  1. I'd have a red batsuit with the muscle printed a white fluffy belt and two sprigs of Holly to make up the bat symbol.
  2. Would anyone be kind enough to pick one up for me and I'll cover the costs for shipping to the uk?
  3. Really nice. I like this a lot. Would make a great desktop for my laptop.
  4. Is there a topic just for brick 2014? This will be my first lego event and wanted to find out a bit more, before I attend!
  5. The Tardis is a police box as opposed to a phone box. So changing the colour scheme wouldn't make it a phone box. I think it's red as it is intended for Plastic man to build it. I understand the box mentioned in lego marvel, was more like the phone booth from Bill and Ted.
  6. No I mean a fully fledged Tardis. It may just be a pop culture reference, but as it is so recognisable as the Tardis I think lego may have got into trouble for using it if they weren't already in talks for the licence. I'll replay the level and snap a pic of it. Basically you are in a space simulator. You smash a box and a pile of bricks appear. You then build the pile and a Tardis is formed. The box rings. You collect the minikin piece then it disappears. There is a phone box for supes to get changed in also, but this is a separate function for superman that can be performed anywhere in the game. http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/26222008874074953/59835AB2ECFFF67CB4A9EEE7E0A8172D71B8FFD0/
  7. This may not be the correct place for this, but I discovered a red lego Tardis in lego batman 3. Could this suggest there may be a relationship between lego and dr who forming?
  8. I love this new modular. Like most I cannot wait to see the inside. Especially the barbers chair!
  9. I agree. Whilst I'm glad to have him in my collection, I would rather have seen a classic plastic man, which is much more recognisable.
  10. Batzarro is seen in the box set in a purple suit however he is normally depicted wearing white. There are numerous versions of bizarro also. I think that there are ways of changing the figure so it doesn't replicate the sdcc version
  11. Edit: I mean cheap as in not expensive to produce.
  12. I think there is a perfect opportunity for this and will allow for some cheap nods to the original material. It could contain and apple and a gem that were the tests for the ray before it accidentally hit supes.
  13. I agree with SMC also. Perhaps we could get supes, bizarro and a fleshie scientist in some sort of lab environment with the duplication ray in accordance with the origins of the first bizarro. Lego have made a similar set on this price point for TLM with the melting room.
  14. I'm with you Modoctordoom. I'm a completist too. I have them all, but was not too impressed with the MOS sets. They seemed thrown together. The tumbler was my latest dc set. I absolutely love it. I wished we got more buildings in the dc sets. There is no point having all these vehicles with nowhere to go.
  15. I agree, I'm a batman fan, always have been. His ethos is it's own entity and perhaps should have a separate line rather than playing a cameo in every set. I welcome the addition of new characters as they are great to have in lego form and are deserving of their own sets, but I too think there are definitely other characters that definitely need to make an appearance. I've wanted a mad hatter and clay face since the first lego batman range was released. I'd also love to see killer moth and the moth mobile. Corgi did a great die cast of this vehicle with a little moth man statue. These cheesy comic vehicles perfectly lend themselves to lego and haven't been exploited in my opinion.
  16. Without the success of the previous batman lines I don't think there would have been the confidence to produce this next wave. Unfortunately batman sells! Where a Hawkman prominent set wouldn't and the same could be said for many others in the DC Universe. This has always been the case in the comic book world also.
  17. I second this. Now the long wait until release
  18. The bat mech also appears to have a net launcher, much like the original batcave
  19. I've had a good look at the grodd set and it appears to be a tuk tuk delivery van with a 3rd wheel under the drivers cabin
  20. Evening all, This is my first post outside of the 'introduce yourself' so go easy if I've posted when I shouldn't have... I think the intergalactic girl hair would work. Especially as it has the flowing look appropriate for a girl flying at high speed.
  21. Hi all, I'm Elliot I've been a fan of Lego since I could pick up a brick. I'm 25 years old and will turn 26 this Sunday. I live in Northampton England with my wife Charlotte, who is also a big Lego fan. I boast a moderate collection of around 600 sets and have over the last 5/6 years built up a scary Lego addiction. My other loves are anything from the batman universe and possess every batman related release from Lego. I have a very manly beard. I love art and design and would give up my life here in the UK to be involved with the drawing element/ early design stage of Lego production. It's great to finally join the community and be amongst like minded individuals who share my passion. I've been stalking the site for a number of years and think its time I got involved. Regards Elliot (Ellteltoone)
