Those game were made by EA, lego is working with WB, ALso there is no reason for these game to be connected to lego in any way. I certainly wouldn't want lego to waste time on sets not part of the hobbit 1,2 or the trilogy.

80 sounds like a good number, when I counted up my "must haves" I only got to around 45. Lets hope they use one spot for all versions of one characther like lego HP. potc had 80 including duplicates.

Game looks fun and good, would prefer it for the xbox tho, without the wii u controller annoyance. maybe it'll just be a timed exclusive like some things turn out to be sometimes. for example: mass effect 2 was xbox exclusive then came out on ps3 some time later, same with bioshock.

He looks mroe acurate in the brown cape he has in the set, the red color of hes cape in the movie aswell as the brown fur makes brown a better fit for the lego minifigure. aragorns hair in game is brown hes cape is black, there is a clrear diference.

There won't be a potc movie in 2013... 2014 at earliest.

LOTR Is the first lego game to have specialy designed UI, this was about time, they have kept the same designed hud on all their lego games since the first one. Good on you lego lotr.

The books certainly get white lines. and i think the hands are abit ahrder than back in the old days, but ususaly it doesent cause any problems.

There isn't really lots of colorfull flowers anywhere in the mvoies tho, perhaps the lushes most colorfull palce in the movie is The Shire. I dont think the "girlie girls" that doesent like the movies will like the lego sets anyways. Seen it in a gameplay video.

For what it's worth Galadriel in the lotr lego game, uses Elizabeth swan hair with elf ears, propbly wont be seeing a galadriel fig anytime soon.

the bad part about a real treebeard lego set would be the minifigures for it wouldn't be new.

Nope, they are taken from the movie. Boromir sounds the same, youtube it. Its been confirmed by WB. I'm glad they have started doing proper voice.

Nightwing is confirmed as pre order DLC, so you wont get hes part without that propably. vixen front and back torso: Its close to the end of the Lego batman 2 part of the vid so around 2 hours 45 minutes in. they dont really show any interesting part except vixen who hasnt been seen anywhere else.

dunno if i trust tht as a source.. but: Might be preferable to lots of sets with bad movie likeness, but I'd miss the minifigures we'd miss out on from The Hobbit. we'll see.

In a video where they show off the characther creator you can clearly see Vixens torso. And they have said there will be characthers in the game that ca only be made in there(like in first batman game) if vixen is one of those or a standard characther I dunno. also confirmation on that one green head being braniac, you see hes costume in the creator aswell.

Side quest usualy arn't large story things. and unless they got the book license aswqell those things shuld not happen. f-ex saving citizens is a side quest in the batman games.

Vixen is also in the game! I dunno if shes a real characther or just a buildable one. but shes in there for sure!

The hub world wont be the same format as the old lego games, there will be side quests and stuff. Im but sure it'll start in the shire non the less... post prelogue
