That is nice. It is a simple build yet has good detail to it.

I am impressed! This looks very nice and well thought out. How long does it take to do one of these? I love all the small details.

I have been looking at videos and pictures and can't quite make up my mind. This is a long one which looks nice but for the home I am attempting, it is better for it to be square I think. Also, I am having trouble finding the right kitchen pieces. For those of you who have built kitchens, what did you use?

What is your favorite miniature accessory?

Yeah I do that all the time when I type, my bad! -
Oh no I haven't'! Thanks for informing me I will check them out. :D Yes. LOL Okay so I am having trouble finding his website, can you post the link? found it lol

I look forward to owning a home, having a family, and enjoying life really.

Well that sounds great to have the whole family involved in building. I think lego building is a great stress reliever. You should tell your husband to give it a try! haha

I did a bit of organizing. Had all my smaller bins on the table. Was going great until I moved to check on the food I had cooking... And my one cat decided to slide several bins off the table.

Best way to organize a kid’s collection

Also, something my aunt used to do for my kid cousins is use old baby wipe bins for legos. It sounds strange but it worked quite well. -
Being someone that stepped on quite a few in my time, and also stepped on tooth picks and glass... I can easily say legos hurt more than those two things. haha But I get what you are saying. A lot of people do this with other things as well. I like minecraft but it is far cheaper to play that game than collect lego sets lol

I would love to see more carnival themed sets in the future. I have yet to get my hands on one.

I didn't even think of that. It is amazing thought that they will allow Batman. I mean when you really think about it, Batman is not a good toy option for kids either. lol But I have to agree with what you said. I guess it being an old game I didn't think of the violence. I tend to forget legos are for kids first.. haha

Hmm I am not sure myself. Maybe it is not a lego piece? I have gotten sets on ebay and got bits that were not legos but I couldn't tell in the picture. Just a thought but I am no lego expert.

I tend to ask this on every forum I join because people are shocked when I say it... But I am not a fan of his movies. They are too dry and overly done. Most seem to be the same character over and over again with just different clothing ad different time frames. I enjoyed "Everything Must Go" because he played a more serious role. I also like Elf but that is mainly because of Zooey Deschanel lol Question is... Am I the only one who thinks his movies just aren't that funny?

How can you be embarrassed? They are awesome for creativity. They did a study that kids who grew up playing with such toys ended up being smarter and more able to learn new subjects at faster levels. I would end up doing the same thing if I had kids LOL

I hope there is not a thread for this already but some of these I find quite funny... Post some more! I posted the last one because technically, Being a Lego fan or builder costs A LOT more than minecraft... Minecraft is the poor mans Lego.

Well I guess I am a derp. haha I can't keep track of all the sets out there. I honestly didn't know about some of them till years later. I just recently got back into Legos a few years back. You must like the LotR hobbit sets. I got one and they have such neat little finds. -
My younger cousins have the first Bane. If I knew where it was I would snap a pic for you. If I get my hands on it, I will :)

I think Metal Gear Solid would make for a very good theme in the lego world. I am wondering if you think they will ever consider it or what. I know it is an old classic game but it has a good number of fans and a cult like following.

Anyone know where I can find old odds and ends from the starwars sets? I am not quite sure what it is called that I am looking for but I would like some parts for a custom build. I know I saw the pieces in my younger cousins sets from year back. I think 2006/07ish (??) -
