  1. Very cool ship. But the coloring reminds me too much of the T-6 Jedi Shuttle.
  2. Very intriguing build. I am totally baffled as to how you connected the rod of saber hilts together. I notice a halo around the figure and speeder almost separating it from the noise of the bkg. Was the noise intentional?
  3. Just break it off with pliers.
  4. Im not really interested in value. It is more of a neat keepsake for myself. I dont usually like the take my picture with celebrities. Just their autograph, a short conversation and a hand shake is all I need. Kinda like when my friend took me to the Superman Returns after party. I met Kevin Spacey, Orlando Bloom, saw Mark Hamil, Mike Tyson, and a bunch of other celebs. But I dont like to geek out and bother the actors. They are just people and I tell them I appreciate their work, that's about it. However Ashley was offering autographs so I had planned the DVD set but then I thought "hmm why not have her sign the back of Ahsoka?" Here is a picture I took, but I dont take pictures with me in them. Here Ashley asks the Clone Trooper a question.
  5. Nice use of the Japanese woman head.
  6. Wow now that is an ugly fighter!!!! Not that it is not cool to look at, but I think it embodies the spirit of the contest. Very different indeed.
  7. So DK publishing has a tour to promote their new book. Sadly it is not the Lego Character Encyclopedia. But according to one of the DK employees, the Lego book will be coming out in the US May 15. We shall see if she is correct or just confused with another book release. Anyway two of the illustrators from DK and Ashley Eckstein, voice of Ahsoka, were there promoting the book and Ashley's female clothing line "Heruniverse.com" I brought my Season 2 DVD set and my Ahsoka minifig. She signed the dvd with Ahsoka's picture on it and I had her write her initials on the back of my minifig.
  8. What are those clones from? I dont recognize the chest and back printing.
  9. I doubt it but could there be a y-wing with the hoth set?
  10. Nice. Im going to have to check other Targets. I checked the one near my house. Possibly it was on sale but got bought out. Dont know. gotta keep looking.
  11. Is there a reason why the two sloped bricks, at the nose, are not plugged in all the way?
  12. I finally picked up this set. It is hard to find haha. I love the republic cruiser. Thanks Legostien!!!
  13. Sorry I guess my levity was misread. I havent been here long and although it is naive to censor for younger kids when they hear it in school anyway I thought there were rules against language for fear younger eyes are watching. This has carried over from other forums. So if that is not the case then my fault for assuming. Clearly I made an megablocks of myself.
  14. haha very funny. Seriously I dont understand the animosity. So far everyone I have dealt with are very happy with the service I am providing. But good things come to an end. Hope all of you who were short changed will get theirs.
  15. I have to say, ballsy very ballsy. I recall Target having problems with UPC bar codes being swapped for a cheaper set. The perp would buy multiple sets. slap a new barcode on the first one and then the cashier will ring up the first one and add the rest via register. He got caught.
  16. So possible good news for those left out. I went back the my local Lego store and they are NOT allowed to sell them anymore. So what could this mean? Perhaps I was right and they are recalling the remaining to fulfill orders for those who ordered them. I would call in the next few days, just keep calling. I mean why else would they stop selling them? I can think that perhaps TLG plans to reuse these for another event. Just like how the White Boba Fett was at SW Celebration AND SDCC last year. Then White Boba showed up in the UK as a store exclusive. So who knows what TLG will do with the ARF troopers this year. Maybe they will use them for SDCC and SW Celebration again? Keep a look out, I dont think this is the last we will have seen of the ARF Shadow Troopers.
  17. Very funny and cute although I think the language might be a bit scandalous for younger fans.
  18. Very cool and generous of you Kyphur!!! When I find the DC slip I will PM you the number.
  19. GL with tracking one down. I have basically given up finding for a reasonable price. So im making my own.
  20. Thank you :takes a bow: haha
  21. Im not feeling the AT-TE so much other than the feet and the main cannon. I think the dark blue colors are throwing it off for me. The AT-TE has some dark red as well as the ARC fighter. When I saw this picture, I thought of an ARC fighter had a child with a AAT due to the shape of the ARC and the dark bley with dark blue pieces.
  22. May I ask, what country are you living in?
  23. Interesting lighting. Are you using UV or a blue light to make the trans fluorescent green cones glow?
  24. So wait you said that S@H will fill the back orders? Is that back orders of ARF troopers or back orders of SW lego items people ordered? You mentioned the Boba Fett keychain is that as a "We are sorry gift" or as a replacement for the ARF Shadow Trooper? Why would you be mad? It is not my fault that lego S&H did not portion out enough ARFs to meet demand. It is like Toy Story toys when the first movie came out or like Series 1 Collectible Minifigures. I am lucky that my local Lego store has them and willing to sell them to me. I just sold out of all my ARFs in fact and I need to get more. I think S@H did not anticipate the large demand. If they were smart they would recall all the extra figures from the stores and fulfill "back ordered" ARF troopers.
  25. All sold out. BL bought me out. Proof is in the sale. While some people might have a problem buying them for $20 each, two guys; one in the UK and one in HK bought 5 each. As I had said previously, supply and demand.
