Just picked up 8097 Slave I. Thought it was a good deal and couldn't pass it up. It will be a nice addition to my OT ships collection.
-
Any suggestions on how I could do that?
-
Thanks! I'll try it out!

One question on LDD. Is there any way to extract a parts list from LDD?
-
Thanks. Again, I mostly copied from another design. And, I plan on adding this cannon (gun) to the top level.
-
First, let me start by saying that I must give credit where credit is due and I mostly copied this build as best I could from this link https://www.flickr.c...N06/6937426891/ Second, I hope this is ok. I've always wanted to attempt this but I'm not very creative. I also wanted to make this my own by altering some things and not trying to make an exact copy. Level 4 (top): reserved for the 75034 Death Star Troopers set with gun. Level 3: Emperor's chair with window (will be accompanied by Royal Guards from 75034) Level 2: Stormtrooper's area? I'll place some Stormtroopers from set 75078. Level 1 (bottom): instead of the trash compactor, I opted to go with a docking bay that will either have the Falcon 75030 or the Tie Interceptor 75031 microfighter. Side view Side view with bay door open Back view Top view I'd like some suggestions and feedback. Especially on the top. I've had a rough time lining things up in LDD. Thanks.

I wasn't planning on buying any until I started an attempt at creating a Lego version of the vintage Kenner Death Star Playset. I think the micro-Falcon would look neat docked in the station.
-
Just picked up this today on sale at Wally World. I'm hoping to add this to a mini death star kenner style play set that's currently WIP.

Sorry in advance. I know this is off-topic, but that is awesome that you're saving up for the TK. I had tons of fun when I "trooped" with the 501st Legion. Best of luck to you!

[MOC] Imperial Probe Droid with parts list and instructions
TK924 replied to sparkart's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thanks. Again, I can't take credit for it. I just found the instructions and built it. Yours looks really good too. It makes a great addition to any SW Lego display. I always envy those like yourself that are creative with Legos. -
[MOC] Imperial Probe Droid with parts list and instructions

Looks really good. It is very nice of you to share. Several years ago I found instructions to build an Imperial Probe Droid. I wish I would have kept the parts list and build instructions. Yes. I know. All my Legos were a little dusty. I have since hit them with a little compressed air to clean them up. -
I like this set but the placement of the door seems weird to me. I know it's in the correct location but I'll probably move it off to the side or not use it at all. Does anyone know how much it will cost in the USA?

Got the 75078 imperial troop transport (with free at-dp poly bag) for me and 41061 Jasmine's exotic palace for my daughter. Good day. :=)

Tough call. I have older sets that have since seen re-release like the AT-AT and the ISD so I'm looking to add sets that I don't already have. Both Falcons are nice though.

Just ordered the 75050 B-Wing on sale for $42.49 I'm still waiting to see the 7965 Falcon go on sale.
-
Impressive. Most impressive.
-
Fantastic! I wish I had the money, time and creativity to do something like that. Well done!
-
Here's what I added to both sides with what I had left. Hopefully I can add more in the future.
-
Looks great! Replacing the technic beams is not necessary and was a novice mistake on my part.
-
Thanks! Probably not. I wish I were that creative. I just copied what others had done to improve my 6211 over stock.
-
Awesome! Have any more planned to build?
-
I think I have a few I can add to it. Thanks! Yes, it does.
-
OK, this is where I am at this point with my ISD 6211. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

I struggled with whether or not to buy the 75055 since I already own the 6211, but something about paying more for something that is actually smaller stops me. I figure with a little help with the friendly people at this site, I can make the 6211 look better. I have already replaced the white technic beams with dark gray, added some detail to the bridge and added some support plates to the bottom ( I hated the bottom falling apart every time I picked it up! ). So, for me, I'm sticking with the 6211. I may take the money I would have spent on a 75055, and buy the MF 7965. I replaced those white beams with dark gray beams. Looking at it from the side, it just didn't look right. I think I may add more detail to the sides at some point. Thanks for the comparison, Elephant Knight.
