  1. Thanks. Absolutly. Based on the rumor that I'm going to assume he won't be in any of the sets.
  2. Penny Plunder has to happen - I need someone to stay in Arkham. Besides the ones you mentioned, Polka Dot Man and Condiment King are two others I could definetly see happening. Definetly want the BTAS Clcok King.
  3. I'm just hoping we'll get some of the villains that we'd otherwise never see.
  4. Right here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=110607&st=25. Well, with the next Lego Movie being a Batman movie, maybe we'll be seeing improved molds specifically for Joker, Penguin, and Riddler. 1000th post!!!
  5. It would definitely be possible, but I don't think that Lego would spend the money for new molds when they have some that already work. It does look great.
  6. <p> Most of the $30 Super Heroes sets only have 3 figures, so what Tragic Banjo suggested seems like a good number to me (although, personally I would switch Harley with Boomerang - I still don't understand why everyone thinks Harley when they hear Suicide Squad and not Captain Boomerang when she wasn't even a part of it until recently and he and Deadshot have been members in just about every incarnation of the Squad that I can know of). Edit: Messed around with the MoS figure and the hair from the poster. The hair is definilty off (not really sure what to do to fix it), but it should still give you a rough idea of what the new Superman figure could look like. Something to hold us over for a couple of weeks anyway. Edit: I changed the hair to be more accurate.
  7. Not really. Penguin and Riddler, for example, both wear hats without any hair underneath them, even though both villains are typically depicted with hair. Same with Joker's appearance with a hat, even though in every other set he has hair.
  8. Mr. Mxyzptlk doesn't use any new molds in LB3 (which unfortunatly opens up the possility of him being an SDCC exclusive... might want to stay offline that week just in case). As far as Killer Moth, and probably even alot of the other villains you mentioned, the best shot we have at getting them might just be sets based on The Lego Batman Movie.
  9. No it does not, but I know some members have been working on a modification to fix that.
  10. The comic Deadshot would be a bit more colorful just becuase of the yellow, but new 52 Boomerang is not as colorful as the movie version. Overall, I'd say it's a wash, especially since a new set photo of Joker suggests he will be wearing the purple suit at some point and any new comic Harley would have the blue and red colorscheme. The reasons I'm hoping for movie sets are 1) comic based sets would have to have a hero or two or three in them taking up the spots of potential villains, with movie sets we could get more villains 2) with movie sets we could end up getting some charcacters, for example Enchantress, El Diablo, and Slipknot, who we probably wouldn't get in the comic sets 3) we can avoid getting yet another Bat-vehicle or two or three.
  11. I don't see why Lego would use the movie designs for the characters, but not tie the sets into the movie; the movie and the comic book designs are much more recogniazle than the movie costumes are.
  12. If he only had some hair. An SDCC exclusive set for Marvel has already been revealed, so I guess Lego will be having exclusives for both DC and Marvel and that we won't have to worry about two exclusive figures for DC... yet.
  13. I don't think targetting collectors and adults necessarily means there won't be any kids merchandise, but maybe my interpretation of that is wrong. Even so, Lego does release some sets aimed specifically at collectors and adults, so I wouldn't rule out Suicide Squad sets just yet. Making comic based sets with the Squad members does make alot of sense.
  14. I think we'll be getting close to 6 sets for BvS, 3 for Squad, and minidoll girls sets; but that's just my thoughts. They could both end up in a juniors set together.
  15. It looks like the winter wave will be BATMAN ft. superman sets, so these two summer sets might just be the end of comic based sets for a while. Altough, the Lego Batman Movie will likely introduce some new charaters, possibly Killer Moth, in comic form. I really don't know how they would fit in a comic based set with Scarecrow between the Batman v Superman and possibly Suicide Squad sets (unless those don't happen)... maybe a Juniors set with Scarecrow is in the works for next year? That hat work work better for a less scary more younger-kid-friendly Scarecrow, if you ask me (although I don't think we'll be seeing him with a scythe if this is the case)..
  16. I don't see any reason why we would not be getting the Batmobile and armored suit. The Suicide Squad set debate has been going on for a while and there hasn't been any confirmation that there will or will not be sets, so I think we'll just have to wait and see for those.
  17. That peice would be perfect for that. Same here. I haven't heard anyone say so yet, I think it's supposed to be released in August for North America. Actually, you are more on topic than alot of the recent post have been (mine included).
  18. Not that texture, there is another one that appears only on Batman's torso peice.
  19. It's the Batwing, as odd shaped as it may be.
  20. But the silver lining goes around the symbol with no space between the two in that shot; on these Legofied posters there's a space between the lining and the symbol. Maybe it's just a error on Lego's part (hopefully just on the poster and not the actual figure)? Also, just noticed, there seems to be a really interesting texture printed onto Batman's suit, well, the torso peice anyway. I'm a bit curious how it'll turn out looking.
  21. I noticed something comparing the Superman in the poster to the Man of Steel figure. The symbol on the newer Superman is smaller (as it is in the movie), but around the symbol on the newer one there is a trace of the symbol that looks about the same size as the old one and is, I am assuming, shiny silver in color. Did anyone else notice this, and know why it is there? I don't see anything like that in the set pictures, so maybe it is edited in afterwards?
  22. That's more or less what I was thinking.
