Imperial Troop Transport!!! I wonder in which set a Sabine Wren minifig will be included. The speeder bike? If this is the case (and it will be a cheap set) these 2 are the only ones I will get, The list is kind of disappointing. Not too much OT. I'm still hoping for a Rebels set with great alien characters: an Ugnaught (seen in the 7m preview), a Gotal (also in the preview) and/or the Devaronian Cikatro Vizago.

Agreed. If they do a Death Star approach I wonder how they will deal with the bottom...and not fall over.

*click* Did you hear that? That was the sound of a trigger being pulled (just ordered the B & Y for a pickup next week) -

I'll pull the trigger later this week....but I think I'll go for Y & B. B-wing has got great minifigs (a Sullustan!) and has been a personal favorite since RotJ. The A-wing (also a personal favorite,.....never had the Kenner toy!) + Cantina (a dewback. Yay! a landspeeder. Yay! a bad selection of minifigs. :( !) have to wait till next month. -
Lando Calrissian is in Star Wars: Rebels (the new series) (yes, this has been confirmed a few months ago). We don't know if Lando is at Cloud City at the time of Rebels, but if he is.....maybe a 2015 CC set?

Ok guys...which ones shall I get first? A) B-Wing + Y-Wing (there's 1 shop that still has it here) or B) A-Wing + Cantina My fear is that the Y-Wing will soon only be available online and I'll have to pay shippingcosts (or a higher price) -

I was in a large toystore today where they had all the big sets: Death Star, Ewok village, Orthanc, Arkham Asylum, the big R2-D2, etc. ( and they had all the current SW sets!) € 389,- I showed the box to my gf and when I told her the price she said: "well, that's not much since it's such a large box that weighs a lot".and "if it's the ultimate set, I would understand if you get it". I was like.....ok. This makes it harder for me........I can afford it,but so much for 1 set? For that amount of money I can get the A-Wing, B-Wing, Y-WIng, Cantina, Snowspeeder, bricklink a Wampa and a dozen other figs I want.......and this will still be cheaper than that Death Star...... So, I didn't get it.......but told her that when a similar set of Cloud City (not that she has any idea what Cloud City is) will be released......I WILL get it. -
LOL. Same problem here......found Slave I in 2 stores, and both have a price higher than the original retail price; € 100.

If they'd release all these sets next year I'll go bankrupt.
-
I'll bet it'll be a set with Sabine Wren.

Checked the site, but the Death Star is listed as 'not available'. -
What Darth Mallet (quote below) says is exactly what I mean: the Hasbro dudes say that if a box carries the Rebels logo....it's in the show. Also, a Boba Fett spinoff movie is likely....but still not officially confirmed. This could mean nothing. In 'Indiana Jones: the Ultimate Guide' (a book that was released just before 'Crystal Skull') there was incorrect information regarding the history of Mutt. In the movie it's revealed he's Indy's son, but in the book it is stated he's the son of someone else (forgot the name). Maybe they didn't put Slave I in the book to keep it kind of spoiler free? In a few months we'll know.......

No doubt there will be new REBELS sets in 2015. Maybe SLAVE I is one of them? Why? Because Hasbro is releasing Boba's ship in this packaging: And the fact the Rebels logo is on the box means the vehicle is in the show.......confirmation: (watch from 0.58)

Bought the 9492 TIE Fighter and the 9493 X-Wing today.

Pulp Fiction. (for the ??? time (lost count))

insiders have said that there'll be many wookiees in Rebels. In the pilot episode there'll be enslaved wookiees at the spice mines of kessel.

Star Wars Rebels: Meet Sabine, the Explosive Artist and.......I was right, since this was announced at SDCC today: Please let there be a LEGO version as well......instant buy.
-
Ok. (video released today.....new Rebels trailer)Starting at 2 mins.....we see a couple of shots of a fight on top of a vehicle. Looks familiar.
-
Great....now I don't have to post my comment....... Seriously: I'm not buying because there are several (understatement) other sets I want more than this one.

The Troop Transport was also used in a Marvel comic back in the 80s: When Disney bought Lucasfilm/Star Wars they also got the rights of the comics. Dark Horse had those rights, but that deal expires in a couple of months. From that moment, Marvel will publish old and new comics (the comic from which the picture above is will be re-released btw). My guess is that there should be no problem releasing that vehicle.

[Review] Rebels Ghost (75053) and Phantom (75048)
Jedi-Bendu replied to Scott-S6's topic in LEGO Star Wars
D***.......I bought both loose.....for more. UPDATE: This combo pack will be available at Toys R Us and carries a $109.99 price tag. -
Back in 2005 the OLD Jabba's Palace was 50% off at the local toystore. A colleague from a movieconvention asked me to buy ALL the boxes for him. I did. He refunded me....but I was thinking of keeping one for myself. I didn't because I wanted the 2 small sets as well (the one with the droids and Bib....and the one with Boba, Han carbonite, Gamorrean) and these two sets weren't available anymore. 1 month later I was in Birmingham for a convention and saw both sets for a ridiculously low price....... Now, 9 years later....I am thinking about getting the new Jabba's palace set (which has -almost- everything the old sets had (except EV-9d9 and a power droid)
