You may not have an abundance of these colors, but I would've liked to see more tan/dark tan in the landscape to represent a more desert atmosphere. I know kaliphilin is a land of many landscapes, but the dominant color is tan, sprinkled with it's variants-sand green, dark tan, sand red etc. The fortress is a very nicely built, and I feel would stand out even more in a desert oasis environment.

I like the color variation in the buildings of the town, though I wish there was more color variation in the water. That's the trouble with micro though. Overall a great micro build no doubt!- 12 replies

[G:B12, U vs. DK] Sneaking into the City... with a lot of Noise.

And countered! http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=109822 -
A counter to this latest Kai action: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=109526 Just 5 minutes ago, the band was playing cheerfully through the gate, while the crowd swooned and danced. "What's a matter spies, no more tunes to play or songs to sing?" The Goblin guard asked. The band could only look down at the ground in silence, they knew their fate was sealed. While slipping past the incompetent guard at the gate was easy enough, they had failed to anticipate the infinite wisdom of the Desert King. He knew that spies and assassins would try to make their way into the glorious capital of the sun, and was well prepared. He had his subordinates install several checkpoints throughout the major cities administered viciously by The KSA-The Kaligelem Safety Administration . When the band was ushered into the line of one of a dozen in the capital, their throats swelled in anxiety. "Have your official seals out! Have all weapons out! Surrender all forms of identification and currency!!" The Goblin guard yelled as they made their way to the checkpoint. "Dear sir, we seem to have forgotten our seals. Is their anything we could do to forget this matter?" The head bandsman asked. Behind him the musicians began to sing loudly and cheerily again, swooning the crowd. However Goblins hate human music, and the guard demanded for them to surrender their instruments and show the proper seals. The musicians refused, and more guards came down and forcibly confiscated thier instruments, which to no ones surprise, contained hidden daggers and poisons. "Under decree of the Desert King, all spies and assassins are to be executed on site!!!" The guard shouted. "We had a good run." The head bandsman said to his troop. And with that, swords and arrows found their mark as the KSA effectively ended the infiltration threat.

HAHAHAHAHA! With the large projects I have planned, I hope I can make you say it a lot more in the future. To everyone else that has commented, I'll be honest. I never expected this to have so many positive responses and it is very appreciated, truly! However in light of current events going on in this forum, this will be my last response to this topic. I don't want to keep bumping this up and with everything else going on. Thank you all again I really appreciate you guys commenting on this MOC.

After securing a foothold in the spice islands, the Desert King immediately began to live up to his end of the bargain, particularly the part about restoring peace and prosperity to the region. Priority one was reestablishing order on land and within the waters around the isles. Due to the ongoing conflict on the mainland, the Spice Islands were left isolated from any type of true assistance. The Ulandians had claimed the area as part of the Empire, but they were having a hard enough time right now holding on to the sub continent. Pirates and Slavers were free to roam the waters, raiding merchant vessels and towns for a wealth of material goods and free forced labor. The Desert King decided to fight fire with fire, as such he decreed that anyone caught in the act of raiding or pillaging for the purpose of supplying Historica's black markets were to have their assets seized, and become slaves themselves. Here we see a group of Gal-Turok's forces, carrying off a notorious group of slavers to the lava fields of Nocturnus, where they will spend the rest of their days toiling away in the hot, sulfuric flows of Nocturnus volcanoes, to supply an endless amount of raw metal to arm and equip the Goblin Empire.
