Since TLG doesn't make new molds for figs like this (figs that are included with a book) this is a great minifig to get. About the figure: A few years ago I interviewed Robert Watts, co-producer of ESB and asked him: I read something about an abandoned concept for The Empire Strikes Back; the Elite Stormtrooper. It was basically an all-white Boba Fett. The concept was abandoned and Boba Fett was created out of this. Can you give more insight/information regarding this? Why was it abandoned and what did George Lucas initially want to do with it? His answer: I remember it being called a super stormtrooper. What happened was that the character of Boba Fett appeared and the costume in a different colour was perfect for him. Remember that the screenplay was still being written whilst we were preparing so changes happened. MEGA spoiler (biggest one yet, so beware! I've warned you!) My opinion: I read this 2 days ago....and it's something I was afraid of. It is [censored]. I really hope it isn't true. Maybe it's something they leaked on purpose?

Hmm.....it doesn't make any sense.... In june 5 sets are being released; all OT/PT/Rebels. The rest (all Ep7) is being released in september which is understandable because the movie is released in december. Why would they also release a PT set then? It's clearly not being released in june (otherwise there would be pix....just like the other 5 sets) and I don't think it's a UCS set.

I was thinking the same....I guess it is! Wait. What? Exactly. What would this mean? a new Sith Infiltrator INSTEAD of EchoBase? Or....?

I must say, even though I don't collect Jurassic Park/World, those sets look really wonderful. Those dino's! And whats this? Is that Sabines hair piece left of her? So....does that mean we'll get both her helmet AND hairpiece in this set?

The advent calendar looks GREAT though.....normally I'm not a fan of those, but this one will be the first I'll buy. (only a shame I bricklinked a Jawa 2 weeks ago.....)

I hope we'll get all the sets of which I've posted links to the concept art......but yes, that one's a beauty and would make a great Lego model and I bet that's not just a simple ship that's only briefly seen.....so chances it'll be a real set are big. I think. I hope. It's a long wait..........

The 150 and 70 sets must be the Falcon and the new X-Wing. JediNews reported that a source comfirmed this. The previous Falcon and X-Wing were......exactly: 150 and 70 (just checked this on Brickset ) I bet one set is a playset. Maybe this? (Palpatines Arrest......Final Duel......now this?) Regarding ships.....this one? (great!) I bet this one is a contender as well.... Regarding the minifigs: sure we'll get the main cast.....but besides that I hope this one in the right corner is featured just like this one (maybe that one is featured along with this vehicle?) and this favorite: the JJ Abrams alien.

Ok, still no news about the new EchoBase set. I was thinking: since an EchoBase set was released just a few years ago maybe Lego is taking a different approach this time. Looking at the Avengers Helicarrier I was thinking: what are the chances Lego produces a microfig scale EchoBase? I really hope this isn't the case, what do you guys think?

Hahaha! I have the same dream...thing is: I can't wait 3 months! I'll want the sets asap after the september release. I already have an 'Episode VII fund' for the upcoming E7 Lego, books, etc. :D

A typical set that I may have bought if there had been some really great and exclusive figs (new molds) included. I have already made a real list: Tydirium + all Episode 7 sets and possibly Echobase. The Ep7 sets will all have new minifigs (except maybe Chewie, 3PO and R2) and no doubt there will be new molds. I don't believe it's coincidence we don't get new molds in the 5 sets that are being released first (Shuttle, Flash speeder etc); Lego has reserved the new molds for the Ep7 sets. Would be cool to get the entire Ep7 wave in one day; one big megahaul!

Yup. No doubt they'll have that corrected when the set is released. Thanks for posting! Definately not getting this one having seen this. I'll grab the Darkside book for the Sheev minifig instead. The $ I save will be spent in september
