlike Lego Batman 2. Is it true? I heard something about each chapter being connected through a hub or something like that. I had a lot of fun in Lego Batman 2 exploring and fooling around in Gotham City, kinda similar to Lego Lord of Rings.
