  1. You forgot the Hall of Doom . I think this would be the most ideal as we could get a large variety of villains and some nice hidden weapons and play features. It would be really great to get an Arkham sized one as an D2C/UCS next year. But, back on topic, we should be getting pictures next Saturday. Any chance we could get an early peek of Jokerland in a newspaper article same as the Milano last year (both are the largest Super Heroes sets coming out in the summer, so it makes sense IMO, but I'm not counting on it).
  2. What?! Lego is not a toy; it is a highly sophisticated inter-locking brick system! That's the lesson I learned from the Lego Movie anyway. Joking aside, if I get Legos for my birthday, it's only very small sets or polybags as a running gag since I only ever wanted Lego's growing up. Guess I'll just have to wait for Santa for Jokerland .
  3. Don't worry, if anything I overestimated.
  4. Eight figures and a large newly sculpted creature in a 615 piece set for $70 sounds within Lego's normal pricing range for a set that size; eight figures and what looks to be somewhere between 800 and 900 pieces (I might give you 1000, but definitely not any more) for $120 sounds completely unreasonably even by Lego's normal pricing range for a set that size.
  5. I'm not really sure why he would have reported the Canadian price for Jokerland and the US price for the Batboat, especially without mentioning that it was the Canadian price.
  6. Plus, the price he reported for the Batboat Harbor Pursuit matches what we had already heard from the Toy Fair.
  7. Like say, a Tyrannosaurus Rex for Beast Boy to turn into? (You all thought I was going to say Raven didn't you, well, you're right) Or maybe even Raven? There is no way though the set we saw preliminary pictures of is worth $120, unless every single figure has an outrageous/unheard of amount of printing (I'm talking 360 around the arms, legs, hips, torso, head, hair, and hands) which I doubt, so here's hoping they made quite a few editions to the prelim. Well, if not, there's always the summer release date.
  8. The Spidertrike last year had what looked like it would be a classic electro in the prelims and ended up being a USM electro. I would bet on Beast Boy being green, though, just because his green skin is much more recognizabl. I don't think we really can. Yeah, I don't care for her new 52 look either (or most DC characters new 52 looks for that matter ).
  9. That would be unspeakably terrible. Yes. I can't see them doing anything else really; these are the versions that most people are familiar with. Is it possible for us to get a set or better yet a wave of sets based on that show? There's gotta be someone out there who doesn't, as hard as that is to believe.
  10. After hearing that Lego is making giant bricks and a screw for the Antman set, I'm not ruling anything out.
  11. The Toy Wonder. No idea.
  12. Funny, I always thought of the new 52 as more of a pajamas look than the classic, well except for the shoulder pads .
  13. Anyone else think that the final scene was suggesting a sequel? I wonder if that could be what Trickster comes with.
  14. No, I don't think so either. Just looking at everyone but Batman, Superman, Lex Luthor, and Wonder Woman, no one looks exactly like their physical counterparts, especially Grodd. As long as it's a classic Deathstroke, I'm happy with or without the helmet.
  15. Lego is actually making Star Wars constraction figures, which are more action figure like than minifigures, this summer. I remember before there was an Cuusoo project for them which was rejected due to that very licensing issue. Lego has already done constraction figures for DC and Marvel so I don't think licensing there is any issue. They can just give us all the figures from two years before but with leg printing; that way we'd buy the sets and the minifigures. Or they could use characters who wouldn't be popular enough for sets but would be for a minifigure series. Still, although I'm pretty sure Lego could do a minifigure series, I don't think they will.
  16. I'm betting Penguin will be the same from last year, but I definitely think Ivy will be different from her last appearances. We should know in 2 weeks and 2 days, unless we get a lucky leak.
  17. But we already have our three CMF series for this year; if the rumor turns out true (I'm rather dubious, but Lego does seem to be struggling to come up with new ideas for CMF and I don't think there's any licensing troubles), next spring seems like the earliest this would happen. I was hoping Marvel and DC would each get their own series, but I guess it might make more sense to split a series between them like that. I do wonder though, if we get ten series worth of CMF Super Heroes, will Lego throw in a Golden Batman chase figure?
  18. Wait, you must referred to Harley's motorcycle as a motorcycle and not as a Harley? That just seems weird to me. I'm thinking the final figure designs comes down to some sort of compromise between Lego and DC; DC probably wanted new 52 Harley and the designer probably wanted her classic color scheme so, we get this.
  19. I don't see any black legs with grey printing; I think what you're talking about are actually dark grey legs with a light grey loin cloth printed on them (I'm not even going to guess what those legs will be used for, but I know it isn't Raven so I don't care). Umm, I don't know.
  20. I always though Harley was in her mid/late 20's . Those legs look to be based on this version (whatever verion that may be) here: http://robot6.comicbookresources.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/harley-quinn-1-cover.jpg. I don't think the three diamonds on the right half of her skirt and the two red stripes on her left leg are a coincidence. Edit: Just saw your edited post, I guess it's unanimous. I think Lego will cover her up more to make her a little more kid friendly.
  21. Very nice, some of the best leg printing I've seen Lego do. We know a new Harley is definitely in the works now; I can't wait to see what the rest of the figure and the other figures looks like. Yeah, the classic colors are the way to go. Edit: I feel like I've seen that silver mask on a grey head in the top right corner of the fourth page somewhere before; does anyone know where it's from?
  22. Best thing I've read all day, perhaps even the best thing I've on these forums.
  23. Quicksilver Vision Scarlet Witch Ultron Loki (all assumed on the information that the game will be based on the story from Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron and they all play pretty substantial roles.) Wolverine Professor X Magneto Storm Cyclops Mystique Phoenix Colossus Juggernaut Kitty Pride Beast Mr. Fantastic The Invisible Woman Johnny Storm The Thing Galactus Silver Surfer Doctor Doom (all assumed based on Marvel's ban on X-Men and Fantastic Four merchandise).
