    Oh, that is a great idea! And BTW, is he Skull GRINDER or DESTROYER? I'm so confused. And I really hope that Ekimu doesn't use trans-blue. I absolutely despise trans-shells. (But I like trans-bones).

    Not really. It's the same price as Palpatine's Arrest, and that set was a platform and minifigs. But....I suppose that even if the set is at $0.10 a brick, that's still 900 bricks, nearly 300 more than PA. So it could work.

    Assuming it is true......Yay! I'm glad to finally get Ekimu!! Also, if Skull Destroyer is taller than (or as tall as) Tahu, he'd be worth $20, and if Ekimu the size of the average Protector, we're looking at a set that's only $30! That's a beautiful price for the MOCR, gold, teal, new shoulder armor, and that sick villain mask. BTW, someone said a few pages back that the names are violent.......<sarcasm> I have no clue what you're talking about. Skull Crusher, Skull Grinder, Skull Destroyer....They all seem pretty fine to me. </sarcasm>

    Yeah....Right now, some kid opened his first Tahu, and maybe one day, he'll be immersed in the story, have his imagination run wild and free on this mystical island of Okoto. Then, perhaps he'll find his way to Mata Nui and experience Gen 1, which is so important to all of us, for the first time ever. For that is the way....Of the BIONICLE! That being said, I hope BIONICLE doesn't have the same fate as other toy lines: stretched out too long, the original mythology forgotten, and no longer focusing on story or quality, but rather on making a quick buck off of the name. BIONICLE is too special for that.....I think that after Gen 2 ends, it should be laid to rest. For good.

    That's how I feel....... Us: "Ugh, I wish Lewa had more head movement. It's too restricting as it is. And also, POF needs elbows--" LEGO: "We could give you nothing, if you'd like that?" Us: "...." BTW, what do we think the odds are of Gen 2 continuing past the three-years it's predicted to last?

    I'm counting on a carbon-freezing chamber, some sort of Boga-related set, and Yoda's pod in ROTS. Based off of the information we have, they are possible......

    But that's all riding on the thought that they will awaken Ekimu this year. I'm thinking that by "find the mask maker", it means that the Toa will have to find a NEW mask maker, not re-awaken Ekimu (at least, not right now). They will probably have to find this third mask maker, and he will become an informal "seventh Toa"......like Takanuva? I see the story going like this (my prediction): Toa find MOCR and stop the Skull Spider swarms.-->Toa discover that Skull Spiders were controlled by MOCO and it new owner (Skull Grinder).-->Toa find third mask-maker, who upgrades the Toa and the Protectors (who become Toa-like)-->Toa recover MOCO.-->Toa re-awaken Ekimu and Makuta, who all team up (Makuta does not have the MOUP, so he is not evil)-->Toa go after the MOUP, which has a mind of it's own and has created a body for itself.

    Well, at this point, we don't even know if Protectors CAN become Toa. We're not in the same universe as Gen 1, so the rules of Gen 1 don't apply. For all we know, more Toa may arrive on Okoto the same way Tahu did. Or maybe there won't even be anymore Toa, but just elite Protectors. But I would like for them to become Toa......then they reveal their names to be Jala, Kongu, Hahli, etc....

    When do you think we'll get a full set list? Toy Fair isn't too far away, now......BTW do you think that maybe all the "Wolf" sets are TFA based? Maybe they're trying to be hidden until they're released.

    Seriously?! Where do you live?! Yeah, it is random. And it's a shame.....my POE has a very tight mask, and $20 Kopaka has perhaps the loosest connection.

    Agreed; LEGO definitely avoided another Inika-build situation. And I think that they'll be able to keep it up......Now that we're getting villains in the summer wave, I imagine that we'll get even more different and unique character designs. I'm surprised I'm saying this, but in terms of sets, BIONICLE Gen 2 is actually better than Gen 1 sets. And that's coming from someone who hated CCBS even up to last year, when I bought my last HF set (and my first since 2011). I was highly skeptical, but these sets do not feel like CCBS when it was used for any HF set......It just feel like BIONICLE!! BTW, does anyone have any ideas when we might see some summer leaks?

    I actually thought the same thing at the beginning, but these sets are really amazing. I hated HF and every set I bought, but these sets somehow capture the charm that BIONICLE Gen 1 had. Sure, it uses CCBS; sure, they look different. But it still FEELS like BIONICLE. I highly suggest that you give the new sets a try. Of course, you're entitled to your opinion, but at least try them.

    I think it's possible that we may get a Tusken Raider Encounter this year. I mean, LEGO made a whole new mold for the Tusken head, and using it for one minifigure in one set seems like a waste. Especially since the Tusken is in such a cheap set......LEGO would never release a brand-new, complex mold for one cheap set.

    If BIONICLE Gen 2 is *planned*( ) to last only 3 years, I just can't believe that the entire story of Gen 2 is a scavenger hunt.

    Wait a minute: "• Quest for the long lost Masks of Power in six elemental regions". Does that mean that we are able to find the MOUP also? I had a thought recently: we are just ASSUMING that every year of the planned 3 year run will be finding a different mask. What if we wrap of the mask-quest story this year, and move onto something else? Just like 2001......

    GWP=Gift With Purchase. And I chose red for a reason; the comics showed all of the current Skull Spiders, as well as an un-released red. Now, if I could choose ANY color? Trans-Green.

    ^Wow, I guess Wal-Mart isn't very strict on returns..... BTW, if Ekimu and Makuta both died, then how did the villagers get new masks? Maybe they had to hire a new mask maker......The one in the Mask Maker vs Skull Grinder set? Maybe....Takanuva? Some nice gold and funmetal gunmetal shells, maybe a new Avohkii......

    I'm really hoping that the BIONICLE website gets updated with something new.....like Okoto Online Game. I find it odd that they have nothing fun for kids to interact with on the website. Also, does anyone know when the next episode will be released?

    Yes, I can tell you that. As someone said, the Vahi is used simply to show us "hey look, there will be a Mask of Time, and 'time' will be important". They do not mean "this is the exact same mask". Really, they could go for a Terminator approach: The villain has total power, and so the Protectors in the future send the Toa back in time to stop him. They go after the three powerful masks before the villain gets hold of them, and stop him from coming to power.

    That city behind LOSS looks like Kini Nui.....Just saying.... Also, AGAIN: there is no way that the mask is the MOUP. Right now in the story, they're going after the MOCR, and I find it doubtful that they will rush through that story, skip MOCO, and rush to the ultimate evil, story-driving force in year 1 of 3 (or more). BTW, I must say that the winter wave sets are even better in person. Protectors are great (though their chests are a bit fat), and each of the Toa feel quite unique. I really hope that the summer wave is just as good.....based off of that mask, it will be.
