  1. Sonic sets have been revealed/leaked, seems we have a new type of figure for Dr Robotnik. Wonder what this will mean if we end up getting a Thanos or Hulk anytime soon. CMF's generally are a more limited released, so chances are that they'll let it happen. It depends how accurate to the MCU version this Kang is, if it's his blue mask version then he may not look close enough to Jonathan Majors for them to remove him. I'd just have incursions as the main threat of Avengers 5, some of the OG cast start to get disappeared due to Incursions so a new team of Avengers form to try and discover what's happening and how to stop it, eventually failing with a few surviving via methods such as the room that stored the book of Vishanti . Avengers 6 can still be Secret Wars/Battleworld, you'd just have the focus shift to the currently established villains such as the Masters Of Evil trying to reshape the multiverse in their image and then have the primary threat of Avengers 7 be the Beyonder, Galactus, etc... so you can have a fan service style team-up between everyone for the fate of everything.
  2. The rumour was that it was an extension to the Endgame Final Battle set focused around the female heroes with a new version of Thanos, but I'm skeptical on that. Honestly, news has been lacking lately. Probably a recast, but I could also see them side stepping the Kang plotline and just never mentioning him again given Ant-Man 3 failed to resonate financially, critically or with audiences in general. They can probably rework Loki S2 to have Loki stop Kang somehow to tie up that plotline. I think if GotG3 underperforms we could see massive changes to the slate.
  3. Believe it is, yes. True, if you enjoy it good on you I mean it got the helmet print, torso and leg print which is something. Could honestly have been a recycle again.
  4. It's possible that certain aspects of the Marvel theme have different levels of security? The Shield, Spider-man Art set and Avengers Tower are likely being worked on by different groups within Lego. In terms of the information on the slate Updated List: Promobricks generally prioritize quality and relay information via text, only relaying information once they are certain. They don't tend to provide images much. I am also hopeful that we get visuals soon, but in terms of info we know virtually everything about the numbers we are aware of except for two or three sets. Official reveals are normally the first week of May though, so not long to wait :3 As far as I've heard, that was the reason why the leak occured and was so large because it was retaliation for them being fired for potentially unrelated reasons. Not the biggest fan of that set, but I do think a concept of say a New York Battlefield with the core Avengers or perhaps a collection of vignette style builds latched together would work well. At some stage they need to revisit Iron Man and do the Mansion or his armour room.
  5. Not remotely, you are simply asking for leaks from later in the year that we don't normally get until June/July anyway other than the rarest of exceptions. Lego just fired someone who went on a leak rampage, they are probably cracking down and implimenting new security measures. Look at the release dates of what you are asking for and then remember we are only in April: NWH: August Unknown $100 set: August CMF: September Marvels: Probably October/November The change to the NWH set means also that details may not be finalized. The only confusing thing is the lack of us seeing the mid year July sets, but that can be explained by nobody wanting to risk their position over something like Venomized Groot, Buildable Figures,etc... as a I mentioned.
  6. A rumour is floating around Instagram that it's another Avengers Endgame Final Battle set, this time based on the female team-up scene. Personally I'd hope it's a legacy set based on Avengers 2012, perhaps the Leviathan with Hawkeye, Bruce, Hulk and a Chitauri. Nobody be risking getting fired for Venomized Groot, buildable figures, etc...
  7. I would'nt say the entire year, just what we've had so far has been underwhelming, a disappointment mostly in the sense that nothing has really grabbed me. I would'nt necessarily say any have been particularly horrendous other in concept or execution, they just don't engage me or motivate me to get them. I've shifted primarily to desiring comic sets and legacy films along with phase 1-3 sets at this stage so it's been a bit limited in what it's offered this year other than Morbius and some of the figures parts from the Quinjet, already have Ghost Rider from the past. Most the stuff I'm looking forward to is in the second half of the year such as the NWH set for Andrew/Tobey/Ock updates and the Avengers Tower depending how its handled. I'm expecting we'll get at least one more legacy set this year, hopefully the other $99.99 set, as we have something from Avengers, something from Avengers Age Of Ultron and something from Avengers Infinity War... that leaves Endgame OR something that includes Hulk and Hawkeye to fill out the Avengers roster from 2012's Avengers. Unsure the general consensus. I think people are just a bit split at the moment though. Seems to be some discontent going around regarding the handling of the MCU along with if or how its getting adapted into sets and some questions regarding choices made in terms of what sets we are getting. Maybe sentiment will improve with the CMF and potential introduction of comic character sets again that the X-Men CMF and eventually X-Men Mansion could bring about.
  8. I mean, it's a welcome disappointment to an extent, at least speaking personally. Managed to spend a lot of time just organising the Lego I have while also saving up for more things down the line. With the franchise basically going down in flames, I can at least have time to save up for legacy sets such as the NWH set as long as the figures deliver. I may go Avengers Tower if it's handled exceptionally well as a centerpiece and display for my MCU figures.
  9. For me it's getting the missing official movie figure for Andrew's films. We already technically had Rhino and Blue Electro via a comic-inspired set and the only other one we are missing is Green Goblin from TASM2. I would'nt mind a Lizard set to be fair based on his short lab attack - would also give us the lab where the three Peters spent the most time interacting. I think if we get Lizard he'd be a normal minifigure with one of the Avatar tails recoloured. I cannot see Lego going into new moulds or anything for him. 76222 has been delayed since last year, so it won't be a NWH set and it's probably DC. As such we have three chances for an additional NWH set based on the set numbers we are aware of: 76246: ? - Unknown release 76263: ? (4+, 66 pcs) Brickset - August release 76266: $99.99 (10+,794pcs) Brickset - August release Personally out of those I think 76246 & 76263 have the most potential, as I cannot see us getting two $99.99 NWH sets in August. I'd lean to 76266 being another legacy set or buildable aspect given we're getting Cap's shield had Thor's Hammer so I'd imagine it being Iron Man's Arc Reactor. I can see someone displaying those three items together.
  10. That's a bit of an off, but to be fair I really did not need another MJ, Ned, Doctor Strange... especially if they were all repeats. It does make the price less appealing. I guess Sandman being brick-built is helpful, Lizard being missing is still a massive oof. It'll still be worth it if the figures are detailed enough and the set is designed well, but otherwise will hope for a discount - unless Lizard randomly is included.
  11. Shame about the timing though as they may wind up recasting or scrapping him as a character now and Ant-Man 3 kinda damaged my interest in an MCU Kang so I don't particularly find the character cool or desire getting a figure of him... If the figure is awesome, then I may end up getting it but I'm sure if Kang does stick around we'll have other updates of him over time.
  12. Seen a user making some claims about Avengers Tower. Normally I'd let that slide as we've just had info on that and it could be people latching onto the hype train, but interestingly enough they have claims about the Captain Marvel 2 set also and nobody has really cared enough about that set to want to leak info about it so that is intriguing. The leaker claims that the set will feature only four figures, those being Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeua, Ms. Marvel and Yan D'Aladna. I still can't see that being enough to justify the price if it were to happen even if all four of them were fully printed new figures.
  13. Big Fig curse seems broken as we'll apparently be getting a big fig Dr Eggman with the Sonic sets, perhaps that means a new Hulk will follow soon. Interested to see what changes have occured with the big figs since the last we had was Thanos with the moving head, wonder if that has stuck around. Wonder if they'd even include a bigfig in the Avengers Tower set, hopefully we get a lot of figures but a new Ultron is pretty hype, probably his first appearance again, can they even top the first design? Maybe they'll give us Quicksilver as it's been a while since we've seen him. CMF does not interest me too much and prefer Stark Tower to Avengers Tower, but perhaps when I see it it'll be worth getting. Given Stark Tower is visually different perhaps we'll see a Stark Tower for the 20th anniversary in 2028, if they remember the anniversary this time. Update: 71039 CMF figure list linked 76250 labelled as Wolverine's Helmet 76263 & 76266 added to Brickset, linked 76269 labelled as Avengers Tower Updated List: Kinda? We had fake leaks detailing what the sets were supposed to be yesterday, but now FluffySky6 is claiming the sets feature minifigures of Sonic & Tails along with a Big Fig Doctor Eggman using a new mould
  14. I must admit that some of the April Fool's stuff has got me wanting more older legacy sets such as legacy Raimi Spider-man sets. I really hope that if the MCU does get pushed back or delayed due to all the things going wrong that Lego will explore more of the older stuff or even go into the comics inspired stuff. The Hulkbuster I've at least seen people buying for the sake of modifying or generally for the pieces. It's a substantial and impressive set even if it's not particularly priced well, visually accurate, etc... I think it'll go on discounts near the end of its life span but I'm not sure how far it'll drop. On Ebay I've generally seen it going for around 30% off RRP and I managed to pick it up cheaper for the sake of attempting a modification. Speaking of which, if you've been following @Ransom Fern his Hulkbuster is looking pretty impressive. I think anyone considering getting the official set may want to look into his design at least when we get more images and consider modifying it. I'm personally attempting to figure out advanced articulation and been ordering parts but it is a long term project of mine that I doubt will be completed anytime soon.
  15. Yeah, it's pretty much just the two buildable figures, Venomized Groot and the Captain America & Black Widow bike chase for June. I'm guessing leakers are not particularly invested in risking their job sharing images of these Will probably be doing a bigger update in April when we'll hopefully have more information on some of the sets, though at the moment we've not got anything to really update on. Small update: 76252 has been removed as that is apparently the Batcave (releasing June 5th) Added the Visual Dictionary to the list Updated List: Effectively no, at the moment we've not really had any new rumours/leaks for Marvel for a while. They clarified that the D2C speculation regarding it being Avengers Tower is just speculation at this time - however in the video creators personal opinion they believe Lego would'nt miss out on doing an Avengers Tower in the next few years citing that rumours and speculation exist for a reason (likely referring to that rumours/speculation demonstrate a level of interest meaning Lego would be silly not to capitalize on it) Generally people intend to be covering updates in early April for most themes, but it's been fairly silent on the Lego Marvel front.
  16. Normally the most logical option would be a recast, but considering he's playing seemingly all the variants of himself and his next appearance is Loki S2... we'd probably get a lot of delays at minimum. I think most the MCU is going to be pushed back, delayed or cancelled after GotG3 has released.
  17. Instagram might be limiting posts again on Legoleaks, going to make it tricky to find Summer leaks. This is likely to avoid flooding the market with competing Marvel sets and potentially push people to getting the sets prior to Winter. Also Rocket is the character most people would probably expect not to return in the future and that set also features the Baby Rocket mould/print that they'll probably want to clear out stock of. Perhaps anticipating a baby Yoda situation where that set is insanely popular.
  18. I feel the set debate on the Captain Marvel 2 set is intriguing, partially because I don't think many will be picking it up regardless, though I guess it's speculation that comes mostly from Lego's worrisome habit of price rises. I could honestly see a situation with 3 figures, 429 pieces and a $89.99 price tag. Due to delays of the film this set will have been through multiple price rises of Lego before it's release and presumably been costly for Lego as these delays would mean a lot of chaos behind the scenes as I'm sure they had the set ready to go at multiple points. I still think a buildable Flerkin would sell better than speculated ideas of the main characters and a spaceship, a cat-like being would appeal to a wider audience. At the moment the unknown sets are the following: AUGUST: 76263: ? (4+, 66 pcs) AUGUST: 76266: $99.99 (10+,794pcs) NOVEMBER: 76269: ? ($524.99, 5261pcs) UNKNOWN: 76222: (Likely DC due to delays) UNKNOWN: 76246: ? (?,?) UNKNOWN: 76250: $69.99 (18+, Helmet?) Personally my guesses are, in order: Spidey and His Amazing Friends set Legacy Marvel set (Avengers Inspired, hopefully featuring Hulk, Hawkeye, Nick Fury, etc...) Avengers Tower (AoU inspired) DC Set Additional NWH set (Not expecting Lizard, probably just Doc Ock Vs Spider-man bridge battle) Spider-man Bust I doubt that honestly, they've given quite a few sets to the Guardians and it feels like early concept art potentially from a while ago given the group all having the same costumes and some of the innaccuracies with the spaceship design. The film has been delayed many times so it's possible back when they were designing they were not given concept art of the High Evolutionary and it just focused on the Guardians and Adam Warlock.
  19. Only a tiny update this time, despite this being a large post: Added the rumours of Avengers Tower/Helicarrier to the rumour section Removed 76252 from the unknown sets which is believed to be the Batcave D2C Updated List: No problem, glad it's helping :3 I'm still leaning to it being a buildable Flerkin. It'd probably sell better cause who would'nt want an adorable buildable cat with tentacles. Not sure we'd ever get any, other than potentially Ghost Spider as you mentioned. A lot of the female characters are unmasked and it's debatable how Lego is going to be tackling characters like Wolverine, Captain America, Batman, etc... who have part of their face revealed in most their masks. I'm unsure if Lego would want to go back to the uncanny valley of humanoid faces on their constraction figures. The only missing character from that set seemingly being Lizard makes me doubt they'd do a second set, though promobricks' remarks gives me hope the most realistic option is that if we got a second set it'd probably be Iron Spider with Doc Ock for the bridge battle - which would both be re-used. In an ideal world they'd do a promotional polybag, where you buy the Statue set and you get Lizard as a gift with purchase. That way they can presumably limit the amount of Lizard they need to make if he had specialized parts and it'd be a way of giving us effectively 10 figures for $100 spent on a 900 piece set. Last time we were getting leaks of potential figure line-ups in late April provided by Bohner with the official reveal in late July with the release following in September. This time I'd generally lean to May for the figure line-up. Official reveals of the June sets generally happen around that time so May is generally when we should be expecting more info, anything sooner is a bonus. I appreciate them attempting to create a new hero, but I don't feel we should get brand new characters prioritized over established characters that we've not recieved yet. Even discounting a lot of the characters people want from prior films or prior series that were not covered last time, we still have a flood of potential characters from Hawkeye, Moon Knight, Ms.Marvel, She-Hulk, Secret Invasion and Loki S2. We don't know how popular this character would be and if she appears in a single potentially unaired episode of What If S2 (at the time of the CMF Series' release) then I can't see people really chasing that figure. Yes, best to play it safe. It'd probably draw from Hawkeye, Moon Knight, Ms.Marvel, She-Hulk, Secret Invasion, Loki S2 and potentially What If S2 given the stage of production/release that those series were at the time. Realistically it'd probably be primarily revisiting Disney+ series from the past, something like: Kate Bishop Hawkeye Moon Knight Scarlet Scarab Ms Marvel Red Dagger She-Hulk Titania Nick Fury Talos or other Skrull character Mobius Loki The only exception to this would be if it's comic inspired, a selection of legacy characters or if a future movie would include a lot of the characters that are going to appear here. The main thing that could throw off this list is if the Captain Marvel 2 set features the three Marvels, Nick Fury and Talos. In which case there's no real point in adapting Ms.Marvel or Secret Invasion into sets which would free up four slots allowing for the What If S2 characters. The new list being: Kate Bishop Hawkeye Moon Knight Scarlet Scarab She-Hulk Titania Mobius Loki What If S2 What If S2 What If S2 What If S2
  20. At the moment I would lean to it being a similar set to the 76216: Iron Man Armory which had 496 pieces for $90. I think realistically it'd have 3xMarvels, Nick Fury, Skrull, Kree, Flerkin (New mould with the tentacles?) and probably the main villain or a member of Kamala's family. Naturally this could however wind up being another construction figure or a buildable Flerkin though...
  21. I'd guess it has figures given the piece count is relatively low considering the pricing. At the moment it's looking like a set to pick up on discount or offer judging by that price per piece though. ---- Been waiting a little bit in hopes that more sources would report on the rumours and/or give more details regarding sets. As we are nearing March 1st, shall do an update to the list: March sets removed, as they release shortly Venomized Groot moved to June, as per Promobricks Captain Marvel 2 set moved to August, as per Promobricks 76269 D2C added for November Disclaimer added due to release date reshuffles due to delays and conflicting reports on release dates Updated List:
  22. I'd guess it's probably 3 x Marvels, Nick Fury, Skrull, Kree and probably a molded Flerkin. Would probably sell better honestly than what the Captain Marvel 2 set will probably wind up being. Honestly, could kinda see that happening. They don't have any female buildable figures yet and this would be an opportunity to target that audience. Admittedly would mean each figure would only have like 140 pieces though. Maybe it's three mechs instead
  23. I'm going to throw into the ring the 'Buildable Iron Man' option or 'Iron Man Bust' option also. Given that Star Wars is seemingly getting a massive buildable Chewbacca, it seems viable that Marvel could get a massive buildable Iron Man. We also have the option that they thought the Black Panther Bust would sell well and wanted to do a bust for Iron Man at the same scale in response to Endgame. Stark Tower is the most realistic option. It varies itself from the Daily Bugle as it'd likely be primarily tan as opposed to just windows like the AoU tower would be. In addition it opens itself up to a wide figure selection from Avengers Assemble and Avengers Endgame as you mentioned, while also enabling them to re-use other figures that have been released fairly recently to pad out the figure count. You also have the idea that with the Black Panther bust taking from 2018 to 2022 to release that an Avengers Endgame inspired Stark Tower could take from 2019 to 2023 to release. AoU's tower simply has too many caveats that would be expected or required. I've already touched upon the design being too many windows like the Daily Bugle, but it also is featured in a limited way in the film - its most iconic scenes being internal such as the Party, Arrival of Ultron MK1 or Birth of Vision. I think if it is the AoU tower the biggest give away would be if the CMF series includes Infinity Ultron - as they'd likely want a cheaper 'Ultron' available so people would'nt be as mad if a new AoU Ultron was included in the $525 set. Avengers Campus could be an excuse for a flood of Endgame figures, but I don't think the design would sell the set.
  24. Anything you can rule out. I know you've ruled out it being a Hulkbuster and the X-Men Mansion. Any other aspects you can take off the table?
  25. @FoggyFate Any update on if/when you plan to relay info? I'm up for a $500 Hulkbuster MK2
