I kinda agree with you...maybe this minifigs are a hint for future sets...maybe not...there aren't any other news lately so I think we can talk about this. But that's none of my business.

I like the new helmet...TCW also had other helmets design for the same helmet...I think that worked out well. It shows me that it's a rebels minifig and not OT. Also it's new and fresh so I don't get bored with the old helmets. That's my opinion. I don't say things are like that but I see them like that.

I think WoW is a bit to 'brutal' for lego... I could totally see that coming. Superhero series would be cool but probably not gonna happen. Adventure Time is another favourite because I love the show...I know the ideas sets got rejected but that doesn't mean they won't make a minifig series. I'm not sure how popular adventure time is outside the uk...here in Germany are very less people who watch the show (I think) but who knows. Star Trek would be perfect but I quess they don't have the rights or sth like that. And what about Spongebob Squarepants? There are so many opportunities...

That's right DC has great sets and marvel hopefully gonna produce some neat AoU sets

When will the Sandcrawler and Ewok a Village retire? I quess there are no exact dates so a year and a month-quess is enough

Your conclusion sounds possible but some people think the Slave I is a hint for Cloud City, that means Cloud City has to be OT IF it's connected to the slave I. But if cloud city really appears in rebels, this set would be logical and great *since Lego Rebels doesn't have this weird look like TCW and would look like a normal OT set.

I know that feeling...missed a lot of sets like the cantina and jabbas palace...but the slave1 is a must have (especially because I'm going to sell my old one). But yeah you're right it was just a thought...next year is perfect. The wave sounds good but I don't really need all the sets

TLG should do two DC sets: Wayne Manor and The Batcave. The clue is they should do them like Jabbas Palace and the rancor pit.
