  1. Coronet City, the jewel of Correllia... ...At least that was what the tourist holos had claimed. This district had seen better days, although the statue looming over the warehouse entrance probably represented someone who had been someone important at some time. I was searching for a blue repulsor van, that had disappeared without trace in this area after two recent attacks on corrupt business owners. Corsec had effectively turned a blind eye to these attacks, due to the nature of their victims, but a sizable bounty had been placed by the organisation who were starting to get annoyed by seeing their bribes go to waste. The repulsor van almost found me rather than the other way around, and I had to jump clear as it sped through the warehouse door. I ducked under the door before it slammed back down, and dived behind some crates. The driver, a Twi'lek, failed to notice me hiding away as he moved towards the rear door to unload. I had known what to expect, but hadn't really believed it until I saw with my own eyes... Battle droids, not seen since the clone wars, unloaded themselves as I watched. These ones looked their age, with not one having a matching set of limbs. They were clearly disposable assets, and whilst their limited programming meant that they didn't display fear, they also displayed no initiative and simply watched as I drew my weapon on the unsuspecting Twi'lek. "Please don't hurt me, I'm just a delivery driver" "A delivery driver with a bounty on his head! Where did you get these walking relics anyway?" "I think they collect them from Geonosis...but I really know nothing else I swear" "In that case you are of no further use to anyone" Bonus picture of the repulsor van: Thanks for looking
  2. Are the signatures still there? I mostly read the forum on my phone and haven't been able to see them since the update
  3. Did you include my bounty hunter mission in my total? If it counts then I think I should be on 76xp if I added it up right?
  4. Oh wow I can't believe I actually got the highest score! thanks to the organisers for another really enjoyable episode
  5. That battle looks epic!
  6. That assembly line is perfect, so believable. Plus the troopers abseiling down those ropes are so well positioned!
  7. All of your photos look so well lit, excellent quality presentation!
  8. I glanced nervously at the proton torpedos sat in the repulsor kart. Helping to unload them from the snub fighter had terrified me, despite assurances that they were safe. The rebel forces were still scattered around the outer rim. I don't even know the name of the place where we were temporarily based, but I doubt it was anywhere that I would have heard of anyway. Us ground troops were protected by four X-Wings, the ony survivors remaining from Night Hawk squadron. When news arrived from command that an astromech had been compromised, the fighters were all grounded until they could be checked out. This left everyone very nervous and anybody who had ever held a hydrospanner before was volunteered to help out. My previous life as a mechanic (http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=100455) meant that I was the only one qualified to help the flight crews. After removing the R2 unit (which Rax did not look happy about having to guard, until the techs could check it over and then wipe its memory) from its socket, and unloading the torpedos, I had helped the Mon Cal head mechanic to check the ship for signs of sabotage. We were instructed to make sure it was safe to fly and keep an eye out for any clues if it had been tampered with. An old R1 unit had been brought out of storage to help with diagnostics. Ours was the first X-Wing to be cleared for duty, and we were all relieved to have our air cover back in action... Thanks for looking
  9. I like the dark orange, makes it look a bit different and works well with the tan. Good to see your character cured of whatever was making him all yellow!
  10. Everyone always picks on the poor Rodians... nice build, I really like the colourful stalls. Not sure how many sales the stall on top of the cliff will make though!
  11. This looks fantastic! starting to regret my decision to build an X Wing for the newest episode of SoNE now with all these amazing X wings appearing lately! I was hoping that my use of that cylinder part for the engine intakes and the fact that I am also building mine in grey would set it apart from the one that was recently blogged on eurobricks and the one in blocks magazine this month. some great parts usage on your model, especially the shield shaped part at the back of the nose cone, the flippers on the wings and I have no idea what part you used for the front of the cannons but it looks just right!
  12. That looks amazing!
  13. this is fantastic! I love the restrained texturing on the walls, so much more believable than over the top greebling
  14. I was just wondering when the next episode might start :-) really like the whole mystery parts idea
  15. I like the use of the green on both the ship and the shirts
  16. Is that your bounty hunter? are we allowed to do free builds with them?
  17. Thanks, I have updated my build
  18. I agree about the pink, was a bit unsure about it myself. I have updated the pictures, also a couple of minor tweaks to the speeders and the scout troopers. Originals are still on my flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/126795439@N08/
